Two days after we held the celebratory banquet for our victory at Brunei Anchorage, I managed to obtained a five action reports and five blueprints in addition to our spoils of war. Which means some of my shipgirl's can finally remodel once they meet their requirements. Suzuya got MVP during that battle, and now she has met all necessary requirements for her second remodel.

"Suzuya Kai Ni... If I'm not wrong, this sort of makes her a pseudo-carrier, right?"

The most noticeable change in her a equipment is that thing that resembles a flight deck and the resulting increase in plane slots. She is getting closer to a carrier now.

Oh right, better prepare the second pillow. Who knows which girl is coming to pay a visit.

I woke up feeling something heavy on my chest. My blanket formed an arch. This is new. Usually the girls would show up beside me, not on top of me. I looked under the blanket and a fluff of green hair greeted me. This is unexpected...

Sleeping soundly like a cat was the last shipgirl I expected to come close to me, Yamakaze.

Yamakaze, the newest additions to my fleet, and the most timid one out of the Shiratsuyu sisters. You can find her hiding behind Kawakaze or Umikaze most of the time. The only way I can draw her out is with candy, other than that, she would just run off to hide.

I guess her behaviour this time was just in a whim. Maybe she just wanted company for the night. Then again, she could have just went to her sister's side.

I feel like there is no point in thinking of her reason. Furthermore, I'm tired from today's work. Let's just sleep...

The sound of knocking woke me up from my slumber.

"Admiral, are you awake? Sorry to disturb you but this is bad!"

This voice...

"Murasame? What's wrong?"

"It's Yamakaze. We can't find her anywhere! When we woke she was..." (Murasame)

"Open the door."

"Ehh?" (Murasame)

"Just do it."

I flipped the blanket to one side as soon as she opened the door, revealing her little sister all tucked up on my chest.

"Ah! So there's where she was. Geez, I thought she went out to sea or something. But this is unusual." (Murasame)

"I know right. She always avoids me whenever I try to speak to her. Maybe she is starting to realise my charm?"

"Ufufufu. Maybe. Come on, Yamakaze. Wake up. It's morning already." (Murasame)

"Funyaa? Hmm?" (Yamakaze)

"Good morning, Yamakaze."

"Eek! Admiral? Why are you on my bed?" (Yamakaze)

Looks like she is unclear of her position.

"I should be the one saying that. But first could you get off of me? It's hard to breathe."

"Eh?" (Yamakaze)

Yamakaze looked down and turned red almost immediately. She was kneeling on my chest, so it got a little too hard to breathe.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to..."

"It's alright. It's alright. You can come to me anytime okay? I would like to know you better, Yamakaze."

"Ah. Um... Yes.." (Yamakaze)

Am I imagining things? I could have sworn I saw a small smile form on her lips.

"Good for you, Yamakaze." (Murasame)
