Our Bonds

I watched from my office window as a group of shipgirls gathered on the field. They are deciding a good spot to start their project. Yuudachi and Shiratsuyu managed to get a lot of people to participate in this robot-building project. Akashi and Yuubari were the most excited out of the group. I can see Akashi drafting out a blueprint on the sand. It was right to suggest that idea after all. Just in case, I got Rei to help me watch over them while they concentrate on their activity.

Aside from that, it seems that the Sirens and Abyssals are becoming more aggressive in their attacks. Fusou's fleet just repelled two fleets of mass-produced sirens this morning. The investigation fleet that was sent out by HQ got pushed back by an Abyssal fleet consisting of only Water Demons. Sasebo got attacked by an Abyssal Battleship fleet last night. Azur Lane reported that they found a giant Siren battle cruiser, which started attacking them when they got close. Everything is becoming more chaotic with each passing day.

"Come on, Tama-senpai. Get up. Stop lying in the sun and go to the port already." (Asashio)

"Nyaa~ (Tama)

"Tama-senpai!" (Asashio)

Despite all the chaos on the outside, my shipgirls are still able to live life as per normal. Tama was basking in the sunlight passing through a window while Asashio tries to get her to move. It was almost time for her to switch with Fusou for the afternoon shift. Today is also the day the North Union girls join the defense fleet. Like the others, they were getting a little bored of lazing around. As they requested, I added their names into the schedule. Fubuki taught them enough Japanese to let them hold a simple conversation and take simple orders.

"Waaaakkkeeee uuupppp!!!" (Asashio)

Assashio was pulling hard on Tama's shirt, but Tama won't move an inch. Maybe I should help her.

"Geez! Commander! Stop staring and help me already!" (Asashio)

I was just about to.

"That's not right, Asashio-chan. You can't just rely on brute strength against Tama. Here, let me show you."

I whispered into Tama's ear,

"Tama, Kou-kun and Tina-chan are waiting for you to bring back some delicious fish from the port."

Tama's eyes flickered open. She got up, gave a big yawn and rubbed her eyes.

"Delicious fish?" (Tama)

"Yep. Your fellow cats are waiting for you to bring some back."

"Geez. Tama is not a cat, nya. But... I'll go get some for them nya." (Tama)

Tama is the closest to our two residential kittens. The three of them can be seen playing together or sleeping in places where it's warm. At least during this cold season. I bet they will be finding cooler places to sleep when it gets warmer.

"Wow! Just like that." (Asashio)

"Huh? Asashio, why are you here? Ah whatever, let's go." (Tama)

"Geez. I came here to get you. Ah, thank you Commander. We will take our leave now." (Asashio)

The both of them left. And just in time too. Zuihou came out of the bathroom, wrapped in a towel. Good thing those two already left. Tama is fine, but Asashio will definitely freak out if she sees this.

"Phew~ That's better. I heard the door close. Did someone came by just now?" (Zuihou)

"You didn't notice?"

Zuihou just gave a confused look.

Earlier, Samidare came to give me some coffee. As usual, she ended up tripping over herself and spilled the coffee all over Zuihou. So Zuihou took a bath while Samidare brought her clothes to the laundry.

"Wait, why did you come out like that? Didn't I leave a shirt out for you?"

Her bare skin glowed faintly as she approached me.

"Ehehe. I got a better idea." (Zuihou)

She proceeded to slowly unbutton my top.

"Wai-?! Zuihou, what are you doing?"

A part of me wants to stop her, but the other part is curious as to what is she planning. This is sort of stimulating. But dangerous at the same time. I quickly placed my hand over hers as she moved on to the fourth button.

"What if someone comes in?"

"It's fine. No one comes into the office at this timing." (Zuihou)

She nonchalantly answered and continued her activity. She has been quite aggressive lately. Usually I'm the initiator.

"There we go!" (Zuihou)

"Eh?"

After unbuttoning my top, Zuihou just sat down on my lap and stretch my shirt to cover her up. As if we were sharing a blanket.

"Warm~" (Zuihou)

"Erm... What is this?"

"I saw this scene in a manga I was reading. I wanted to try it for a while now." (Zuihou)

"Is that it?"

Zuihou tilted her head towards me,

"Hmm? What do you mean? Ah. You thought I was going to do something lewd, don't you? Seriously, Admiral really is a pervert." (Zuihou)

This little tease...

"Was the girl in that manga wrapped in a towel as well?"

Zuihou explained how the girl was soaked in the rain before arriving at her boyfriend's house. In a series of sheer coincidence, his bathroom is under renovation and all of his clothes were in the laundry. So to ensure that his girlfriend doesn't catch a cold, he asked her to take off her clothes and 'shared' his shirt with her. Similar to what Zuihou is trying to do now. What kind of plot is that?

"Say, you do know that you can wear clothes if you want to do something like this, right?"

"Eh?" (Zuihou)

I can see her ears turning red. She didn't think this through properly. Time to take back my throne.

"I'm... going to put something on." (Zuihou)

"Oh no, you don't."

I quickly buttoned my shirt before Zuihou can get up, trapping her with me.

"A-admiral! Stop this!" (Zuihou)

"Didn't you say you want to try experiencing this?"

"I already experienced it. I'm satisfied already." (Zuihou)

"I'm not. So you are staying like this until I'm satisfied."

"But what if someone walks in on us?!" (Zuihou)

"Didn't you say that no one will come in at this time of the day?"

"Hey! Don't pull off my towel!" (Zuihou)

As I continued teasing her, the door swung open.

"Yoohoo, Admiral!" (???)

A girl dressed in a white uniform and white coat posed at the entrance. She had a moderately large chest and a side ponytail. This girl is a North Union cruiser, Pamiat Merkuria.

"Eh?" (Pamiat Merkuria)

She just froze there. I guess the scene in front of her was a little too shocking? Zuihou was now trying to hide herself in my shirt.

"Hey! Pamiat-san! You can't just- What are you two doing?! It's still a working hour! In the first place, the office is no place for such an activity!" (Ooyodo)

Ooyodo appeared beside Pamiat Merkuria. Ooyodo was visibly embarrassed at the sight before her. Actually, make it the both of them.
