I'm The Boss's Secretary?!

Chapter 173 - Knocking On Doors-I

"I woke up before I was able to," replied Seoyeon. Her dream had become eerie with how realistic it was but then dreaming of a coffin and people who were searching of the coffin made her to feel unrest. "You know, Hwa, they say dreams could be a sign of the future. Like a cryptic dream with signs and if the person interpret the dream right they would know what happen in the future."

"And do you think this is a cryptic dream?" questioned Jung Hwa and he watched how Seoyeon nodded, "Hm, it make sense," he gave a thought. "To scale one to ten how realistic do you felt your dream was?"

Seoyeon shifted her gaze to her leg from Jung Hwa's eyes. Her closed mouth parted, "Ten."

"I do think cryptic dream would be more cryptic but from what I could extract from your words, you are dreaming of the past," Jung Hwa stated, with a smile on his lips after watching Seoyeon's expression who seemed as if she was in the dark like the words she said. He then looked down on her feet he had tend neatly. "You do know that we have another way to heal your wounds, do you?"

Seoyeon saw his mischief eyes and pulled her feet when Jung Hwa pulled her leg toward her. Compared to her power it was a piece of cake for Jung Hwa to pull her body the way he did by just tugging it lightly.

"No!" Seoyeon warned him. There was only one single way for Jung Hwa to heal her wound like what he did in the past which was by licking her! Does he expect her to let her feet be kicked by him.

"What a fast rejection. I don't mind I know how you always say 'no' in reflex but do you know what you are saying no to?" Jung Hwa asked as if he didn't know what Seoyeon had in her mind before his smile crack. "Tell me."

Seoyeon stared at him before her lips she open curled like how her toes were. "Do you expect a woman to say that?"

"Exactly, say what?" Jung Hwa kept on pushing her words while his hand pulled her closer.

Seoyeon felt the need to find a hole and bury herself there. Jung Hwa knew how she could be stubborn but she came the second when the pureblood vampire came in the same room. With sigh, she saw Jung Hwa's grin that didn't let her go and replied, "That you are going to lick my wound!" Stupid vampire!

Glitters reached Jung Hwa's eyes and when he loosened his fingers which was holding Seoyepn's ankle, she use the silver chance to pull her knees to her chest. When Jung Hwa stood from his chair, Seoyeon pulled her feet close. The last thing that will happen today was Jung Hwa licking her feet! How would she ever look him in the eyes again if he lick her feet?

"Except for the wounds on your feet do you feel hurt anywhere else?" Jung Hwa questioned her and his nose smelled the blood that now had disappeared. It was hard not to tease Seoyeon or else he would succumb to his thirst for her and sank his fangs on her neck. Unless Seoyeon agreed, Jung Hwa didn't want to sink his teeth as if he was some kind of a feral animal.

The self control was harder than Jung Hwa thought after bringing Seoyeon to his home. Since he was young he had never control himself which make reason why it felt impact harder to him now.

"No, I think that's only it," and Seoyeon saw him raising his hand to stop at her head. His hand was gentle with movement while rubbing her head and somewhere, Seoyeon wondered where did the faint gentleness Jung Hwa mustered from his hand came from. It was often seen to her his cruelty and slowly as if she was peeling petals of a flower, she began to see many sides of him.

"You can go and take a change, we could go together," he offered with his brows raised to ask her.

"If I come with you questions will arise," not that she thought Jung Hwa would mind about the question but she does. "I could go once I am prepared."

"Okay, Alfred is here in case you need anything you can tell him, I'll go first," saying the words, Jung Hwa then left the place.

Seoyeon touched her feet, her fingertips slowly rubbed on her sole. She recalled of the coffin. If she was dreaming of the past and it was her power, whose coffin did she saw? Stepping down from the bed, Seoyeon prepared herself and walked out to see Alfred greeting her with a bow.

"Do you know the bus line, Miss Seoyeon?" asked the man being careful with the details.

"Yes, thank you," and her eyes saw the breakfast prepared on the table, "I'm sorry I don't think I will be able to eat the breakfast."

"It should be fine, have a great day," said the man as Seoyeon thanked him with a smile.

Leaving the building, Seoyeon took the bus and sat to lean her head to the glass on her right side. She recalled last night. Every memories were fresh in her mind where her aunt and uncle claimed they have tried to kill her for the eleventh times. Should she be happy that everything was brought up to light? But then her heart felt heavy with the thought of how they want to kill her for the simple reason that came from a fortune teller.

It happened for the eleventh times, no wonder her aunt and uncle didn't bat an eyelid or feel a hint of remorse when they try to put her to an end again. She knew they hated them but not to where they tried to poison her many times. Do they prayed every time they increased the doses of poison to her food so she would die?

Walking out from the bus, Seoyeon took steps toward the building when she felt from behind her hand pulled. Turning her eyes quickly, in alarm of what happened last night, her fist flung toward the man's face only to stop an inch from the man's side face.

Seoyeon blinked to see the expression of the man whose eyes was staring at her fist. "I apologize for coming behind you," said the man when she noticed who it was.

"Mr. Kwon?" Seeing the man nodded, Seoyeon knew it was the same man who had hold her hand on their first meeting. "It's a pleasure to meet you but could you please release my hand?"

"Of course, yes. I am sorry," the man apologized again, "Are you on your way to work now?"

"Yes," Seoyeon wondered why the man was here. She didn't remember reading a schedule where his company would come. "Did you come today to meet Mr. Jung?"

"I just passed by when I was on my way to work," replied Mr. Known and Seoyeon shifted her head to the side to see how the secretary of Mr. Kwon stood in front of the car which possibly he used with a startled expression. "Then I saw you and thought to talk with you."

With her? It would make sense if he wanted to talk with Jung Hwa but why her, the secretary of the company?

"She would have to turn down that offer, Mr. Kwon," came a silver voice that was deep beside her ears. Jung Hwa stood behind her, his arm going over her shoulders to stop at her hand which was hold by the man. "My secretary is not free enough like you to leave in the early morning. Mind letting her go?" Jung Hwa asked but his hand had went to take off his hold from Seoyeon's wrists.

Mr. Kwon watched Seoyeon's hand being pulled and somewhere his brows twitches to be pulled in a concentration, "Mr. Jung, good morning. I will apologize if I am too forward but currently I am asking Miss Seoyeon."

Seoyeon didn't know how she was now standing in between Jung Hwa and Kwon Han. She then felt a heavy weight placed on her shoulder that was Jung Hwa's hand and her face turn to meet his into intimidating gaze. The intensity raised where Jung Hwa was smiling but his eyes as if it was yelling a different story.

"What do you say Seoyeon?" Jung Hwa didn't call her as his secretary but name and this was noticed not only by Seoyeon but Kwon Han. Jung Hwa raised his brows, "Go on."

"I am on my way to work, Mr. Kwon. I'm sorry," Seoyeon bowed and as she felt she shouldn't be there, her body turn to walk toward the building, leaving Jung Hwa and Kwon Han to be alone.

Jung Hwa turned his body to see Seoyeon who left and one of his hand went inside his trouser's pocket before turning to Kwon Han, "She is mine." Jung Hwa stated without a filter to his words.. He didn't joke as his smile had disappeared and a stern expression came on his face.
