What timeline should this story be in?

By checking right now the MC is about 1 year older than Sasuke and Itachi is about 3 years older than the MC.

The MC is reborn into a different clan similar to the Uchiha, but they are descendants of a powerful bloodline(No spoilers). This new clan is close to the Uchiha.

Which team should the MC be in? I was thinking team 7 but everyone says it has been done many times. So give me some suggestions.

And lastly the most important question is should there be a time skip? I was thinking of showing some of the MCs past, before the huge 'event' happens(No spoilers). Then I want to move over to the Leaf Village.

Also vote which main 5 powers the MC should have. I wad thinking of something that is the Dark Version of Sage Mode. Also recommend a new type of Susanoo.
