I'm The Boss's Secretary?!
Chapter 162 - Who Is The Monster?-II
Seoyeon shifted her eyes to her uncle and aunt. Seeing how they were wearing their night wear and had been sleeping very peacefully even though she nearly lost her life, angered her. She kept quiet and said nothing while looking at them when her aunt spotted her and looked at her surprise.
Jung Hwa still kept his smile as he tilted his chin, his eyes observing Seoyeon and hear how she had drowned in a storm of emotions. It was ungraspable to her mind of how one could push other to death and was happy with it. At least she had never thought of it before but her uncle and aunt did.
"How are you..." gasped her aunt whose eyes blinking as if wanting to make sure it was Seoyeon in front of her which doesn't make sense as the girl shouldn't be alive here now. But she did and it throw them in perplex from Seoyeon's sudden appearance.
"How am I still alive and well here?" Seoyeon completed their words. She can't hold her anger which bubbled inside of her. Seoyeon was baffled but what they did. They sold her to the gang, for her organs to be taken.
"What are you saying?" Mrs. Han exclaimed and a defensive tone could be taken from her words.
"Seeing your house is still beautiful and decorated, it must worth more than my live as mortgage," said Seoyeon and she glared at them, her fist clenching. Years passed since Seoyeon lived in the family and she left. There should be nothing between them any longer and if they hated her as much as she couldn't bear to be in a room with them, they could have think of her as dead.
"Are you drunk? You brought a man inside this house lay at midnight and came to spout nonsense get out unless you want me to call police here!" Exclaimed Mr. Han who spotted Jung Hwa who was sitting on the couch first before to her. His expression was pulling the same expression his wife had when seeing Seoyeon was still alive. Where their expression doubting as if questioning if a Seoyeon they saw now was alive or a ghost.
"Call the police, go on and I will want to see if you still have the hands to hold your phone," Jung Hwa stated coolly. His voice contained coldness but that wasn't all. His eyes has turned red that had Seoyeon's aunt and uncle to be taken aback by the color of their eyes which was rare as they had never seen red eyes on people.
It took another more minutes for her uncle whose eyes were yet to adjust to the sudden light saw how there was red splatters across the man's clothes. Jung Hwa has red eyes which taken their attention away from his clothes to his eyes, questioning it as it stood out the most only to fail noticing the clothes until now.
Other than Jung Hwa's red eyes, the man and woman was shocked to see Seoyeon was still alive and well with her clothes free from blood. The husband and wife was in bewilderment, questioning how could Seoyeon entered their house in the state of alive.
They had sold her off to the gangs where they had borrowed money from and failed to pay. Using Seoyeon's name stamp, they used her as the guarantor that in case they couldn't pay the debt, the collectors wouldn't come to chase money from them but Seoyeon. It was mentioned that if they fail to pay until the last date mentioned, Seoyeon would have to sell her organs and they didn't cared about it.
Today was supposed to be the last day to pay for the debt and as Seoyeon and refused to pay the debts, the collector was supposed to have taken her away. It was surprising how she was standing in their house, looking well as everyday that they almost mistook her for a ghost.
Taking a look at Mr. Han, Jung Hwa hummed, "Look at his bed hair, he must have a very cozy sleep upstairs," Jung Hwa commented to Seoyeon whose eyes were brimming with anger. "I thought about a few ways of waking you two such as breaking your fingers or crushing your eyes but I learned again tonight that human die fast. It would be undesirable for us if you two die without answering a few of our question."
Mr. Han was cautious to Jung Hwa. Something about him was off and he didn't want to risk his life standing here, attending the man after seeing the red colors all over the man's clothes which seemed to be blood.
"I will not talk to people who breach to my house and threaten me. Leave while I am still speaking kindly!" Her uncle shouted bravely and his hand went to take the phone he placed on the cooking cabinet. In one second, the hand he used to take the phone was stabbed with a knife. "Ahhh!!" The man screamed in pain and Seoyeon watched how the blood dripped underneath her uncle's hand as it trailed down to the corner of the table and fell on the floor.
"I had also kindly warned you." Jung Hwa stated with an intimidating tone. His expression was displeased and he took the phone which Mr. Han was about to take to crush the phone to pieces before throwing it aside.
Mrs. Han want to run toward her husband when seeing the blood and the gleaming knife but she was too afraid Jung Hwa would swing his knife to cut her as his expression showed the look as if wanting to kill and end them now.
"How is it to be stabbed, it hurts and feel as if your wound is burning, isn't it?" Jung Hwa asked and he pushed the knife on his hand deeper to his hand for the man to cry in pain and begged for him to release his hand but their pleadings fell to a deaf ears to him.
Jung Hwa said, "You were about to do this to Seoyeon, but what will be cut from her is not her hands, her organs. They would pull her organs out from her body after cutting and then took the organs from her to leave her body with holes. How much was the debt you had?" asked Jung Hwa to Seoyeon's aunt this time.
The woman was the shocked by what the mad man did that she lost her ability of speech. Her eyes then went to Seoyeon whose face were blank. How could she stop Jung Hwa when she didn't feel the need to? She was angry and the ire overtook her kindness which had always made her as a person.
At first when Seoyeon saw her uncle's hand was stab, she was startled but now seeing him cry, the shock only turned to nothing. She didn't feel sorry for the man who tried to sell her.
"Let go of him!" shouted her aunt before her face whipped at Seoyeon who stared at her uncle's hand with a passive expression. "Seoyeon, tell him to let go of your uncle!" Her aunt said and she hold to her clothes with her face paling.
"Why should I?" came Seoyeon's unexpected reply and she watched her aunt's eyes widening at her, there was a look as if her aunt was staring at her like she was an evil person even though it was them who was the terrible.
Seoyeon didn't know why she hesitated before telling Jung Hwa where her uncle and aunt live in. Somewhere deep down, she knew this was going to happen and maybe she wanted to prevent it from happening. But she was angry to them and her anger had never been this high. Even though it was twisted, seeing them in pain made her feel happy as it was what they deserved after what they did to her.
"What do you mean by why?" asked the woman, "Your uncle will die if he loses blood!" said her aunt as if she didn't know that.
"Don't all humans die if they lose blood, auntie?" she replied to the woman's words with logic, "I was about to die like that too, loosing blood and I had it even worse with my organs almost taken away from me."
Her aunt looked stunned by her words and she only spoke after a good two second taking in what Seoyeon had said. "You ungrateful child! How could you bring a psychopath into our house and now claim we are harming you? I provided you and your brother with a roof and is this how your repay us?"
"Have I ever asked your to bring me into this house?" asked Seoyeon and his voice rang to the room which fell to a drop silence. She didn't sound angry as she didn't scream but a look of distance stayed on her face. "You bring me to this wretched house where I was starved, beaten, and now almost killed? If I knew this would happened to me I would have never come to this house in the first place. Even if it means I would have to live in the street, it would be much better than to be in this house only to serve as your pawn."
"Are you hearing yourself?" scoffed her aunt who stared at her with a look as if she was watching a person with an unsound mind.. "What do you mean that we pawned you? You have to repay for what I have given you and you should be happy that you could pay your debt by your organs," said her aunt who dropped her charade after acting as if she didn't know anything since Seoyeon appeared in their house.
Jung Hwa still kept his smile as he tilted his chin, his eyes observing Seoyeon and hear how she had drowned in a storm of emotions. It was ungraspable to her mind of how one could push other to death and was happy with it. At least she had never thought of it before but her uncle and aunt did.
