Love is a Sweet Poison

"I was wondering will it always be painful?" Amelia looked away embarrassed. "Sorry if that is too personal." 

"Nonsense, it will only hurt in the beginning. It will start to feel good, and you will start to respond to him." Mari looks at Amelia and blushes. "I just want you to be prepared."

Gabriel picked up Tomomi and carried her into the inn. "Have you been a good girl for you Mother and Father?" he set her down and started to change into slippers. 

"I have. I even went out and helped Mother collect some flowers for the rooms!" Tomomi changes her sandals for slippers and walks to the room that her mother and Amelia were in and opens the door. 

Amelia gets up and walks to Gabriel. "Did you have a good conversation?" 

"I did. You remember that gift we got at the market last week? I think you should be the one to gift it." Gabriel nods and heads to the room to grab the package.

Amelia nodded and waited for Gabriel to return with the gifts. Amelia took the first on and bent down to Tomomi's height and handed her the present then took the next one and handed it to Mari. "Thank you for your advice," she whispered in Mari's ear.

Gabriel smiled and looked at his blushing wife and pulled her back into his embrace. "I will let you keep your secret for now, but I will ask you later about it." HE lowered his voice for that she would be the only one that would be able to hear it.

Tomomi squealed in delight. "A BUNNY! It is so pretty! Thank you Big Brother and Big Sister! I love it." She runs up to Amelia and hugs her legs. 

Mari opens her package and sees an assortment of wagashi. "These are lovely. If you do not mind can you tell me where you got these?"

Amelia reached down and patted Tomomi on the head. "I am glad that you like the bunny. I did not know what you would like but since you are a young lady I had My niece help me with the gift."

"Those are not the kind that you can buy unfortunately." Gabriel looked between Amelia and Mari. "My wife was the one that made those. She has been rather well, so she is allowed in the kitchen." 

Standing up Amelia playful pushes him, "hey. That is not very nice. Mother said I was welcome to go in there whenever I wished. Besides, it's not like you complained when I made you wagashi.": She raised an eyebrow at him waiting for a reply.

"WHAAAAT! These look like they are professionally done. Could I bring you some wagashi that I make tomorrow, and maybe, that is if you don't mind could you give me some pointers?" Mari stands up and looks hopeful.

"I wanted to surprise you. Is that so wrong?" chuckling Gabriel scoops Amelia up and walks down to their room and slides the door open and places her on the floor before going to the door and closing it. He turns and walks towards her like an animal stalking their prey. "Our only plan for this evening is to wash up and sit in the hot spring after we eat dinner." 

Amelia watches as he comes towards her. She giggles out load and gets up and moves towards the chair that was in the room. "Is that what you think dear? Or is that what you know?"

"It is what I know. Mari will be by with food in thirty minutes. SO come and let me shower you with my love. I want to take my time enjoying you but I know that you need time." Gabriel's eyes are still somewhat feral.

Amelia pretends to run away then turns and jumps into his arms a little breathless and the two fall to the floor. Amelia bursts into giggles and kisses Gabriel on the lips. "You caught me." 

Gabriel rolls over her and pins her to the ground and deepens the kiss. Exploring her mouth and taking her breath away more. He pulls back only to move down her neck leaving little kisses as he moves down. "You don't know how long I have wished to kiss you like that. It is like a wish that I thought would never come true." 

Amelia was breathing so deeply that she almost missed his words but as she heard then loud and clear she let out a small moan then covered her mouth. She looks at him shocked. "I -I…"

He peeled her hands away. "That is music to my ears but let's get set up for dinner." Gabriel climbed off the top of her and fixed her yukata but the fire in his eyes had not gone out as he watched her every move. He helped her up.

Amelia stood next to him and wrapped her arms around his waist. "You make me feel so much. It is like my heart will burst from all the new emotions that are swirling inside me." 

Taking her hand he slides it under the side of his Yukata and places it over his heart. "Do you feel that? That is my heart racing just for you. You excite me in ways that only you can. If I was to place my hand on your heart I am willing to bet that our hearts would beat as one."

Amelia feels his heart racing and nods her head. "You are right that is how my heart is beating. I am glad that it is not just me. Gabriel, thank you for showing me this. I thought that I was the only one but knowing that you are in the same boat as me means that we love each other so much. I love you, and I am glad that we are together." She pulls her hand away and hugs hi8im resting her head on his shoulder. 

Gabriel holds her close until there is a knock at the door. "I love you too, Angel. Come in, Mari." Gabriel doesn't let go of Amelia as the door opens. He holds her close taking in her scent.

"I have brought you both dinner. Since you had such a long journey here. I have made sure that Kosuke has food to eat as well. Thank you again for the gifts. The bunny is all that Tomomi can talk about." She bows then comes into the room and brings the trays of food in and sets them at the table. Then goes and collects the tea. I made a special wedding tea, and I was asked to give this to you form Boss." She set a bottle of sake down. 

"I will send my thanks to him tomorrow. When we are done eating we are going to make use of the outdoor hot spring that is connected top this room. That would be the ideal time to set up the bedding. After that we would prefer not to be disturbed." Gabriel finally let go of Amelia and led her to the table. 

"That is acceptable. Would you like the sake heated? I will bring you a decanter and cup set." Mari watches at the two as they walked to the table. 

"That would be lovely. Thank you for your consideration. I might drink a lot, but I would like to taste what Boss has gifted us. I have heard about everyone but I still have not met everyone. Thank you for taking care of Gabriel the last time that he was here." Amelia gave a polite bow and then stood up.

Gabriel guides Amelia to her seat next to him and assist her in sitting down. "Mari and her family were good to me, so I would help them again in a heartbeat." 

"Alright I will be back in a moment." Mari got up and left the room sat on her and closed the door before going and grabbing the decanter and cups.

"Itadakimasu," Gabriel and Amelia said. Gabriel picks up a piece of fish and feeds it to Amelia who was blushing. She opens her mouth and eats the offered food smiling. "Thank you, but you do not have to feed me, Dear. I can eat by myself." Blushing she eats the next bite offered to her. 

"I know that you can, but I like that I can feed you all that you need. I just love feeding you and making sure that you are cared for." He picks up and mushroom and feeds it to her. He smiles as she ate all the food he fed her.
