The date with Annie ended up pretty well. Annie stole a kiss before she ran away from Leo. Leo called put to her, but she didn't looked back.

Even if it was for a split second, Leo would not forget how soft Annie's lips felt when she kissed him.

One more day. Leo ad Tom are on their way to the hospital, where their mother's being treated.

It's Leo"@ third visit ever since her mother was hospitalized. It pains Leo to see her mother in a coma. He's partly blaming his self for what happened to his mother.

They bought flowers..

Tom entered first and Leo followed.

She looks like she's just sleeping. Her peaceful and elegant face was brightened by the white hospital clothes.

Leo and Tom sat down near their mother. Tom held.his mother's hand and kissed it.

"Mom, I've brought big brother Leo, just like I promised. Brother Leo's hesitant at first, but eventually give in"

Tom was not sad, but was happy. Tom let go of his mother's hand and stood up.

"Brother Leo, take your time and talk to Mom. I'll be waiting outside"

Tom leaved the room.

Leo went closer and held his mother's hand tight. He stayed silent for a while and quietly observed her.

"Mom, I missed and still missing you. Even up until now, I'm still blaming myself for what happened to you, Mom. I should have a talk with you more, if I know that that would be the last time I would hear your voice"

Tears began flowing down his eyes. He dumped his face on his mother's bed and cried his eyes out.

His mother's hand suddenly hold his hand tight. He immediately raised his head to see if his mother's had woken up.

But, she was not. A single drop of tear ran down his mother's face. Leo saw that and that made him cry more.

Tom was just in front the door and he could hear what was going on inside.

Leo spend his remaining tine on his mother's side, until visitor hour's done. He took care of his mother.

Before leaving, Leo bid farewell to his mother and said that he'll bee back again soon.

Secretary Cristina emailed Leo. Her and chairman Daniel would be coming to their house.

All of them were awake, early in the morning.

"Brother Leo, when's the chairman arriving?!"

Everyone's busy cleaning the house. The chairman"# arriving earlier than what Secretary Cristina emailed. They are preparing breakfast for everybody.

Car tires were screeching and the engines die. His personnel opened the door for him and chairman Daniel slipped out of the car.

Secretary Cristina knocked on the door and the twins opened it for them.

"Ahh, the old man"# here!"

"Geez, I told you not to call me old man"

The two entered and his bodyguards were on stand by.

"What a lively house!"

"Perfect timing, lunch's ready. Come have breakfast with us!"

Tom invited them to the dining hall and called the others. They are short on chairs, so the others have to eat separately.

Everyone had sat down. They prayed before digging in.

They had a feast and were all full.

"A week will be the shortest day you'll fund the Death. You can take your time looking for him"

All of them were outside to see Leo off. Yesterday, Leo had filled their blood bottles, two weeks supply. He almost fainted, filling the bottles.

"Master Leo, don't forget to eat your meal" -Hazel

"I'll be waiting for your return, hiss!" -Maeve

"I have nothing to say, hmph!" -Ruhan

"Let's fight when you return!" -Drago

"Be careful on your way" -Zest

"I shall wait for Milord's return" -Djhin

"Can't we come with you?" -Khione

'Hahaha, I didn't expected something like this in the past'

"I can't, the chairman said, I need to deal with this myself"

"Yeah, he has to be alone. Get ready hunter Leo"

Chairman Daniel created a warp gate to transfer him from worlds to worlds.

"Be on your guard, the first thing you arrived there"

He nods his head and waved to bid farewell to the others. He went inside the gate, enveloping him. The warp gate disappeared and so is Leo.

It took him about 5 minutes to be transported to another world.

The gate appeared in mid-air and the gate dropped him down. He landed on his feet.

The second he landed , something came.flying towards his location. He was able to dodge because of his keen senses.

"Oi, oi, what was that?"

A spear was stuck to the ground, when he tried to look what it was.c

"There's an intruder! Everyone, capture him!"

Leo had landed on the trolls' land. They were different than any usual trolls Leo always sees.

They are large in numbers and they looked like they were preparing for a war.

The trolls picked up their spears and rushed towards where Leo was.

"I'm still sleepy from waking up early in the morning. A little exercise might help me"

"Kriieehh!"

He created his arm and pound the ground. Tremor were made and the trolls loses their balance. He stole a spear and threw.it tot the trolls. Other trolls were using slingshots as their weapons, they used rocks.

Leo was dancing to their attacks, evading every attacks they tried.

"There's too many"

Leo took put his sword and.cast his sword's skill.

"Krriieeh!"

Other trolls managed to crouch, but most of them were killed by the destructive slash.

Their numbers were down to half in an instant. The trolls who managed to avoid getting, were trembling and backing away on Leo's presence.

The trolls and goblins are having a dispute for so pong. And now, they decided to settle it by war. The goblins were preparing for war too, they are on the other side.

The goblins' lookout, a scout, came running back to their camp to deliver the news he's seen.

"C-chief Gobrio, t-the trolls!"

He's panting and were out of breath, running one kilometer had his stamina drained.

"What is about the trolls, are they on the move?!"

The chieftain was about to order his men to prepare for the trolls attack , when the scout stopped him

"The trolls! They are being killed, gobu!"

The chieftain were shocked, and spaced put for second.

"What did you say?! Who's killing them, gobu?!"

"A human! A single human's killing them,gobu!"

What surprised him even more was the fact that a single human was killing the trolls.

"How did a human get there?! The human 's land is from the far north! We're on south, gobu!"

"Y-you wouldn't believed this chief! The human came.out of a warp gate, gobu!"

"A-! Gate, you say?! You must be mistaken, gobu! No humans are capable of creating a gate, gobu!"

The scout goblin argues about what he chieftain said.

"I saw it with my eyes, chief, gobu!"

"Okay, I'll have Goblin accompany you with the our attack force. I want you gobus, to watch the human and bring him here, whatever reason it may take!"

Countless lives of trolls had died on Leo's hands. The remaining trolls run away and hide behind their great warrior.

[Tuskeer, champion of trolls tribe]

"Champion, huh?"

The trolls were cheering for Tuskeer.

"Human, what business do you have with my tribe?! You've killed my brothers"

Tuskeer took off his cloth and other decoration hanging around his neck.

"They were the one who instigated this, blame your brothers"

A troll who's no lower-half were crawling towards the champion.

"Kriieehh..."

The troll outstretched his arm and looked at Tuskeer.

"Oh, let me put you out of your misery"

Leo pierced its head down to its lower jaw.

"Kriieehhh!! How dare you, you mere human"

Tuskeer's anger intensifies. He dashed forward and gave Leo a punch in the face. Leo didn't budged and felt a little pain.

"Feel better now?"

Leo's smirked on his face made Tuskeer even more angry.

"I'll only feel better after killing you!"

He took out his weapon from his waist and slashed Leo's face. It graze Leo, and it stings.

[Poison nullified]

"Just a single cut of my Cutlass of the Poisoned Dart! You'll slowly feel numb and lose consciousness. Your heart will atop and you will die!" Krihahahaha!"

Tuskeer struggled because he knew he had poisoned Leo with his cutlass.

"Argh! Ugh! What's this? I can't breath!

Leo thought of making a fool out of them by pretending that he's dying.

"Kriehahahaha! That's it! Die! Die! Kriehahahaha!"

Tuskeer turned his back against Leo. Leo, pretending that he's dead, suddenly disappear.

"Did you see that, brothers?! I've the human, who killed our brothers!"

One of the trolls notices that Leo's gone and immediately called Tuskeer's attention.

"Big brother Tsukeer! T-the human's gone!"

"Of course! He's gone forever! Kriehahaha-"

Leo tapped on his shoulder and he felt chills run down his whole body.

"Missed me?"

"How a-"

Leo grabbed Tuskeer's face and slammed him down to the ground. Leo helped him stand up, by picking him up on his head.

"This is how you punch"

Leo returned the favor, doubled. Tuskeer flung away. Trolls ran to his aid.

The blow he received on his face was bruised.

'I'll lose my chance of knowing where the previous Death is, if I killed all of them'

"Oi, Tuskeer, was it? Bring me.to your boss"

'What do they call their boss again?'

Tuskeer learned the gap between their strength and stopped putting up a fight.

Tuskeer led Leo to their camp, where the chieftain is.

"C-chief! The human who've slaughtered our troops, he's coming here!"

The trolls had tensed up and waited for Leo's arrival. They didn't dare to backstab him.

"Hey, Tuskeer, are you guys going on a war?"

Tsukeer flinched. He's keeping a distance between them. Leo's presence everywhere.

"We are, the goblins' on the other side of this land, kriiehh"

'Kriieeh?'

The remaining trolls, they were on standby, acting as scouts if goblins are advancing forward.

Tuskeer escorted him inside their camp and they went t see the chieftain

"Chief, champion Tuskeer's coming in with the human, kriieeh"

The chieftain remained calm as much as he can. Overflowing with mana, surrounding Leo, the trolls could sensed it within him.

"Let them in"

Tuskeer and Leo went inside. It was a cave that they had modified and made as their den.

'So, he's the boss of those trolls. He looks old'

Tuskeer knelt in front of his father's presence. His father have him stand up.

"W-well, how could I be of service to this merciful human, who have spared my children?"

Leo cleared his throat and spoke his matters.

"I wouldn't have attacked them, if they didn't attacked me first. As for why I'm here, I am hoping that you guys knows about someone called Grim, or Death"

The chieftain and other trolls heard him right, but asked him again.

"What is it that you're looking for?!"

"The Death, Grim"

Their eyes widened at what they heard and shouted.

"WHAT?!"

"You're looking for the Death?! Are you crazy?! No one ask for the Death. Just saying his name is terrifying!"

'Hmm? Did Grim do something terrible that made the inhabitants of this world, afraid of him?'

"W-we couldn't get involved with you, human, anymore! If you're looking for him, go North!"

Leo was chased away by the trolls away from their den.

"Ahh, I'm not good with directions, where are we right now?"

He asked Tuskeer who led him out.

"We're at South. Go straight and you'll arrive at North"

'They should have at least gave me a map or something'

He's walking straight to the goblins' lair. He sensed their presence earlier when he was fighting the trolls. He'a thinking of asking for more information about Death, Grim.

"The human's coming, gobu!"

"The chief told us to accompany him back to our den, gobu!"

The goblins explained things to Leo and both parties understood each other.

"We've brought the human, Chief, gobu!"

"Bring him in"

Leo came in and has a talk with the chieftain alone.

The chieftain of the goblins had the same reaction as the trolls' chieftain. The difference between the two was that the chieftain of the goblins, didn't forced Leo to leave.

Despite being afraid of what they were talking about, the chieftain offered Leo food. Leo had second thoughts about it. He refuse the offer, but asked for a map.

"Human, before you go, take this"

A bag full of silver coins, was given to him.

"That's what the humans use as money, they are called Plata. It's not much, but please take it"

"Where'd you get this?"

"Uh, from the gobu. They said they picked that up on their way"

The chieftain even gave him a map of the whole kingdom, that they stole.
