Jason consulted his boss in US and got a go ahead for the event. Tina, Jason and Fred took a brief lunch break at an Indian restaurant and came back to office. These of them went inside and planned the budget for the fundraiser. This was the most crucial part.

Once it was done, they wanted to set a date. They wanted it to be a Saturday since most of the clients would be free on Saturday. They booked the track for five k run and reserved an open garden near the track so that the event would take place there.

Jason said, ' Tina, me and Fred should prepare for business review. Please go and check the track and the garden yourself, also see if you want to have an event management team to plan the event..' Tina said, ' Jason, let's not have an event management team. Let me handle this event myself. I have my team of two people with me, we will go together and get everything done, I need sales team also to pitch in to invite all our clients..' Jason said,' ok, off you go along with your team, we will pitch in once you give us the go ahead'!

Tina smiled and took her ŀȧptop. She along with her team Rahul and Satya went to check the track. Rahul and Satya tried to spread rumours about Tina , when she got promoted. They said that she was giving some 'benefits' to Jason. Once Jason got to know about this, he made these two blithering idiots report to Tina.

Now they became very sincere and worked really hard. Tina was a good boss, they saw how well she handled everything and how hard she worked. She kept them busy, but was always considerate. She never disturbed them in their personal time but also she never let them waste time during work hours. They looked up to her now and we're constantly trying to better themselves now.

Tina explained them about the fundraiser on the way. Satya said, ' Tina, your plan is really brilliant,' Rahul said, ' yes, fund raiser along with product launch.. amazing' Tina smiled and said,' how do you know that it was my idea?' they looked at each other , smiled and Satya said,' doing good was always your thing..we know that you donate to charity personally, you donate blood, for Christmas and your birthday you visit old age homes and orphanages..' Tina said, ' ok, first of all how do you know all this? and second thing ..stop buŧŧering me up!' Rahul said, ' but these are just hard facts..' she smiled, and said, ' ok, don't tell this to anyone in office.. I want to keep my Charity personal..' they nodded..

They reached the track, they examined it, it was well maintained, they also checked the open garden, it was beautiful with abundant greenary..she loved this place...she knew exactly how to make this place look like something out of a fairy tale!
