Tina made all the arrangements along with her team..the place looked like a post card.. ofcourse she took the help of a Gardner and a decorator, but she planned out the whole theme along with the menu..

She kept everything simple and elegant, nothing extravagant. She didn't want ugly big banners or logos to make it look like a corporate event, she added her personal touches so that it looked like a small celebration..

Ofcourse since it was a product launch there were brochures and writing material about the product and the company, but nothing huge to draw attention..and at the same time she played with shades of Blue and white which were part of her company logo to decorate the whole space..

This would make people understand that it was an event supported by her organisation, but still the name of the organisation would not be looming over people's heads in big letters..

Finally the day of the event came and everyone from Tina's firm were dressed in Blue jeans and white T - shirts with a cap having the company logo..

Clients started coming in one after the other..there were overall 60 clients who came along with their families since it was weekend..

The total turnout was around 150 people including their own company and working staff..

Tina smartly separated people into groups of ten and as a team of clients were participating in the five kilometer run, the other team started wine treading..this way there was no waiting..

The idea of collecting a nominal fee for wine treading fetched really well, people were happy to participate to gain a new experience..they collected a good amount here..

Fred and Jason along with sales team were actively attending to the clients and engaging them effectively..

The fund raiser event was taken care by Save the Children organisation and they along with local charities put up some stalls selling candles, pottery ware, ornaments etc made by the children..the amount they could collect was huge, many clients came along with finance people so that they could give away some amount for charity through their own organisations..Tina was really happy that the clients thought so much and how everyone was serious about charity..

Jason's boss came online and thanked all the clients for the good will they have exhibited and how well each one of them has contributed towards charity. He thanked Tina for arranging everything wonderfully and to everyone's surprise, he announced that the company would be giving double the amount collected , so instead of matching ten million with ten million, the company would be giving twenty million making the complete collected amount, thirty million!

The charities were really happy..Tina had the most radiant smile on her face....it was a grand success!
