I know what you mean." Sara smiled and looked at the little girl that was staring out the window. "If you did not help him I would not have a little girl to take care of. She is just the sweetest little girl." 

The carriage pulled up to the school and the door opened. Gabriel stepped out and waited for Amelia and he held out his hand for her. They slowly walked to the school and went to the staff offices. On their way there Ami ran over. 

Ami noticed the carriage and raced away from the field. She raced up to Amelia. She looked at Amelia and had a huge grin on her face. "You are not supposed to be here yet. How are you feeling?"

Sachi chased after Ami. Once she saw Amelia she pulled her out of Ami's way and protected her from Ami. "I am so glad to see you. You are coming back on Monday correct?" 

"I will be back at school on Monday." Amelia giggles as Sachi pulls her out of the way of Ami. 

Gabriel chuckled at the encounter and had let her hand go so that she would not get injured. "Amelia and I are going to collect whatever homework is left for the weekend. Saturday is a bad day to come over as that is our official marriage meeting date but feel free to come over on Monday. You two should get back to class. I do not want you two to get in trouble." 

"Ah! That is right we are in the middle of class. I will see if I can come over." Ami ran full speed back to class. 

Sachi and Amelia sighed at the same time and then the two giggled. "I will come and check up on you on Sunday. I chatted with Father and he is waiting for the date you picked." 

"Can you tell him the soonest date is the one that we have picked." Gabriel looked at Amelia with all the love in his eyes. "Now I will take Amelia into the school to collect whatever homework that has not been collected by you two. Have a good day, Fujiwari san." 

Amelia waved at Sachi and nodded her head and the two entered inside the building. "Well, that was slightly unexpected." 

Gabriel took her to the offices and knocked on the door. "It is but it just shows that you are just that important." He opened the door when he heard a teacher yell come in. The two stepped into the room and the embroidery teacher got up and rushed to Amelia. 

"My Dear sweet student. I was so worried about you. I have your test ready for your return on Monday. I will be assigning a small project. I will give you the information." She quickly went to her desk. 

"Gabriel, you do not usually show up at the first-year teacher room. Is there something that we can do for you?" Another teacher was looking at Gabriel a little shocked. 

"I was escorting Amelia here. I do not need anything from the first-year teachers. I just wanted to make sure that she is okay." Gabriel looked at Amelia smiling. 

Amelia blushed and looked away embarrassed. "Go and get what you need to get done. I will be safe here." 

The embroidery teacher brought over the assignment pages. "In case you get sick again I will give you the next three assignments. I know that you are at an unstable period since you were off all week. If you want I can send the exam home with you." 

"That is not necessary or fair to the other students. I will do the exam during gym class on Monday. If I need a little extra time I can always come in during lunch on the first break." Amelia rejected the offer as she thought that it would be unfair. 

The teachers came up handing her assignments for the next week and gave them to Gabriel as he had his arms out to receive the papers. "Thank you for preparing all this. I will assist Amelia if she doesn't understand anything that you have placed in the assignments." 

"Thank you, Senseis'. I am glad that you are all so accommodating. I will be back on Monday. So we shall see what I can do over the weekend." She bowed and the two left the classroom. 

Gabriel started to lead her to the third-year staff room. He knocked on the door and opened it up. "Hello, I am sorry that I have been away. Hospital work took me away." He bowed to all the teachers. 

"It is not like this is the first time but you have a lot on your plate. I gave all your homework to Nathaniel, just make sure you hand it all in on Monday as per usual." One teacher shrugged, not bothered by this.

"Same deal as last time. I will forgive you and then you can take the exam you missed on Monday. Who is with you?" Another teacher finally noticed. 

"Oh, I know that beauty. That is Suzuki Amelia. The top of the first years. She misses school due to health complications. Is this the real reason you missed school?" One teacher got up and looked at the two.

Amelia stepped forward and bowed. "I am sorry. I need a special medicine and Gabriel went to collect herbs for it. I am indeed very unwell but I still manage to stay at the top of the charts." 

"You are a brave soul. I like that. Saito san I forgive you. Suzuki san, I hope that you are starting to feel better now?" The teacher that Identified her said this to her and Gabriel. 

Amelia looked up and smiled, "with the care I received, I am feeling a lot better. Gabriel and his family are doing everything they can to accommodate me. Thank you for your concern."
