The shadow was hot like a fire and burned the puppet's outer layer that is only as durable as a human body

One puppet charged at Calter's direction and threw a fiery punch towards him. However, with the help of the dark blessing spell, Calter managed to barely dodge it by moving his head on the side

Calter then pointed his wand in the puppet's stomach and activated a spell on it. "[Dark Magic: Devil Snake!]"

Calter channeled his mana on his wand again and an image of a black snake formed on it. Calter then slammed his wand on the puppet's stomach. The puppet's system judged that it sustained enough damage to kill a human and it stopped moving

The youth managed to kill all the puppets around him with a bit of effort. One must know that those puppets have the power of a level 9 Magic Apprentice. Calter is still just at level 8 and not only did he managed to defeat an opponent above his level, but there are also ten of them!
