After sleeping for an unknown period, Elwin again begins to wake up. The first thing he feels is that one side of his body is warmer as if a person was hugging him just ago.

His pain is gone, and as soon as he opens his eyes, he realizes that his vision is normal again. The first thing he sees is the wood ceiling of a small room.

He looks around and realizes that the walls in that room are in a precarious state. He also notes that in addition to the bed he is in, there are only two other pieces of furniture in that small room.

One is a small wooden and glass cabinet that is strangely empty apart from having a few bandages. The other is an old wood chair.

Then Elwin's eyes meet that of an unfamiliar woman who is wearing underwear while finishing dressing. He can't help thinking that she is that woman who was on top of him doing lewd things to him.

She is 1.7 meters tall, has perfect fair skin, medium-sized black hair, brown eyes, delicate nose, small ears, and very seductive lips.

The thing Elwin wants most now is to check how his family is, so he quickly tries to get out of bed and run towards that door.

But as soon as he tries to move quickly, his body turns into a strange dark subsistence with a texture between gaseous and liquid, which moves through the air at an extremely fast speed.

As soon as that dark substance arrives at the door, it becomes Elwin's body again, shocking him and the mysterious woman.

[Sixth cycle of darkness...] Elwin thinks while he is very happy. Only people who reach the sixth cycle of their elements can transform their bodies into those elements, being able to move unrestricted and at high speed.

Rennyn, his brother, could turn his body into an ice shard just like Alvourel, the old Summer Elf, could become a fireball because they were in the sixth cycle of their elements.

"Mom!!" Elwin thinks aloud as he runs towards one of the beds, where his mother is lying on. On the beds next to hers are his sisters, Ghalarel, little Aila, and even Valyra is in a bed there.

There are also other people in that room, some of them lying in beds and others who are visiting them, but Elwin ignores them all while watching his mother closely.

She looks severely injured while there are bandages and ointments all over her body. Elwin gently caresses her face while he doesn't know if he is sadder or angrier.

He looks at his sisters, and they are also in the same situation as his mom and Galarel. Tasar tried his best to create a protective barrier around them, but the worst part of that brutal force wave was not the strong wind or fallen rocks but the chaotic energies that caused drastic damage to everything it touched.

Elwin tries to be furious at Valyra, but seeing her situation, which is no better than that of his mother, he can't blame her alone; after all, that force wave was generated by the collision of the fire lion and the dark creature he created. He is also to blame, as are their parents for starting the conflict between their families more than ten years ago.

Only little Aila doesn't seem to be badly hurt so much, but she is also unconscious while there is a single bandage on her forehead.

While trying to deal with his sadness, regret, anger, and especially a feeling of helplessness, Elwin feels a delicate and warm hand touching his shoulder.

He instinctively turns and takes the mysterious woman's wrist while looking at her face with an inquisitive expression. "Who are you?!"

The mysterious woman makes a genuine sorry expression while ignoring his question and looking at his mother. "I tried to help them in the best way that I could, but..."

"So, are you a healer?" He asks and then points to Aila. "Why is she unconscious? I thought she just had a small cut on her forehead."

She makes a thoughtful expression. "Yes, I also thought it would be easy to heal her, however... The problem is that there is a strange Qi inside their bodies, preventing them from recovering."

"Qi?" Elwin remembers hearing Miu talk about Qi, but he still doesn't understand what it is.

"Oh, your people don't know what Qi is, right?" She asks and quickly starts to explain. "Qi is our most powerful vital energy. The Qi is present within all the living creatures and is the energy that allows us to be strong and use special techniques."

"Is it like mana?" Elwin thinks out loud.

The woman quickly nods. "Yes, the creatures of our world have Qi, and the creatures of your world have mana."

"So what's in their bodies is Qi or mana?" Elwin asks.

She makes a confused expression. "I'm not sure. They are different and chaotic energies; I have never seen anything like this before."

The other people in that room do not stop looking at Elwin as they talk louder and louder about what a Magi is doing there and why he is naked in front of everyone.

But besides the fact that he doesn't understand their language, he also doesn't care what they think of him because now he is totally focused on understanding more about his family's situation and how to help them.

Then he looks at his body, now without any scarring. "Did I have that strange energy too?"

"Yea." The woman quickly responds. "Actually, you were much worse than them. You were badly hurt, your back was completely destroyed, as were almost all of your bones... I was sure you were going to die."

"But I'm fine now, right? How did you heal me?!" He quickly asks.

"Well..." She makes a thoughtful expression. "Miu gave me a Royal Elderberry Root to use on you. That remedy should cure anything, but it's still..."

"Your body rejected the Royal Elderberry Root. I think your mana prevented It's Qi from healing you, so..."

She makes a seductive expression. "Then I used a dual cultivation technique to get my Qi into your body, making you accept the healing of the Royal Elderberry Root."
