MY ONLY LOVE II : CHASING MY OWN DREAM

Candy took a bus that morning to the office since Hanson went out of town. She came very early that day to prepare for the commercial shooting for her project. She had contacted the photographer to stand by at her office at nine o'clock, she also called the make up artist to stand by at her office at nine o'clock. Marvin came the the studio to helped her with the preparation. She was working with her computer when he came.

Marvin :"How's the preparation ?"

Candy :"All had been set up well, we're just waiting for the photographer and the make up artist at nine."

Marvin :"It's already nine o'clock where are they ?"

Candy called them all but couldn't get connect, their phone line were busy. She began to panic after 30 minutes there were no signs of they coming. But she never gave up, and she thought fast for the worse case, she had to think about plan B.

Jolin came to the studio with smiling

Jolin :"Hey, I heard there will be a shooting today, what time will it start ? I want to use the studio as well !"

Candy :"Should be now Miss."

Jolin :"But why I can see anyone here ?"

Candy :"They'll be here soon Miss."

Jolin :"Have you contact them ?"

Candy :"Yes I have."

Jolin :"So ?"

Candy :"We still trying to contact them now."

Jolin :"Ouw you can't contact them till now ?"

Candy :"Sorry Miss excuse me."

Jolin was very happy her planned worked. Last week she heard her called the company regular photographer to make appointment today, she heard her called the make up artist also. Since they were the company regular co worker, she knew their numbers. So she had some plot for them, she called the make up artist that the schedule had changed to the day after tomorrow, then she gave her tickets to enjoy holidays went out of town for two days, she told her to switched her phone off. As for the photographer she told the driver to sabotage the car so they couldn't went into the office on time. Now she thought she had ruined Candy's work, she didn't know about what Candy capable of.

She left her smiling so bright "You won't get the make up artist come ! hahaha... You'll dead now !"

Candy finally could reach the photographer and she then told Marvin to picked them up at the place where their car got troubled. Marvin worked fast, he could brought them to the office in less than 30 minutes. Then the photographer and his crew worked fast setting up the place. Luckily she told the actress to came at eleven o'clock so there were some time for her to think for plan B. When she was in university she had learnt some make up for herself and she did it to her friends also when they were performing art at the stage. Now, she decided to do it again on her own, she had prepared to bring her make up tools with her just for the bad case, so when the actress came she made her up nicely.

The actress :"Hmm... thank you, your make up style is very light and simple I like it !"

Candy :"Thank you, now can we start to take some pictures ?"

The actress :"OK"

The photographer took some photos of her, they finished in three hours.

Candy :"OK thank you everyone for your cooperation, now let's take a break." Candy brought them take away food and she told to the actress to go with her after she changed her cloth, but she refused to go with her, since she had another appointment.

Jolin came to the studio that afternoon, she saw the photographer and his crew had finished working and seems like there were nothing serious happened. She asked to Marvin about his project with Candy, Marvin laughed proudly.

Marvin :"Wow, she was amazing, she worked very fast and efficiently ! Boss had very sharp eyes, he chose the right person !"

Jolin :"Really ? her eyes widened and began curious "How about the make up artist, I heard she didn't come today ?"

Marvin :"Yes, we couldn't reach her. But Candy did it herself, she could make her up nicely just like professional make up artist ! You'll see her work soon !"

Jolin got shock, she really upset with what had happened "so she could get away again this time huh ? Looks like she's not an easy person, I should be well prepared next time, I want her vanish from here !"

Marvin and Candy had dinner together that day after finishing their work for that day.

Candy :"Hey Marv, don't you think someone wanted to sabotage our project this time ?"

Marvin :"What do you mean ?"

Marvin :"Hmm, since you mention it I think it's weird too ! Who do you think want to harm us ? Or you maybe ?"

Candy :"I have someone in mind but I have no evidence so I can tell you."

Marvin :"It's OK just tell me, I'll help you handle it....Do you think Ms. Sun ?"

Candy :"Why do you think it's her ?"

Marvin :"It's just come to my mind since she asked me this afternoon about our project and I said to her you were our best savior ! Then her face changed to be upset. Maybe you're right it's her who tried to screwed us up. I'll investigate this matter and get the evidence, don't worry. We have to be succeed this time."

Candy :"Thank you Marv, let's finished our dinner."

Marvin :"I'll drive you home since it's late."

Candy :"No, you don't have to, I live near the office here, I can walk there."

Marvin :"Then I'll accompany you, it's not save to walk alone at night."

Candy :"Well, if you insist you can drop me at my friend's apartment."

Marvin :"Is it Luna ?"

Candy :"Yes, it's the same building with your gym building."

Marvin :"OK then, Are you living together with her ?"

Candy :"No...yes sometimes I spent the night at her place."

They arrived at the apartment building, she thank him and waved good bye to him."

Marvin :"Can I stop by a while ?"

Candy :"No you can, maybe some other time, not now. OK see you."

Candy's heart was beating fast, she almost got caught up by Marvin, she then ran to her room. She took a shower when her phone rang. She looked up her phone after finished her shower, it was her boss called, she called him back then.

Candy :"Sir, did you called me ?"

Hanson :"Yes, how's your work today ? I heard there were some troubles this morning ?"

Candy :"Oh yeah but, we can handle them well. So the photo session had been finished smoothly sir."

Hanson :"Good then. I'll be back two days from now. I want to see your work then."

Candy :"OK I'll be ready sir."

Candy worked very hard those days, Marvin helped her also. She took her work home so she could go home earlier. That night, Hanson got home at eight o'clock, he left his luggage at his room, then he knocked on Candy's room, he missed her a lot.

Candy :"Boss, you've back ?"

Hanson :"Yeah just now, can I come in ?"

Candy :"Sure, have you had your dinner ?"

Hanson :"Not yet"

Candy :"Ouw, I only have spicy chicken here, do you want to have some ?"

Hanson :"Hmm Ok."

Candy surprised to see him not hesitate at all, she then served him dinner.

Hanson :"So, how is your project ?"

Candy :"Everything went on track so far."

Hanson :"Can I see it ?"

Candy :"Now ?"

Hanson :"Yeah, I'm sure you take your work home am I right ?"

Candy :"Wow, our CEO is workaholic also ! OK I'll show you after you finished your dinner."

Hanson went to Candy's desk after finishing his meal, Candy felt awkward since he was standing so close to her body and his face was getting closer beside her face, she then decided to move.

Candy :"Sir, you may sit here, I go get another chair."

Hanson had seen her work for a while and gave her some opinions and suggestion.

Candy looked at the clock it's already ten o'clock :"Sir, it's late, you should have some rest now. We can talk about it again tomorrow."

Hanson saw the clock :"OK see you again tomorrow. Oh by the way I bought this from my trip, I thought you might like it."

Candy :"What is this ?"

Hanson :"It's a scented candle."

Candy smiled :"Oh thank you so much sir, I like it a lot !"
