Just then, Sarah arrived at the hospital with a worried expression. From a distance, she saw Qiara leaning against the wall crying, and Sarah suddenly felt heartbroken to see her.

Sarah also accelerated her path to get to Qiara. After that she immediately squatted and hugged Qiara after she was with Qiara. Sarah knows how the life story of Qiara and her Mama was after being dumped by her cruel Papa.

"Gosh dear .... Why are you like this? What about your mother?". Sarah asked after releasing her hug.

"Mama seems not yet conscious. Because the doctor hasn't come out all this time. Qiara is afraid of Ma ...". Qiara replied with trembling lips. 

Hearing what Qiara said. Sarah stroked her hair softly saying "Be patient dear! Your Mama will soon realize. And don't forget to pray" 

Sarah's advice was immediately nodded back by Qiara. Luckily, she was in town B, so she could come to see Qiara sooner. 

Just then the doctor came out, immediately Qiara and Sarah approached her.

"Doctor ... How about my Mama?". Qiara asked impatiently. Sarah was silent because Qiara had already represented her question. 

"Your mama had a mild heart attack. Luckily you brought her here quickly otherwise, maybe her life can't be helped anymore!". The doctor explained.

Heard the doctor's explanation. Qiara's legs immediately went limp. Instantly she took a few steps back. Seeing Qiara's reaction, Sarah panicked. 

"Honey ... Are you okay?". Sarah asked while supporting Qiara's body which almost fell to the floor.

Qiara's tears continued to flow. Her gaze was blank and her heart filled with regret, remembering what she had said that had hurt her mother.

"No ... Mama shouldn't be sick, let alone leave me alone. Mama must be healthy!". Qiara's mind was shaking. She was scared to death that she would be left behind again. Instantly she felt she could no longer hold her weak body. 

Qiara slowly sank to the floor and Sarah didn't have enough strength to hold her body. However, before her body touched the floor, Julian immediately caught her, so that Qiara fell into Julian's arms. 

After getting a call from his mother, Julian immediately drove to the hospital because he was still in town B on business. 

"Are you alright?". Julian asked while supporting Qiara's body to sit on the chair.

"Thank goodness you came on time". Sarah said as she breathed a sigh of relief.

Qiara didn't respond to that question. Julian also took a deep breath because he didn't want to force Qiara. Therefore, he gave his shoulder as a support for Qiara to pour out her sadness. 

"Mama will definitely get better soon! So, calm down!". Said Julian as he rubbed Qiara's shoulder.

Hearing Julian's advice, Qiara immediately shed all her grievances and tears in Julian's arms.

"Mama is like this because of me. I'm an unfilial child. I'm stupid and now I'm very sorry". Said Qiara softly. 

"Don't blame yourself! If she hears, Mama will definitely be sad". Julian replied, stroking Qiara's hair gently while trying to keep Qiara calm. 

Qiara nodded and allowed herself to find comfort in Julian's shoulder, which she hated. 

Sarah was relieved to see her two children getting along and loving each other. She also hopes very much that they can live happily ever after in peace and harmony. 

Not long after that they were allowed to enter by the doctor and immediately transferred to the VVIP room that Julian had ordered to his mother-in-law.

Seeing her mother lying helplessly, Qiara again slumped and nearly fainted. Fortunately, there is a loyal Julian beside her. 

Dusk. 

Time goes so fast. Until the afternoon, Renata didn't regain consciousness and that made Sarah and Qiara anxious.

"Ma ... This is Qiara with Julian! Please forgive what Qiara said yesterday! Please wake up and watch Qiara hold Julian's hand!". Qiara said softly, holding Julian's hand just to provoke her mother to wake up to see her get along with Julian.

Hearing Qiara's words, Julian immediately understood what Qiara had done to make her own mother sick and then she regretted what she had done.

"Qiara ... Let Mama rest first!". Said Julian, trying to stop Qiara from speaking so as not to disturb Renata's rest. 

Qiara looked at her mother while following Julian's direction obediently without making the slightest sound, because her soul was really devastated and could not accept seeing her mother lying on the patient bed just because of her actions.

"Have you eaten?". Julian asked in a soft tone.

Qiara shook her head, after that Julian held Qiara's hand and said, "Alright! I'll go out to buy food". 

Qiara nodded again, after which Julian immediately rushed out of the patient room. 

Just as Julian returns to the hospital. He got a call from his office. Julian immediately picked it up because it was his secretary.

"What are you calling?". Julian asked his secretary. 

"Sorry to bother boss! But there is an emergency in the office. One of our important clients who is from China came to see you". Linda explained frantically. 

"Why is his arrival so suddenly?". Julian asked, curling his eyebrows in surprise. 

"His secretary forgot to tell us, if today is the day when he asks to sign the contract. Therefore, their side also apologizes profusely. He also said that only today he can visit here. After that he will go on a business trip to Europe for a long time, especially today he came with his wife and child, so how is this boss! ". Linda explained. 

"I will not be back, maybe until tomorrow! Tell them the truth!". Julian replied firmly. 

"But boss! They will be disappointed and cancel our cooperation contract. Haven't we been eyeing them for a long time? How about they immediately move to our rival company?". Linda said, overly worried.

"Then let them cancel it! Then choose another".

"But boss!" Linda tries to persuade her boss because she knows how the boss and some of the people involved have struggled to pursue this contract. 

"My wife is much more important than the contract regardless of the value. So you don't have to worry about the company going to lose just because of the work contract," explained Julian.

"Alright boss! I will tell him the truth!". said Linda because she didn't want to upset her boss. 

After talking to Linda, Julian continued on to go buy food.
