Leo continues to walking through the vast plains of the land if the South. He came across no one until he reached the Middle East of the kingdom.

They showed their selves, jumping out of the tree.

"Ninjas?"

Leo's half-right about that. They are ninjas that robs and steals from anyone that has a valuable things and treasures.

'Are they humans?

The ninjas took put their swords and were walking circles.

'"Are you guys humans?"

"We're not humans. We are what everyone calls 'desert robber'. We've long left the desert and chose the path of ninjas. But, we're still loyal to our job, what we've been doing"

'All I asked was if they are humans...'

"You guys followed me all the way here to rob me?"

'I thunk that's too obvious'

Their leader gave the go signal and three of his men attacked. They came from all sides and slashed Leo.

Leo caught the sword and broke it with his hand. He dodged the other and did a back flip.

The ninja who had his sword broken, he followed Leo and aimed for a hand to hand combat.

The ninja jerked his hand and punched through Leo's one-hand guard.

'He's string. I need to use both hands'

The other one followed through, struck down. Leo took out his sword and blocked the strike. The last one ducked in and aim for his stomach.

"Not gonna let you"

He leaped back and use Cloak.

"Not bad. You're like a ninja too, erasing your presence"

'Shadow steps'

The three had became invisible, their footsteps were inaudible but, not their presence and the mana coming from them.

'Two from the left and one behind me'

He span and swung his arm, the ninja ducked and aimed for his feet.

Leo jumped and kicked the ninja right on his face. The two attacked and Leo blocked the two of them..

They were strong, they made Leo bend his left knee. Leo exerted much force to pushed their sword up. He managed to do so and kicked the two of them.

"He's not just skilled, he's also able to hear their movements. You three can stop now!"

One command and the three had stopped. Leo's relieved to hear that they will bot be continuing anymore. He's still unsure and still doubting that they are not humans.

"You guys won't win against him" their leader looked at Leo and inside his mask, he smiled.

"I'll fight him instead. He's still not showing his true strength"

He unsheathed his sword and prepare ed himself.

Both dashed forward. Their swords clashed, pushing from their sword. They stepped back , for a fleeting second, Leo smirked and without batting an eye, their swords clahsed once again.

Clang, clash clang, the rhythmic sound of their swords had caught the others attention and made them focused, solely on the fight.

The leader's sword's skill had increased its speed. He's giving Leo graze and shallow wounds.

He's speeding up his sword even more. Like a prey dancing on its predator's hand, Leo's accurately dodging his attacks.

Having his sword's skills overwhelmed, Leo took few deep cuts.

'Cloak' 'Hotfoot'

Slowly, Leo's catching up to the ninjas speed and, soon his speed would surpass his.

Leo fainted a left. The ninja took the bait and Leo landed a deep cut to his leg.

[Critical strike had been inflicted]

"Ugh!"

He took a few steps backward, distancing himself from Leo.

He patches his wound up. Leo wasted no time and rushed over. The ninja threw a kunai, grazing Leo's face. He looked at the grazed and let his guard of for a second.

'Focus Points'

The ninjas sword range had extended, reaching Leo's position.

'I'm on his range?!'

The ninja exhaled and go for a flash strike.

'Ahh, I still need this...'

Leo blinked and went behind the ninja.

"What?!"

His sword had definitely reached Leo.

"He's behind me?!"

The ninja turned his head and Leo knocked him down. He lost consciousness when Leo hits his nape.

"B-brother!"

Leo took of his mask and, his gut was right. They are humans.

The others will not fight him, under the command of their leader.

Leo drank the health potions to restore his lost HP and even his mana.

It didn't took the ninja that long to regain his consciousness. He suddenly stood up and looked for his comrades.

He was glad to see that they were still alive, watching him.

"Brother! You lost"

Their faces saddened. Leo was standing behind them, he looked at Leo and said,

"Why didn't you kill us? Is it because we're the same?"

Leo scratched the back of his head and replied,

"I still have questions I want to ask"

"Just kill us already! We are prepared to die. We have robbed, steal and killed others for our own gain! Dying is inevitable on a fight!"

'Is this their ninja way too? And, are they that obsessed on dying?'

"You're quite wrong. Not all fights shed blood and leave someone dead behind. You have reasons for killing, and I have reasons not to kill you guys"

'I hope I'm making any sense'

His words didn't get through their thick skulls.

"I'm talking about our fight! It's kill or be killed!"

'Ahh! What a pain! I hate dealing with stubborn people'

"Accepting defeat not only means death. If you're real obsessed on dying, I'll do that later. For now, I want you lots to escort me to where Death is"

The same reactions as the goblins and trolls had.

"Asking for Death is like asking for your death! Rumors says he's living in the far,far Northwest of the Kingdom of Warlock, home for the savage beasts, ancient dragons and mythical creatures. Anyone who dares try to set foot on his land, they will never come back!'

'If they are that scared, Grim must be a really bad type of guy. More than that, he's living in a dangerous place'

Leo went closer to the ninja's leader.

"I'm not telling you guys to come with me in the Kingdom of Warlock. You just need to escort me and then, that's it. Plus, I need to know if there are other humans, or monster hunters who are willing to come with me"

The leader of the ninjas, sighed in relief. He's not afraid of dying by Leo's hands, but afraid of dying when it comes to Death.

"They are called 'Predators', the humans who fights, hunts and prey on monsters. You came at the right moment, the Predators are forming a raid team this month. If you want o join them, you need to pass their test"

'Test? I'm not smart when it comes to a test'

They leaved the Village of Hugh and went back to the ninja's base camp. They have a base at the North, where the humans lives.

On their way, Leo had some questions. The leader answered his questions.

They are currently at the Land of Urr, Kingdom of Quinn. There are three other Kingdoms, the Warlock, where Grim resides, Kingdom of Fallonia and Kingdom of Grasya. The Kingdom of Quinn's the smallest Kingdom with just three Nations. Humans Nation, Monster Nation and Demons Nation.

He's landed at the Monsters Nation.

They had long past the Monsters Nation and are going to the Humans Nation.

They both share their names. The leader of the ninja's Kenkage, the three is, Gin, Kin and Mist.

They have other comrades all over the Kingdom. They're splitting up their groups.

They have been doing this job for 15 years. Leo bitterly remembered Kenkage's face. His hair's all white, due to old age. He has a sharp nose and round eyes.

Great walls, over a hundred feet had caught Leo's attention.

"Inside those walls, is the Human Nation. Even though the name's Human Nation, there are demi-humans too"

'D-demi-humans?!'

"You mean those humans with animal ears and tails?!"

Kenkage nodded his head.

'I need to calm down! Haa..! If they are real, then..'

Leo imagined himself patting and feeling the demi-humans' fur. Their fluffy fur, sensitive tails and ears, and their superior abilities.

Leo's walking straight to the huge, steel gates, when Kenkage pulled him back.

"Only humans from the inside are allowed to enter. We don't have a human pass to enter those gates. We're taking a shortcut"

They went at the right side of the gates and walked for 20 more meters. Kenkage and his comrades had created an underground path, for them to enter and leave the Human Nation, anytime they want. They had it covered it sands, noticing it will be difficult for someone who don't know about it.

"It's pretty cramped in here, we'll go one at a time"

Kenkage went down, Gin, Kin and mist followed, Leo was the last to go down.

Kenkage opened the door. It is locked on the inside, so opening it from outside would be impossible.

When they leave the Human Nation, they will lock the door inside the Human Nation and when they are entering they will lock the door on the outside.

Kenkage had Leo locked the door on his end he followed afterwards.

'What's this?! This is like in another world! Wait I am in another world. What I mean is, this things I am seeing right now is what you always see in Japanese, Isekai stories'

"Hos clothes would seem too weird for the residents of the Human Nation.

Leo explained that he came from far far away and is in search pf Death. He also explains why his clothes were different.

"For now, let's go to our base and have a change of clothes, so that we can freely walk around"

They are at the Town of Sieg, there are other Towns too and small Villages.

The Town of Sieg is known to its weapons. They are home for thousands of blacksmiths. Half dwarf and half humans.

Ton of Sieg is the biggest supplier of weapons to nearby Towns and even the Kingdom of Fallonia.

Kenkage had built their base in the middle of the forest. No humans go there because of some reasons. That's why the forest is the perfect place for them to build a base.

Leo was given a change of clothes. He changed into all leather clothes. He stored all his equipment inside his inventory. Just the clothes alone was pretty heavy. But, he can manage. That type of clothes is neither peasant nor nobles'.

"Can I buy food with 1 Plata?" (Plata's a Filipino term for Silver, but the commonly used Filipino term for silver is Pilak)

Leo asked.

""You can. Plata's precious, the market value of Plata's above any other money that are used. You can buy a whole, alive black rabbit with 1 Plata"

'Hmm, Plata's really precious if rabbits are sold for 1 Plata'

They were all done changing into a casual clothes. Kenkage lead the way back to the Town.

The town's livelier than a wet market, Leo always used to see. There were Predators too. They looked just like an adventurer from any anime series.

"We'll meet back at the base. We have urgent matters to do"

They part ways, leaving Leo behind. Ye agreed to it and began wandering around the Town.

'Glitter? Isn't that kinda dangerous to eat?. But, they smell soooo good!'

Leo took one pure Plata and gave it to the vendor. 1 pure Plata's worth a hundred of raw Plata.

The vendor gave his changed and other vendors called out to Leo.

He refuses them and took a bite om his food and chewed.it. it was terrifically sweet and salty at the same time. It was also juicy and flavorful. 5 raw Plata's not worth the price.

'I wonder where the demi-humans are'

Leo still chewing the hos food continued to wander around the Town.
