One Piece: And The Original

As the guard left me alone and I hear his muttering in the distance I know my disguise is good enough. Let's start the infiltration.

I show the guards at the entrance of the noble district my emblem. They look at my face with question marks across their faces. "If you take any longer I will ask my father to make your life worse than those at that garbage dump you call the grey terminal." The face of the guard twists in fear as he lowers his head and lets me pass.

"Did that family have a daughter?" Guard 1

"I don't know, but the young prince in the west is looking for a wife, so maybe they adopted another one" Guard 2

"Who knows" Guard 1.

I laugh at their arguments. that family really is garbage. Maybe they should live at the grey terminal, it must feel like home to them. After all trash belongs in the trash bin. as it's still light outside I walk around collecting information. Who know maybe I can impersonate another family's daughter and get some free tarts.

A bit further on the street a commotion is going on. Guards appear as they drag someone away. "What was that?" They even arrest someone off the nobles?

"That was a boy who ran from home" An old man explains as he stands next to me.

"Why would he run away from home?" I ask with an inquiring look.

"Sigh, that boy went to live with trash for a few months, now that they are going to burn down the trash tonight he panics. He even yells it around the street. Such a disgrace of a noble. But it's getting late, little girls should go home an go to bed" The man smiles as if he never told about a massacre.

"Sure, I bet mother and father missing me. They must be waiting for me!" I give an innocent smile as I run in the direction Sabo was taken away to.

I stop at the house with the same emblem on its fence as it has on my medal. "This must be it" I look around me if I see anyone. As there are less people on the streets I activate my Haki and Rinkaku as i jump over the fence. I stay in the shadows avoiding the guards patrolling the house. There are a lot of them as they survey in groups of three. Why did that idiot have to escape. I promised that I would get him. I can see the sky lighting up in red as they must have started the fire already. As I wait for the hour when the attention is lowest I jump toward Sabo's window.

I look trough the window if there are other people besides Sabo and then knock on the window. There is no response. How can that idiot sleep when I told him I would get him. As I activate my Ukaku and slice open the lock and the steel bars. I jump inside and look for Sabo. As I see him lying on bed with a tear stained pillow I grab him by the scruff and jump out of the window. It didn't take long before he wakes up and looks down. We're flying about 5 meters above ground. He startles and grabs my arm. "Jess! you came!" He tries to yell. But as soon as he opens his mouth, I place my hands over his mouth to not wake anyone up. "For now we must hurry up, Ace and Luffy are waiting. We approach the gate, but as there are too many guards it's too hard to get through.

I dash into the alley and walk besides the wall. I activate my Rinkaku and see if the wall can hold me if I poke holes in it while climbing. Seeing they will hold I turn to Sabo. He is crying out at a man covered in a cloak. The man listens, but while he does that he looks in my direction. He must have seen me trying to climb. Looking at the mans face, I recognize Dragon, Luffy's father as well as the leader of the revolutionary army.

"Why are you so eager to go over? Why are you willing to risk your life?" He asks while his face is firm and serious.

"My idiot brothers are in there, but is that any of your business?" I ask him back as he starts to laugh.

"No it is not. But to make sure you're okay, go towards the sea when to try to escape." He smiles as he slowly disappears into the shadows.

"Sabo, we don't have all day, let's go" I grab Sabo with one arm and plunge 4 Kagune arms into the walls. The progress is slow as I don't want to fall down if the wall crumbles. As we get higher and higher more smoke starts to surround us. As my hands are filled, Sabo binds a handkerchief around our faces. When we arrive on top of the wall I search the area with with my heightened sense of hearing to listen if I can find Ace and Luffy. Did they find Dadan? As I'm searching I'm getting a small reaction of one of the bandits. They are far away, but i can still make it. At least, that is if I don't carry anyone. I go toward the edge of the grey terminal "Sabo, you wait here, I can't get there fast enough if I carry you" Sabo nods as he understands, not is still frustrated that he can't help.

As I see him nod I turn around. Rinkaku 1 isn't fast enough. As I make my arms grow I bind them around my body. They surround me like an armor, but the kagune in the mouth put off the idea slightly. I activate the Ukaku on my back for an extra speed boost and push off.. let's hope I'm on time.
