"ATTENTION!" The examinees unconsciously turned to look at a middle-aged looking man standing on the platform in the front

The Head Master of the Academy has a peculiar reputation and was unpredictable. Exams having different rules sometimes happened from time to time depending on the Head Master's mood

The Tower Manager only smirked at that, completely expecting that an idiot will react like this

That loud sound resounded in the area and some of the students' faces twitched. Their backing of course explained to them that the Escardon Academy is a different place but the arrogance they got from being on the pedestal their whole lives is not an easy thing to erase

"Escort this man away!" The Manager said and two people covered from head to toe with black clothing suddenly appeared on his side

Even their faces are covered in a black mask and no one can see any of their features

The manager retracted the mana threads and the unfortunate student that was made as an example felt powerless to even stand and can only have the two men take him away

"Not that we are one idiot short, time to explain the rules!"

"The exam consists of three parts. One is a written exam, and two contained practical combat"

"The written exam is easy to understand. You will be given a test depending on what kind of mages you are. Pass it and you move to the second part"

"I will only explain the next two parts to those who passed the written exam. Now, line up and get your numbers!"

A box appeared on the manager's hand and the students fearfully lined up

The earlier lesson is still fresh and they don't want to make the same mistake

"Alright, I'll go for now. Good luck Russel!" Xian said with a smile and Kence smiled back at him. "Thank you, Brother Xian!"

Xian nodded his head and walks towards the building with rooms on the front

Kence silently waited at the back of the line before sensing someone making holes in his back. When Kence turned his head behind him, he saw the black-haired and eyed man

Calter's face twitched at being called a pervert for the nth time. He was about to curse Kence but then saw how cute the youth glare is

"Dummy! All examinees are going to that building!" Calter originally wants to say idiot or stupid but the hateful cuteness of the youth made him 'tone down' his words and only used the word dummy

Kence realized that it was just a misunderstanding but he doesn't want to admit his mistake which shocked even him. Kence is a person that will instantly apologize for any mistake that he did

But to Calter that might have peeped on other people .... Kence suddenly became a prideful guy

"Hmph! Pervert!" Kence said before walking in a fast and aggressive manner. He loses a great amount of face in front of a pervert he 'hates' and he's embarrassed to stay on that place
