Outcast Hunter

The whole Kingdom got even louder when the Scavenger Hunt started. Participants started running and pair by pair, they vanished from the entrance.

Leo and Priscilla went to a direction where monsters were running amok. They came across a horde of monsters and was soon noticed.

[Red Panda Bear]

'Two red panda, five Bees and three Hogs. Okay, what a good harvest we have here'

Princess Priscilla had readied her staff and was about to cast her magic.

"You don't have to do anything"

Leo dashed towards the horde of monsters and took care of the bears first.. They were crawling towards him and alerted the other monsters.

"I don't need panda's, how about you?"

Every participants should have a partner and both have to catch all of the monsters they need to hunt.

Priscilla turned her head away and rolled his eyes on him, her hands akimbo.

"Don't need them"

'Spoiled brat. She must have wanna show off'

They both did not need the bear

Leo took his sword out and cut down the two bears.

The bees shoots their poisonous sting. He slashed the shots and aimed on knocking them out using his bare hand.

He captured all five and fought the hogs next. He used Hotfoot and something came in.

[Your skill Hotfoot has level up and it upgraded into Ghost]

[Agility, movement speed and attack speed will increase. When used, this skill will leave an afterimage, where you can switch position with it.]

It was real a copy of him was left behind and was just standing behind where he left off.

He took the three hogs in a swift, hitting them in the head using his sword's hilt. Leo put the unconscious hogs inside the box and continued moving. Good thing he has keen senses, he can detect where the other participants is and the monsters.

Leo had taken a hit when he captured the hogs . He looked through his health points and noticed that his health capacity had gone up.

"I must have leveled up"

He has a light smile in his face as they went deeper inside the forest, where as they continues to go in, more dangerous monsters will appear.

Leo was hearing all of the things that were happening in the monsters and participants. T

He would hear screams and screeches coming from them. Explosion, ground-shaking and cries filled his ears.

Leo lead Priscilla to the monsters roaming around and was not fighting any humans. She remain silent and quietly watched Leo's back as she flew behind him.

'I'd say that he's not bad and ask me too if I need the monsters. What I am just angry about was the fact that he's treating me the same way the others treat me!'

She and Leo was thinking the same.

'I'd better let the Princess have a go too. She must be fed up with those treatments she gets from other people'

What in front of them was a burning area of the forest. The trees were burned down creating a wide plain with ashes on the ground. Other hunters arrived too, and was the first one to arrived.

[Two-Headed Black Panther]

"Let's take a different spot. I don't need that panther"

"I do need that. I'll fight and capture it"

She finally spoke again, took out her staff and flew towards the panther.

The first group to discover it, they had began fighting the panther.

"Priscilla, wait. They are already fighting it"

Leo followed her and blocked her path.

"Why is he blocking my little Priscilla's path?! It's about that my baby needs to shine!"

Earlier, the King's nose was smoking with anger and annoyance because of Leo.

"All right! Everyone, our Princess about to show her magic. However, she was blocked by this new face!"

She wants to flaunt her magic so bad but the man in front of her; her partner. He would not let her.

She flew up more and escaped towards the panther. The panther had scrabbled the pair and was bitten by it. Its sharp teeth went deeper into their flesh and were torn off.

The pair cried out for help and begged the Princess to save them.

"Hold on, I'm gonna save you two!"

'Binding Vines'

Roots and vines crawled out of the ground.

The roots and vines wrap around the panther's body and twist the panther. When the panther felt pain it released the bite of the two and tried to escape. It struggles but is completely enveloped by Priscilla's magic.

She hurried to their aid and used a healing magic to stop the bleeding of their wounds.

"You two will be fine now. I already stopped the bleeding. Unfortunately, you two would not be able to continue"

She helped them stood up and Leo told them the shortest way to leave the forest. She stored the panther inside her box and grinned at the thought that Leo would be amaze by her magic.

"That should be enough of a proof to let me join in the fun"

Leo moved to the next area and replied:

"Yeah, that's enough"

'I'll just let her be. I hope that things will not go horribly wrong'

They went South. Both still has a lot of monsters to catch. 20 minutes had already passed after the event start. Leo's feeling uneasy being tailed and watched.

"Mister, I forgot to ask whats your name"

Floating around and chilling, Priscilla broke off the silence.

"It's Leo"

Both arrived at a new part of the forest. Where moss and other fungus were everywhere. Hanging on top of a vine, there's a monster holding to it. Its kind was all over the mossy area and would jump in any second if the two fell to its trap.

Leo tore off the branches and vines that were on their way. After being torn apart, a wounded man appeared and his condition worsened. Priscilla, she will not allow the Fallonians to be hurt until she knows she is still in Fallonia.

Leo hurried to the approaching woman to treat her and ask what had happened.

"Priscila wait!"

Leo knows what they see and how many are around them. Princess Priscilla did not halt and continued ignoring Leo's words.

"Hey, are you okay?" She landed and asked. She grabbed her arm and it was freezing cold. The trapped activated when she touch the woman's arm. The net and vines caught her unable to move. She struggled and squirmed around.

"Haa... I told you to wait" he sighed and used Ghost, then went to her. "Isn't that... bondage!"

The Ghost's an insurance. In case he got trapped too. The monsters lurking in the shadows won't let Leo free their prey. They came out of their covers and threw their spears to his direction.

He immediately brought out his sword and den the spears off. He could not neutralized all of the spears and one had slipped in piercing Priscilla's leg. She grunted in pain and lost her strength.

"Priscilla, hold on a bit. I will take care of this monsters first"

[Mossy Apes]

They moved around the vines hanging from the big trees.

'How I can switch with my afterimage again?'

[Just say switch or change and you'll be able to activate the skill]

'Switch'

He exchanged position with his afterimage . It vanished and he began chasing on the apes. Knocking them unconscious was his priority. He needs those apes lots of them.

"Let's just cut these vines off""

In order to hinder their movements, Leo cut the vines, hindering their movements. Leo climbed up a tree and jumped straight to the apes knocking two of them out.

They scattered and ran away and climbed up the trees. Leo persistently followed them up and knock all of them out. He then went to her to treat her wound and free her from the erotic position she was in.

"Haa! I'm really gonna hurt that man so bad! He let my little Priscilla get hurt!"

"Now, now, it's not his fault. He even tried to stop her, but, your daughter ignored him:

The Queen was right. It's not Leo's fault for getting her hurt. It was his daughter's fault.

Priscilla healed herself, though it was not enough. The spear went deeper and pierced even her bone. She's bleeding so much and she lost strength from her leg and can't stand up. Just fly...

"Here, drink this. It will help you recover your lost blood and your wound will heal immediately"

They are partners, he won't poison you or try anything funny. Not when that eye was watching from tgr shadows and sending feed to your father. She knows about it too.

She drank the potion and she recovered faster than what a normal healer can do. She was even surprise to see Leo brought the potion out of nowhere.

"Universal inventory!"

Her eyes were sparkling and curiosity filled her head.

"You are full of surprises Mist- Leo. I didn't expect that you would be that blessed!"

It was sparkling even more. Like a kid who learned something incredible, amazing and something she saw for the first time.

Loud thudding of footsteps became audible, coming from 5 meters away. The ground would shake every step and the trees that was blocking its path has been thrown away everywhere the forest.

The monsters saw the two and snarled deafeningly on them.

"Wh-what's an Ancient Monster doing here inside the forest?!"
