Outcast Hunter

For a Nation, the demons' number of guards were low for Leo. There were only a few hundreds of them. He was expecting about tens of thousand.

The reason for that was, the other demon guards and quarrelsome demons did not make it to the castle in time. News reached them and they knew immediately that continuing would be meaningless. The other demons don't, can't and won't fight. There were also demons who were pacifists and hates fighting. Also, their numbers had decreased in large numbers after the war with the Kingdom of Fallonia, where the Kingdom of Quinn butt-in and sided with the, of course, Fallonians.

Leo won't be wasting time. They proceeded as told and crossed the border of Kingdom of Fallonia and Demon Nation.

It will just took another hour to reach the kingdon. Unlike the Kingdom of Quinn, Fallonia's open to any humans and demi-humans.. One don't need a pass to enter the kingdom.

After an hour, Leo's company finally arrived in the Kingdom of Fallonia. Humans there were very hospitable and accommodating. Horns and other instruments were being played by the musicians and the residents of the kingdom were having fun.

"I forgot that it's that time of the Year. The Kingdom's yearly big event, the Scavenger Hunt"

They were at the largest part of the Kingdom, the City of Vel, the capital city of the Kingdom. Home for tens of thousands of humans and demi-humans

coexisting.

Leo was intrigued by this Scavenger Hunt event. He asked for more information.

"The King supports this event every year. For over a year, he had the Predators gather precious items and things. The event will start this afternoon. The Scavenger Hunt is like a monster hunting game, but you'll be bringing them back alive. This event's your only chance yo join the Predators. If you win, they will scout you and ask you to join them"

Leo thought about it and immediately asked where he should register to join. Kenkage pointed out that he can register at City Hall. Leo is in a hurry to get to the Hall, he is already struggling to get to the Hall, because in a few minutes the Hall will close and will no longer accept the registry that wants to participate. Leo and Kenkage said goodbye to each other. Their only destination is Fallonia and they have another business to do. Aophy, Devi and Jayce, they stayed in an inn and waited for Leo to go back.

Leo just got in time and was able to register, for free. He even got a ticket for lunch in the King's castle. It was given as a pre-consolation prize. That's how generous and vassal-loving King.

The City of Vel was so different back from the Kingdom of Quinn. Fallonians always has a smile in their face and they would always greet new face for them.

"This City, if I am to compare this City and its people, I'd say, this is like, the another world Japan" Leo thought to himself.

He went back and wandered aimlessly, before the Scavenger Hunt begins.

Before reaching the inn, Leo came across a street fight. He didn't bother stopping and just walked past them.

"You'll be dropping out of this year's event!"

A fight broke out and both sides exchanged fist.

Leo with the three, they had roamed around the City. Announcement about the event circulates to the whole City. It says that all of the participants were to go to the Forest of Wild Life. That's the place where the event will occur.

There's a lot of people at the Forest of Wild Life. Predators, normal humans who will be trying to experience this once in a year event, bounty hunters, and humans with other callings. Of course, girls will not be out of the picture.

Men and women were chattering, others prefers to be left alone. Groups formed, everyone should have a partner to hunt together inside the forest. Voyeurs will be on standby to broadcast the event to the residents, to the whole Kingdom.

"Okay, all eyes and ears on me!"

A man who will explain the rules and how to win the event had appeared in front of them. He has papers on his hand and orderly handed them out to the participants.

"To those who can't read, I';l read the guidelines. So please listen carefully!"

"The Scavenger Hunt is a game created by the King himself when he was still a Prince. It is a hunting game where hunters go in the wild and captures the aforementioned monsters and bring them back alive. Every single one of you has to capture monsters and put them inside this box" the man showed the box. "This box can store about a hundred of alive monsters. We would like you to capture the monsters written on that paper you're holding. And to make things a bit different, you will use your own knowledge and guess if what you've caught is the right one!" He cleared his throat for the last info. "Every one has one monster that should be caught! Lastly, your lives depends on how you do things. You can always step back and go home. Also, you're free to fight anyone inside the forest and could even kill them!"

I think that was his favorite part. Well, he made a grim face after he had said that.

'Hmm, so, they are using magic to broadcast this event' thought Leo after he spotted where the voyeurs hide and broadcast the event. There's a particular voyeur whose feed was being sent directly to the King's castle.

"Look what we have here, a sharp one's among the event"

The King said that when Leo looked at the voyeur. He knew it was not a coincidence when Leo looked at the voyeur's direction.

It's like a whole country is having a feast. Humans and demi-humans were drinking and eating to their fill. Aophy and Devi wanted to participate too, though they were told to sit this one out and let Leo do this thing. Leo thought that Aophy has a short temper and she might burn the monsters into ashes and make Leo fail the event.

A girl younger than Leo approached him. He has been feeling that someone was watching him and constantly taking glances after the guidelines were explained.

"Mister would you like to team up? It looks like you're alone"

White as snow. Mysterious look and secretive words. Her hair as red as crimson and busty like any man wish for and gutsy.

"Can you run fast?"

She looks like a noble for she was wearing a elegant dress usually worn by nobles.

"I'm slow at running, but I can fly"

Leo was gonna shut her down if it weren't for that fly thing.

"Then, you're just gonna fly on top of this forest and have me capture all of the monsters? Because, that's what I can see"

With arms akimbo, she nodded hear head twice.

'She looks innocent and it looks like she is one of those humans with silver spoon on their mouth. I thought that she would be running, man what a shame'

Leo let out a deep sigh and thought of something.

"I'll accept you as my partner if you'd jump 10 times"

What a naughty way to suggest just to formed a party with him.

"Jump 10 times? Are you sure? That would be a piece of cake!"

Her first jump did not caught all of the participants attention. It was the second jump that attracts it all.

Boing, Boing.

Her melon bouncing all over the forest made an imagination sounds that was too naughty for the participants and even for the spectators.

They were in awe and were left speechless.

"My pervert master! That guy, really! His heart is racing!"

"I could feel it too"

"Nine, and... Ten!" She was panting. "Too easy!"

She looked around when she noticed that everyone was silent. They knew the maiden, intimately.

"Princess Priscilla, that was erotic!"

She was swarmed in by the participants. Priscilla is King Crowley's only daughter and his beloved little girl.

"Why did my little Priscilla done such a shameless thing?! Who is that guy he was talking?! I'll rip his tongue and gouge his eyes out for making my beloved daughter embarrass herself!"

Priscilla has no idea what was so wrong from what she did. For her, it was a normal jump that anyone would do if asked.

"Participants be ready! The game will begin in 10 seconds! There is no time limit! Catch monsters to your heart's content!"

The circle of people dispersed. Priscilla had the time to introduce herself.

"I'm Priscilla Von Glamour, the first daughter of Crowley Von Glamour, the current King of this Kingdom"

She extended her hand for a handshake. Leo took her hand and shake her hand. It feels so smooth and soft he didn't want to let go of her hand.

'Isn't this bad? I made a Princess bounce her melons all over the place'

"How old are you Princess?"

Leo kissed her hand before letting go of her.

"Oh, please, Priscilla is fine. I'm 18"

She made a genuine smile. One of the most beautiful smile Leo saw in his whole life.

"Say less!"

The King looked stunned as he watched what Leo was doing to his little Priscilla.

"How dare he!"

The King's wife, the Queen calmed him down.

"Honey, your heart. Ease out. The man looks decent and gentleman. Let's watch for now"

Queen Sasha Von Glamour. Married the King when she was at the age of 20 and had her daughter when she's 22. She's one of a kind, she looks a bit Russian and a mix of European, that blends so well.

"I should not really let her participate, if I know that that someone would snatch her away from me"

Priscilla was wearing high-heels so walking would be a pain for her feet.

"Let the hunt begin!"

The event began and every pair venture the dangerous Forest of Wild Life.
