~Third POV~

Along the way to Water 7 Alex was viewing the sea and was amazed by the city it pales in comparison to the reality of it all.

Water 7 some waterways and canals are used for transportation almost like roads, often surrounded by sidewalks on the canals.

Many citizens use Bulls which are seahorse-like creatures that are attached to boats to move around the city.

Also, some shops rent bulls of various sizes, although they rarely rent King Bulls as they are gigantic in size.

There are 3 main types of bulls, of which the 2 smaller sizes are used for transport and the bulls are good to use because they can go up ramps of water and move about the city.

Architecture is very colorful, often using a tan or peach color for the walls and roofs which are many times red and semi-circular; nearly all the roofs are of red color and texture.

The houses are tiered to allow for more houses to take up room and are usually made keeping in mind the city sinks.

Some canals are wide enough for sh.i.p.s, but those are mostly just to let some sh.i.p.s enter the city so they may be docked somewhere.

The city resembles a giant fountain in a volcano shape because of the tiered system of building houses.

Water 7 is also home where famous shipwrights from all over Paradise reside and work in the organization of Galley-La HQ.

Smiling above the scene Alex took this moment to obtain some Berri of this world as he was in a need of some cash as he was broke poor as he only hunted down animals for food.

Looking at his [Pure Gold Ring] Alex smirked cruelly as he found a way to milk this all for his worth.

Going through Dock 1 Alex was searching around the place till he found the Cashing building to sell off his ring then used his system to return it.

As Alex entered the building of the cashing, he has already spoken to the people working in the area as he discussed with them the deal to sell his ring.

When the people were discussing the ring Alex had they flipped out to know that what Alex had was [Pure Gold] in his possession that even World Nobles would want.

They tried to fool Alex but that was a bust as he already knew but got a total of 1 Billion Berri out of the ring to which he already agreed.

As Alex left with the cases worth 1 Billion Berri, he used his system to pay the 5,000 MTP to get his ring back on his finger.

Alex knew he just scammed the Cashing building, but he didn't care it was their fault for not realizing it plus he already saved it in his inventory for safekeeping as to not draw attention, even more, to place it inside his inventory.

With that, Alex took his time to enjoy the view as well as stand clear away from the water canals since he was a devil fruit user.

He enjoys the meals that were served, getting new clothes, and viewing the weapons shops seeing them in real life.

As Alex was enjoying his time, he caught something in his eyes as he noticed a group of people just wanting to meet as he smiles.

A smirk came across his face as it was the middle of the day as he thinks to himself, 'Well, well, I see that those assassins are taking a break at this moment it seems. From reading their thoughts I can tell they are having a break to take this time to discuss their operations I guess taking Rob Lucci memories of his Six Powers would do nicely.'

As Alex smirks at this he proceeds to move towards the building of Blueno's Bar as he enters there are only the following people inside Blueno, Kaku, and Lucci with his pet.

Once Alex enters the Blueno's Bar he looks at Blueno as he takes a seat on the chairs…

~Alex POV~

Setting down on the chair I see Blueno was asking me for a drink in a fake polite tone, "Good evening young man what can I help you with today? Would you like some beer, or would you like some wine?"

Smiling towards Blueno I decided to try some of these drinks, "In that case can I take some Cola if you have some sir?"

Blueno nods his head as he goes to the back to get my Cola as Kaku looks at me then sees my blade Shusui as he asks me in clear surprise, "AHH!! Young man is that one of the 21 Grade Swords Shusui?!!"

Smirking towards Kaku I replied to the man as I agreed to his answer, "Yes actually it is. You my friend have good taste in swords and to tell that blade on sight are you perhaps a swordsman?"

Kaku regains himself again as he introduces himself as Lucci remains quite observing me closely as if I was a threat how cute, "Ah! Sorry about that the names Kaku a Shipwright that works on the Galley-La HQ with my other worker Lucci it's nice to meet you, sir…"

Holding my hand up I answer his question as I see Blueno returns with a wooden barrel mug filled with Cola, "The names Alex Smith it's a p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e to meet you Kaku and you as well Lucci. I'm not from around here you see I came here to travel around the world seeing new places."

Kaku nodded in agreement to my words as he begins to discuss with me about somewhat people do here and some hot topic places around Water 7.

As we were talking, I see that everyone was having an enjoyable time plus the Cola is good.

Sigh…

Shame I was going to end it but then again, I am talking to trained killers.

So no harm done.

"Snap!"

"Bzzt!!"

I managed to get Kaku and Blueno out cold with some burn marks shown but Lucci was able to withstand the attack as he charges in after me.

"Bzzt!!"

Shame he doesn't have [Armament Haki] because my automatic counter to physical attacks being a Logia just gave him a shock to his system as I released my [Conqueror Haki] all at him forcing him to stand still as the pressure destroy the surrounding floor and furniture.

Although it barely holds him in place, I quickly grab his face as I coated my hand as gripping his face hard as I released 200 Million Volts into him.

I know that is overkill to a superhuman, but I didn't care as he was forced to face the facts that he was down.

But seeing myself a golden opportunity it was time to do some remodeling, "Alright then CP 9 I thank you for your wondrous contributions."

With that, I took my time going through Lucci's mind as I used my [Neuron Control] on him as I go through the memories of his time training his Six Powers.

It might be useful for a majority of times but it did help the Marines and Cipher Pol use Haki so I might as well obtain their skills and add them to my arsenal.

Even though I have one devil fruit its was way more than useful to have than the rest since it has so many versatile uses outside and inside of its original use.

After what seems like a few hours I finally downloaded everything I got from Lucci but not only that but his muscle memories from his neurons.

Here's a question does neurons of the brain command muscles?

The answer is yes.

Muscles move on commands from the brain a single nerve cells in the spinal cord, called motor neurons, are the only way the brain connects to muscles.

Since I manipulate or control the motor neurons by transferring his response to my own I can basically be able to use the Six Powers like they were originally mine without much training so long as I'm physically strong enough.

It's like I already can use them from birth by his response of his reactions of his neurons into my own with his memories I obtain as well as muscle memory but that isn't without ruining some of his in the process.

But it was worth it since I basically ruined him as he was someone not worth mentioning in the future as these skills were wasted in the series.

Smiling next to Kaku I might as well absorb everything he has about swordsmanship but messing with their memories might as well since I don't want them knowing about me.

Although the [Pure Gold] would definitely attract unwanted attention I can at least train while I'm on the go.

Walking towards the other two assassins I smirked at them as I think to myself, 'Now then gents I might as well as leave no witness if me being here now time to mess with their minds.'
