My Destined Werewolf Mate

Bright and pleasant weather, with warm radiant sun rays, was blessing the entire atmosphere while Eva was working on her own inside the cafe. Managing her customers and treating everyone with an equal amount of kindness was the first thing she ever chose to do. While she was preparing an invoice bill for a customer standing before her near the counter, suddenly, she heard some kind of ruckus going inside the cafe. Staring out through the glass walls, several ladies were whispering and murmuring on their own, making surprising expressions.

"Oh my! Look at him! Such an ethereal handsome man! Gosh...he looks like a Greek God! It's such a divine charm!" 

Hearing the whispering noises, she frowned her eyebrows and tried to peek at the way they were staring at. But the customer standing before her seemed to be a bit offended as her attention was a bit diverted away from the invoice bill.

"Excuse me, can you please hurry up a little?" The man seemed to be in his early 30's, sounding much rude at her.

"Ah, ye-yes sir," somehow she tried again to concentrate back at the invoice bill, but their whispers were consistently piquing up her curiosities. Stealing a glance away from the tablet screen, she tried to glimpse at the way out and immediately swirled her eyeballs in awe.

A magnificent glistening black Rolls Royce was parked on the road in front of the cafeteria. Outside the car, dressed up in a complete black Armani suit cupped with a golden wolf-head brooch at the chest, Zeus was leaning his broad muscular shoulder against the car, folding his muscular arms within the arm notch and sharply glancing through the glass barrier, especially towards her. His dark black hair was styled up with gel and his bare forehead look elevated his charm to a thousand extent! He had a serious expression on his face but as soon as both of their eyes met each other, he smirked a bit.

"Zeus?" Blurting out in wonder, immediately Eva stepped out of the counter and tried to head straight towards him, looking much in a hurry.

"Hey! Where are you going, lady? What about my order?" The man seemed much surprised a bit agitated to watch her leaving in such a rush from the counter.

Quickly glancing back at the person behind, she mumbled in a spree," sorry sir, but Zeus comes first." Her blunt answer left him in a daze as he waited behind.

....

"Zeus? What are you doing here today, too?" Abruptly she jolted outside straight towards him, asking him with a baffled look on her face.

"I want to see you each and every day of my life. I missed you." Welcoming her blissfully stretching out open his wide arms, he tugged her inside his embrace, softly caressing her hair and resting his chin on her shoulder.

"Gosh, you are such a baby. Even today you surprised me with your sudden arrival! Why didn't you summon me while you were waiting outside? How long you were going to stand here and stare at me?"

A soft smile appeared on his puffy cherry red lips while hearing her pouty complaints and he lifted up his chin from her shoulder. Tenderly caressing her cheek while glancing straight into her eye, he muttered, "I didn't want to bother you when you were working silently. So I was just going to stand here and look at you."

"And your glorifying presence is already enough to flutter all the women's hearts and causing a ruckus inside the cafe." She was sulking her face while scanning him vividly from head to toe. "Gosh, just look at you! Why do you look even more handsome today? What's up with this hairstyle and dress-up? Are you gonna give a heart attack to all the women out there?"

"Am I looking good enough for you?"

"Good? My heart is almost about to burst out of my chest as it can't handle your bright charm! Even supermodels or top celebrities can't handle your charisma! I am worried...if you go out dressing up like this...what if you attract a ton of ladies towards you? What am I going to do then if someone tries to steal you away from me?" Her deep voice reverberated a bit as she was holding his arm tightly while lodging her complaints.

"That will never happen, rest assured." Zeus further clutched her hand and placed a soft kiss on her knuckle, trying to comfort her worried heart. "Every human either has been scared of me or has resented me. You are the first one, who bravely strived to love me. I am grateful for that, Eva." 

"EXCUSE ME?"

All of a sudden, their romantic soft moment was interrupted by a deep hoarse voice from behind as Eva flinched hard and shifted her gaze sideways. That person who was waiting for the order at the counter came straight out of the door and called out Eva quite in an imprudent tone. Zeus raised his gaze up from her and glared at the person who interrupted their moment.

"How long I have to wait more inside? Is this the way you treat your customers by leaving them inside and having your sweet moment here? This is an ill-service..."

All of a sudden his irked voice trailed off as his eyes shifted straight towards Zeus who was already glaring at him with a murderous cold gaze, grasping Eva in his arms. A spine-chilling sensation aroused in his body and immediately he got goosebumps, taking a step back from them. 

"Wh-Why is that man glaring at me like that?  Lo-Look at his gaze, it's horrifying!" He stuttered in fear pointing a finger towards Zeus when without uttering a single word, he was scowling at him with his dark black pupils, making a devilish facial expression.

"Zeus? Stop...Stop glaring at him like that! You are scaring him!" She whisper-shouted in his ears trying to calm him down a little but he seemed much irked at him.

"Fuck off your coffee! I am leaving from here right now!" Stomping his feet in anger, the guy walked out of the premises leaving both of them behind. While leaving, he could still perceive a sharp vicious glare on his back which was much terrifying him furthermore.

"Zeus! Will you stop threatening people with your death stare? Look, he ran away in fear!" Eva sounded a bit bothered, frowning her eyebrows at him.

"I want to slit his throat." He grumbled in a low cold voice gazing straight at the way the guy left.
