Brony has superior physique than normal people but even he can't stop himself from screaming like a pig because of the pain. The skin on his face was melting in front of all the people around. This kind of thing was not a normal youth can take, heck even most adults can't take the scene

The sound of people vomiting everything on their stomach pervaded the area dirtying the ground

"City Lord!" Bonny cried out as he can't bear seeing his son suffer like this. The City Lord only waved his hand in return and a patch of ice covered the man's mouth. Bonny wanted to continue protesting but only muffled sounds came out from him

At this time, the other Elders of the Khan Clan can't stand the scene. The pair of father and son is their clansmen, they can't continue losing face like this. If not, how can they face other people

The Khan Clan Patriarch step out from the crowd and walk to the City Lord. Only this legendary and powerful figure can stop the humiliation their clan was experiencing

"City Lord, please stop that reckless Young Man. Brony already suffered enough" the Patriarch pleaded with his head slightly bowing.

Otto only glanced at him coldly causing the man to feel chills all over his body. The Patriarch swallowed the words he wants to say along with his overwhelming anger. He already knew that the City Lord doesn't play like the book but this is just too much. Khan Clan is still one of the pillars of the entire City!

But the Patriarch knew that if he wants his Clan to continue existing in the City, he cannot directly offend the City Lord. Soaring Magic City is their roots, even if they want to change their city it will cause them to suffer. The existing superpowers in other Cities will only bully them

Calter has a crazed smile on his face while watching Brony screaming because of his melting skin. His eyes were completely locked on the unlucky man as if it was the only thing he can see in the world. For him, even this kind of cruel act was not enough to satiate his anger

This man was the cause of Kence's death, no amount of pain or hardships will be enough to atone for that sin

Kence was one of the people who threw out all things on his stomach. One of the servants saw this and immediately gave him a clean scarf to wipe his mouth

"Y-Young Master" Kence muttered to himself as his belief shattered in front of him. His impression on Calter and the current scene was too far apart

For him, Calter is kind and nice. He was not someone who will do any despicable thing. But now, his young master was so different than normal. This is the first time he saw Calter being this cruel

Kence's face was very pale from throwing up and even his knees weakened a lot but he still clenches his teeth and walk to his master

Calter didn't even noticed Kence approaching him, the former was too focus on inflicting as much pain as he can to Brony

"B-Big Brother" Kence called out softly but Calter was too engrossed on his inhuman acts

"Big Brother!" Kence raised his voice but his master still didn't look at him

On Calter's eyes, everything around him dimmed and the only thing he can see was Brony's agonizing face. As of now, all of the man's skin fully melted leaving only the muscles inside. Just a single contact with it was enough to cause so much pain

Calter's body suddenly froze as he can feel a warm body enveloping him. That familiar sweet scent assaulted his nose. The scent that he missed a lot on his past life and the scent that he always wants to smell

The young master turned his head and he saw Kence hugging his arm. The latter's face burrowed on his shoulder and he can feel warm tears wetting his clothes

"K-Kence..." Calter woke up from his insane state and his eyes trembled from seeing Kence's shaking body

"Big Brother.... please stop...." Calter wants to slap himself from his stupidity. How can he do such thing in front of Kence?

Calter wants to shoulder the heaven and earth on his back for Kence's sake. All the hardships that Kence will encounter, he was willing to shoulder all of it. He strives to preserve Kence's innocence and not let him see the ugly truths of the world

The Sternix Clan didn't mistreat Kence and no one in the City will offend the City Lord's true disciple. It was supposed to be enough to give Kence the best and peaceful life but what have he done?

He disfigured someone's face in front of this innocent flower on his side. He won't be surprise if Kence feared him because of this. He messed up.... he messed up big time

Kence looked up and stared at his master's eyes. Calter's heart ache when he saw the tears around his lover's eyes and Calter gently brushed it away with his fingers

Instead of seeing fear or disgust that he expected for Kence to have, Calter only saw concern on the youth. "B-Big Brother please stop.... I-I don't want other people to think badly of you..."

Calter braced himself from all the worst possible scenarios on his head but Kence's words were not something he anticipated. The kid should be angry or disgusted at him but none of those were present. Instead, it was if full concern on what other people will think and label him with

Calter pulled Kence on his embrace. This man didn't fail to make him fall in love all over again. He expected Kence to say he is cruel or bad and he should stop what he was doing. But it's like Kence didn't care what he did and the only concern of the latter was that he might get hurt from other people's words

"I'm sorry" Calter softly whispered on Kence's ears

The eyes of the people around almost burst from their eye sockets. What's with this scene development?

One-minute Calter was acting like a demon's incarnate but now he's acting as if he's a gentle lover. This was too unbelievable that they thought they were dreaming

The City Lord only shake his head. This scenario was not unexpected to him but to flirt in front of so many people, how shameless can they get

Otto waved his hand and the ice freezing the pair of father and son vanished. Brony already lose consciousness from all the pain. Although he survived, this might leave a life lasting trauma on him that will affect his cultivation

"Go get your son but I warn you, don't you dare harm anyone from the Sternix Clan"

Bonny gritted his teeth and bowed at the City Lord. They are the ones that suffered a lot today yet he can only swallow his anger. The City Lord even gave him a warning. Even with the warning, who knows if he will risk it or not

Bonny immediately went to his son's side while glaring at Calter who still has Kence on his chest. The youth glared back at him and mouthed 'This is still not finish' before guiding Kence to the side. Bonny shot one last look at Calter before carrying his unconscious son and walking away

The members of the Khan Clan followed suit. They can't stay in this Banquet anymore as all of their faces were red from shame. What happened tonight was not just some slap on their faced but it trampled on all of their pride!

Calter made Kence to sit on one of the chairs while rubbing his back. While Calter's other hand was gently playing with Kence's hand to calm him down

"I'm sorry" Calter apologize but Kence just shook his head. "Big Brother, you didn't do anything wrong to me. I'm the one caused trouble" Kence answered while using his arm to wipe the new set of tears. His whole being was filled with regret

"It's not your fault and I even scared you" Kence shook his head again and looked at his master. "I was not scared. I know you won't hurt me, Big Brother. I just don't like how other people look and talk about you"

Calter ruffled Kence's hair and he can feel the softness of it on his hand. "Silly, I don't care what they think of me. You are the only one that matters to me"

Kence's face blushed and turned his head away. He doesn't know why but his heart started beating crazily as if it wants to jump out from his chest

"D-Don't say something like that easily!"

Calter only shake his head bitterly and pulled Kence's head and rested it on his shoulder

The two has a world of their own and was completely ignoring the other people around. It's like the inhuman scene from before didn't happen at all for them to act so lovey dovey like that

The Banquet returned back to normal. Nobles are Nobles after all. They are good at socializing and used this chance to form new connections. Of course, the star of the night was Narry and his wife Emily

The Nobles originally wants to approach the City Lord but Otto just silently went to the area a bit closer to Kence and Calter. The City Lord has that unapproachable aura around him as if anyone that get too close to him will suffer

They are even more unwilling to approach Calter from how merciless he acted before. They feared that they will become the second Brony

Thus, the best people to get close to was the Sternix Clan's Patriarch

More than an hour passed of these pretentious Nobles interacting with each other

Calter was currently feeding Kence. The latter said that he can eat on his own but Calter insisted that he was sorry and wants to make it up with Kence. This left Kence with no choice and he can only be fed like a child

It was fine if Calter feed him the foods he like but it was mostly his greatest enemy 'vegetables' which cause him to sulk a bit

'I thought he wants to make it up to me, but why master mostly give me vegetables? I should have eaten on my own!' Kence thought inside him and can only stared at the meat dishes with eyes full of longing

Suddenly, the two heard footsteps approaching them. They saw Narry and Emily along with two Nobles on their sides

"Father" Calter said and acknowledged Narry's presence. This was a good sign. At least, Calter was not as cold as before

Narry nodded his head and smiled at his son before introducing the two people with them. "Son, these are Earl John and Marquees Tem. They helped our Clan open our new Clothing Shop. Quickly thank them"

As a Noble from birth, Calter knew how to act on this kind of scene. Calter stood up from his seat and bowed a bit before greeting the two

"Greetings Earl John, Marquees Tem. Thank you for all of your help to our Clan" if it was other juniors, just a slight bow was not enough as a show of respect. But Calter was not a normal junior and the two won't make things hard for him after seeing how he acted before

Calter's manner turned elegant and befitting to a true Noble descendant. His actions and the way he spoke was filled with grace. The aura around him was so different than the one he has before

Kence also stood up from his seat and bowed respectfully to the two powerful Nobles

Marquees Tem let out a light laugh while shaking his head. "No need to thank me. I believe that our Clans will have a good cooperation"

Earl John nodded his head as a way if agreeing to the Marquees' words before speaking. "We heard of the genius from the Sternix Clan. It seems like the rumors are true. You only started learning magic for almost a month yet you already have such an accomplishment. You are really a dragon among men" Earl John said with full of praise to Calter

Calter gave a slight smile showing humbleness "The Earl is overpraising me. I just made sure to work hard on my cultivation"
