Marvel: Breezing Through History as an Eternal
Chapter 170: The Crimson Demon and. The Warrior Three. 2010 CE
Thor was sitting on a chair as he was in a state of thinking. He was thinking hard on how to get her back, on how to save her.
“Thor…” he suddenly heard a whisper, making him stand up, clenching his fist. “Save me…”
Thor gulped as he closed his eyes, feeling the despair in his heart.
“Thor!” a shout suddenly was heard, making Thor turn. It was the Warriors three, along with Sif, Darcy, and Eric, sitting around a table, and a big ass map was spread on top of it.
Thor came back to reality, and walked back to the group. “Did you find where it is?”
“I’m trying okay?” Darcy stated as she tried to match the map that was given to them to the map on the table. “New Mexico is big, it might even not be in New Mexico…”
“W-We need to be quick about this…” Thor started to panic. “Uncle might’ve done something to her already…”
Sif then touched his bicep, trying to calm him down. “Thor… it’s going to be alright…”
Thor avoided her gaze, and just walked away from her, massaging his nose bridge.
“I mean who is this ‘uncle’ you’re talking about?” Erik questioned in worry. “Another Asgardian?”
Thor shook his head. “No… he’s… he’s from Midgard…”
“From Midgard? You mean earth?” Erik said. “Earth has a man just like you?”
“H-He’s much stronger than me… than us…” said Thor. “I was naive to think… to think the hammer would make me on equal footing with him… no… he’s like father…”
“As strong as Odin?” The Warriors Three exclaimed. “Then… we’re doomed…”
“He’s not… He’s not evil… he’s not going to kill her… he just wants to teach me a lesson…” said Thor calmly. “But he just might if we don’t do anything… so we need to be quick.”
“Found it.” said Darcy suddenly, making the others turn to her. She matched the area of the small map to the bigger one. “It’s northwest from here… quite close to be honest…”
“Then let’s go,” said Thor. “But friends… I’m just a man… I can only talk to him… convince him to end this parse once and for all… Jane has nothing to do with my mistake… I need… I need to save her.”
“Then if he attacks,” said the Warriors Three. “You’ll have our swords. We will fight for you Thor.”
Thor nodded, “Doctor Selvig, Darcy, stay here, We will bring Jane back.”
—
As Thor and the group arrived at the place, they saw a small shack in the middle of nowhere, and a man was sitting just outside the small house.
It was not Pluto however. It was someone else. That man was wearing casual wear, and he looked like he was just about to jog. He was listening to music with his iPod, tapping his feet casually as he leaned against the wall. A japanese style long sword was at his waist, hanging tightly.
“That’s not… uncle…” Thor murmured while frowning. Somehow, the man heard Thor’s voice, and he turned towards the group. He sighed, and stored his iPod in his bag, before unsheathing his nodachi for all the group to see.
“Yo.” said the man casually. “I was just jogging… but father pulled me out of nowhere, so apologies as I don’t have proper combat clothing.”
Thor walked near them, much to the other’s worry. “Who are you? Where’s uncle?”
“Names Kojirou.” he said, walking towards Thor with his sword in his grasp. “Father told me to test all of you, if you manage to defeat me, he will return the lady to you.”
One of the warrior three stepped in. “Just you?”
Kojirou frowned. “Are you mocking me, Asgardian?”
“No, I do not like unfair fights.”
Kojirou hummed. “Then the prince will need the hammer if you want to make this a fair fight.”
Thor clenched his fist from the mockery. “Please, I just want to talk to him.”
“I’m sorry, Asgardian Prince, but father does not want to talk to you, unless you recover your power, or your friends here manage to defeat me.”
“So be it!” The warriors three spoke. “Thor, we will fight this arrogant man, try to see if you can sneak up behind him!”
Kojirou sighed. “Idiots… all of them…”
Kojirou then took a stance, crimson energy started to cover his nodachi, and his eyes glowed red, making the Asgardians grow alert.
Kojirou then made a horizontal slash motion, and a short wave of crimson energy travelled through the air quickly.
It was so fast that the warriors three could barely dodge it. The biggest one, only barely missed the mave, and it cut his beard.
“My beard!” he wailed.
“Come, Asgardians.” said Kojirou as he stood straight again. “You call yourself gods, yet cannot even see that coming.”
The redhead warrior growls. “Oh I’ll stick your sword up your arse just for that…”
Kojirou smirked. “Try then.”
The warriors three and Sif then rushed towards Kojirou in unison, trying to throw him off. The redhead warrior jumped towards him, and tried to slam his axe to Kojirou. The ringbearer didn’t dodge however, he just turned his nodachi, and he used the blunt part. He raised his sword to the side, and once the redhead warrior landed, he slammed the blunt part of the nodachi to the redhead’s bloated stomach, throwing him tens of feet away as it made a supersonic boom.
That Supersonic boom threw everyone off, and it made everyone’s ears ring. Kojirou then rushed towards the blonde one, and used the pummel of his nodachi, and struck it to his heart, where the blonde one instantly clenched his chest, feeling the pain that is a thousand times worse than a heart attack.
Kojirou then turned towards the black haired one, and he used the flat part of his nodachi to slap his face, knocking him down to the ground. After that, Kojirou’s gaze turned to Sif, whose eyes were still glowing, making the lady flinch from the strange energy that affects her sanity.
But as soon as Kojirou saw the lady, he turned off his power. He sheathed his sword, and said. “Give up, my lady, I don’t want to hit that beautiful face of yours.”
Sif frowned as she raised her shield. “Are you saying that you won’t fight me because I’m a woman?”
“Oh no, I am an avid supporter of equality,” said Kojirou. “I was just saying that I am hesitant to fight you, because you are too beautiful. I know this might be rude, but how old are you, my lady?”
Sif snorted, but she couldn’t hide that small blush on her cheeks. “That is not your business to ask.”
She then rushed towards Kojirou, desperately trying to hit him. But Kojirou casually just dodge her sword swings easily.
“Come one, my lady, I don’t want to hurt you.” said Kojirou.
“Fight back damnit!” Sif roared.
Kojirou sighed. “Then forgive me.”
Kojirou then side stepped, before punching Sif in the guts, and she passed out easily. Kojirou didn’t just let her drop to the ground however, he grabbed her softly, before laying her down on the ground.
“Father… the things you made me do to a beautiful woman…” Kojirou murmured bitterly.
Kojirou then grabbed his nodachi, and walked towards Thor, who was just watching his friends get beaten up helplessly.
“It’s just you and me now, Asgardian prince.” said Kojirou calmly. “What will you do?”
“Please… don’t hurt them anymore…” begged Thor.
“You brought them here Prince.” continued Kojirou. “This is all your fault. This is your mistake, why must you bring them to fix it?”
“Then what do you want me to do?!” Thor shouted desperately. “Just release Jane! Take me instead! Torture me all you want, I don’t care, just free them!”
“It’s not about you getting tortured prince.” Kojirou murmured. “It’s about you learning your lesson.”
“I’ve learned my lesson! I’ve learned…”
Kojirou sighed. He grabbed the redhead warrior, and dragged him in front of Thor. Kojirou dropped him to the ground, and unsheathed his sword.
“What are you doing?” Thor questioned in panic.
“Your friends are ready to sacrifice themselves for you,” said Kojirou. “The question is, will you sacrifice yourself for them?”
Kojirou’s eyes then glowed red, and his sword was enveloped with crimson energy.
He raised his sword to the top of his head, and aimed it at the redhead warrior.
“NO!” Thor ran towards them, and he reached them. But, Thor didn’t know that the Crimson energy cannot be blocked unless the user says so. And so, the crimson energy went through Thor’s hand, before cutting the redhead warrior in half, making Thor wail in pain and sadness.
“Why!? Why uncle!?” Thor screamed as he saw his friend get cut in half, almost ignoring his cut off left hand altogether. “Why are you this cruel to me?!”
Thunder and lightning started to appear in the sky, roaring wildly, as if heaven itself was enraged.
Thor then felt something coming to him, he knew what it was, and he raised his remaining hand, grabbing the thing that was coming to him.
It was Mjolnir, his weapon. His armour suddenly appeared, his red cloak, but his power coming back couldn’t heal his missing hand.
Thor then turned towards Kojirou, and he quickly spun his hammer, to attack Kojirou, but then, one word echoed throughout the area.
“Stop.”
“Thor…” he suddenly heard a whisper, making him stand up, clenching his fist. “Save me…”
