~Third POV~

As Alex was going over to the next destination of his choosing he bypasses the Arabasta Kingdom seeing the sand all over the land.

Alex wasn't very much interested in Arabasta and its conflicts as he isn't that much concerned about since he knew that the Strawhats got it covered so he flown over it..

Passing through the islands and going through the skies and the wild nature of the weather of the Grand Line Alex has a sense of amus.e.m.e.nt in his eyes viewing the world.

To be able to fly around without a care of the world was a good feeling for him to have as he goes past the sea finally seeing the mist of snow beginning to form around the island as he sees Drum Island dead ahead.

Drum Island is an extremely snowy country, with absolutely freezing temperatures that can be felt even from the surrounding seas.

There's a river that cuts deep into the island and where a waterfall of snow flows into.

The ground is always covered in thick snow, making locomotion difficult for those not adapted to it, and avalanches may be triggered by the local fauna.

The country features a series of drum-shaped mountains known as the Drum Rockies.

The Drum Castle is located at the summit of the largest of the Drum Rockies, Drum Rock, at the very center of the island.

The Drum Ropeway functions as a way of travel between the Drum Castle and the rest of the kingdom.

Bighorn, Cocoa Weed, Gyasta, and Robelle are some of the villages found on the island.

Most fast travel between towns seems to be done through animal-pulled sleds or steeds.

Viewing the place Alex used his [Observation Haki] to see the entire island's thoughts and aura of the people as he frowns at what he heard.

The people were clearly suffering from a lack of medical help from doctors in the area as they were abducted into Wapol personal health staff while leaving the people to suffer from diseases.

Alex saw this and smirked at this as he was going towards the area secluded from everyone nearby as he says to himself, "Since Wapol is still around maybe I should do something about him maybe change his mind into an honest and good king…?"

As soon as Alex thought of that question he stopped as he answered to himself, "Nah. Let's go with ignoring him for now since he is really annoying. Plus, I could steal the knowledge and memories under his medical team disposal."

With that Alex quickly traveled towards the Drum Castle on top of Drum Rockies as he electro-phases through the walls traveling how he sees fit…

~Alex POV~

Ok infiltration in time to meet with the docs in the house.

Searching the area for the thoughts of anyone inside the Drum Castle I managed to find out where to find the doctors in the area are at.

As I was searching through the area I see that some guards were coming towards me but before they could even see me I flicked my fingers towards the guards as I use my [Eight-Impact Fist] to produce a shockwave powerful enough to knock them out cold sending them towards the wall leaving a noticeable thud.

However, it looks like some of the guards caught wind of what was happening to them as I heard more footsteps were coming over to my location.

Rolling my eyes in annoyance I just place my hand over my head as I say to myself, "Great… now I have to deal with foot soldiers might as well as get them all knocked out."

Knowing that I don't want to fight these guys I used my [Conqueror Haki] to knock out everyone in the whole area of the castle since no one here is strong-willed here.

With that, I sensed the area was no longer conscious now this will be easier to handle with that I quickly flashed over to the doctor's area as I was now in the infirmary.

Now, these people are defenseless against me.

Counting there are in total of at least 20 doctors in the room I guess this is where Wapol takes his health team at.

Going through their heads will take a while to do but it should be possible for some alone time since no one is going to come here to search for this guy.

Taking my time going through my brain and memories using my [Neuron Control] I looked around the room to clearly see what they were doing.

Seeing the infirmary room, it was like your standard run-of-the-mill room with all the what I assume to be top of the current line of materials used for medicine and pharmaceuticals needed to work.

Even some medical books are here as well.

Taking one of the books in the infirmary I decided to read up the current news of what is happening about the One Piece world like how the current flow of events is happening…

Reading the paper, I managed to read that today is the day where the leaders of the World are discussing a rising threat that Dragon the Revolutionary Army leader is doing to the world for the call to revolution.

I guess this is a problem that I will happen in the future but that isn't my concern so for now though I should be busy for my own good.

This [Neuron Control] is going to be a while for it to take down to perfection but with these Doctor's knowledge and wisdom of the human mind, it should really take a while to get down.

As for doctor Kureha, I think it would be wise to pass for the time being.

Messing around with the plot should be avoided for the time being since I can let the MC deal with that shit than me.

Besides, if I mess with the plot of the story now wouldn't make this world unique now, wouldn't it?

Smiling at this I began to say what is the next step is needed for me to do, "Now then as soon as I'm done dealing with the Doctors here I should be busy traveling around Paradise for a while longer."

Yeah, I should get around Paradise for the time being.

And when I leave, I'll take some gold before I leave the One Piece world since it will come in handy in different worlds.

Oh?

With these skills of the doctors in this place, I can safely say that I am a qualified doctor of this place.

Shame I don't have a certified doc.u.ment to prove it…

As I was going through the memories of this doc it looks like I'm done getting his memories and skills.

Now then time to go for the next one…

~Third POV~

After a few hours, Alex took his time to properly take the knowledge, wisdom, and memories of the doctors of the Wapol health team he improved his medical knowledge and better understating of the neurons of the brain.

By understanding these medical skills, made Alex [Neuron Control] more useable and understanding how to manipulate the human brain even leaving behind commands to follow by leaving a command or emotion in them.

Say for example if Alex wanted to make someone angry using his [Neuron Control] he controls the neurons to command the brain to create compounds in the brain that transmutes chemical formula into the brain making them angry.

Of course, Alex could create different commands to the brain by programming it to create the compounds that make a person feel anger, pride, fear, pain, or l.u.s.t, or much more.

By learning the knowledge from the doctors, it made him feel confident of his skills after he came what he searched for Alex decided to meet around with the locals of Drum Kingdom.

Despite the cold winter of the island, he enjoyed his time on the island talking and shopping for new clothes for him to wear even though he doesn't need to worry about the cold anymore with his logia.

Thinking of the next course of action Alex smirked that he knows the next step to do as he says to himself, "Alright after this I should go to the City of Gold next for some pocket change for the next world. I already got experience and skills needed to survive against some strong people in the future."

Getting comfortable in his bed Alex was stumped as to which world he should go next as he still feels like he should enjoy a good fight and fantasy style as he says to himself, "Hmm… maybe heading to Akame ga Kill, Hunter X Hunter, Danganronpa, or RWBY should be fun."

Alex thought with his skills it would be a good challenge or benefit for him to go those worlds for his own reasons.

Akame ga Kill is basically easy level for him because of his strength but the few strong people and weapons should give him a good challenge plus a few Teigus for himself.

Hunter X Hunter to learn Nen would be good and a way to challenge himself as well as earn a place to live in Heavens Arena would be great as well.

Danganronpa for reaping the benefits of becoming the [Ultimate Hope] to obtain all the skills from all the ultimate's in that world and a few changes in that world.

Lastly is RWBY with its kinds of problems but aura and a semblance would be good to have around as well as plus having a few years before canon starts would be good changes to happen.

Alex could only close his eyes for the time being as he begins to sleep for the night thinking of where to go next.
