Legendary Shadow

Waking up to a crying baby was not what Liam was used to as he slowly got up and prepared Beth some food. Sheila was lying there completely n.a.k.e.d but slightly covered up as she yawned and said, "Good morning" with a beautiful smile on her face.

This made Liam realize that he had finally started his own family, and he felt weird about leaving them to go on his journey once again. But it was a necessary thing to follow his heart.

This world had become his home and he had forgotten everything about his previous world. He had no connections to his previous world. No parents, no family, just him and his orphanage family, so having a mother and potentially a father somewhere, with a wife and kid made him extremely grateful to be in this world as he was enjoying himself.

The sense of adventure and danger got his blood pumping as his aura started to transmit to Beth, whose body began to glow with mysterious lines.

Liam cursed himself in his mind before he calmed down, which caused Beth to calm down as well as she started smiling and laughing after she had finished her food. Liam quickly looked at the time and panicked as he had a match to go to.

"Hey Sheila, can you please take over? I have a match to go to." Liam said and handed Beth over. "Good luck out there, honey" said Sheila. Hearing that felt very good to Liam as he quickly got dressed and headed out.

He ran from his hotel room to the stadium. When they had announced his name and he was not there, everybody was surprised, but he quickly put on his mask and ran straight to the stage as his opponent was standing there.

It was a young man who had a goofy looking face with light blue hair and standing at the same height as Liam who had grown a few inches and was 6 ft tall and still growing.

This light blue-haired boy was a local of Johto and had been training within Mount Silver for many years. He stayed at a village near there, so he was quite the talker as he had defeated all the Gym Leaders within Johto and now he finally wanted a better challenge by trying to beat the Elite Four and going to another region to conquer it.

With his best Pokémon, a Tyranitar and a shiny Raichu whose cheeks were Green and the rest of his body being brown. This was a weird combination for Liam to see when he brought out his two Pokémon.

His name was Donald, and he was aiming to be the best. Both of his Pokémon were respectively LVL 120, which shocked Liam because he had not seen anybody who's Pokémon had gone over LVL 100 yet, so seeing this surprised Liam a bit, but it did not matter to him.

As he sent out Tyranitar only again, Donald smirked as he said, "I heard about you, the one-man Wonder. Unfortunately, I have been doing my research, and I know you are the previous Champion of Kanto Liam after seeing that Tyranitar and the color especially.

Now I know why you've been quickly going through the competition, but this excites me as I've not had anybody to give me a good challenge yet and I'm sure my Tyranitar is excited to face off against another Tyranitar."

Liam held his head in pain as he did not hear a single thing, Donald said. Something had assaulted him, and he had no clue what was going on. It seemed like his devil powers were coming back the more he killed, so it was battling between his peaceful ways and his evil ways as his left eye started to turn red.

Tyranitar looked at Liam with worry, but Liam noticed this and told him not to worry and that he could handle it. He'll be watching, and if he needs help, he'll send out another Pokémon to help him, but Tyranitar had too much pride to accept help from another Pokémon, so he was going to try to win this battle on his own as he looked towards his two opponents.

Raichu wasn't going to give him much of a problem, so he was going to ignore it, but the other Tyranitar was who he was very interested in. Even though he was a lot higher leveled than him when a Tyranitar met a Tyranitar, they always wanted to battle it out for supremacy.

The battle had finally started as both Tyranitars charged at each other right away without even waiting for their trainer's orders. They smashed into each other as they gripped claws and head-butted each other at the same time, causing a small shock wave.

Raichu came out of nowhere, jumped on top of her partner, and spun around with his tail, and struck Liam's Tyranitar right on the head with an iron tail attack.

For the first time in a while, Tyranitar had taken massive damage as he backed up in pain, but Donald's Tyranitar didn't want to give him the opportunity as he followed up with a mega Punch punching him straight in the c.h.e.s.t, causing him to fly back, but he dug his feet in the ground as he slowly came to a stop shocking both of Donald's Pokémon.

Donald himself was quite impressed with Liam's Tyranitar's toughness as, if any other Pokémon had experienced that combo, they would have been knocked out by now. But all Liam's Tyranitar did was shake it off as he roared out in frustration for being allowed to take damage like that.
