Chapter 130 - Universe

She looked like a galaxy. Dotted with the stars of the universe on her dress, her entire being the platform for beauty. It was when she opened her eyes that the entire crowd was sucked into her black hole. Like the icy waters of a pond on a winter day and the brightness of the snow on a sunny day, her eyes gleamed with such confidence and appeal that every motivation they would have had to look away, was diminished.

Her entire robe slid off her body and her full outfit was revealed. It was so beautiful and she sparkled with an otherworldly glow from her dance, to her outfit, to her figure, to her long locks of deep brown, and to her cool eyes that sent shivers down her spine.

She looked sculpted, too beautiful to be human.

The entire hall was in silence all through it and the musician struggled to stay focused on their music while she danced. It was pure beauty. Too good to be true.

They were still in a trance when she stopped dancing. Did she even stop dancing? Like spiraling images, she repeated in their mind. A moment on loop and a planet orbiting the sun, they orbited her.

The king was beyond stunned, even though he was in a trance along with his royal family. His eldest son somewhere off into his fiance's galaxy.

Annabeth was star-struck. More stunned than the rest in the room who sat in silence, she started to move first. Wanting to be the first to congratulate Adria, wanting to be the first to show her respect, her hands started to clap. Right after her, was the King who stood up and started to applaud Adria. She stood up with him and her claps grew more confident.

Around them, the others began to rise and clap with her. Before they knew it, the Castle seemed to rumble with applause, the entire audience standing up to applaud Adria. They shivered, they trembled, but they clapped. The whole moment was just chilling. Too good to be true, too short to be real, too beautiful to have been simply a dance. Just like Adria. Too beautiful to be human.

Adria smiled, from the corner of her eyes she locked eyes with Annabeth and she reduced the urge to wave. Annabeth stumbled, attacked by Adria's eyes, and stare. Adria let out a tiny chuckle.

"Tha-that was a pe-performance by Adria Quinn Montnia, the future wife of our prince Theodore Anton Aarvi," the announcer stuttered, unable to compose himself. "A performance worthy of the gods."

"Truly," The king nodded. "Right Adria?"

Adria grinned, "Only the best for the king and his royal offsprings."

"Hahaha, with such honey-lipped compliments," The king chuckled.

"Only the truth, your graciousness," Adria bowed elegantly.

"Hmm… would you like to show your face?" The king asked.

"Only if his graciousness and his royal highness permit me to," Adria bowed again.

There was a light wave of chuckles in the room, everyone charmed by Adria.

"In that case-" someone called out.

The room came to a stand as a masculine voice erupted in the room. Everyone's eyes turned to the movement on the throne section of the room.

Steps echoed through the room as a figure stepped down from the shadows of the throne room, everyone's eyes turned to him. A man of exquisite masculinity and beauty stepped down. With long golden locks tied in a low ponytail, he was dressed in a collared, suit-like tailcoat. With white collars, the tailcoat was a theme of white and blue with collars lined with white and blue being the base for the outfit. There were touches of gold on the medals that hung on his outfit and on the gold belt with a gold round metal holding the belt together.

On his broad shoulders were gold shoulder pads with gold tiny robes hanging from them and swinging to his chest where they were clipped to a circle on his chest. Silver round buttons stood in two lines down the front of his coat, separated by a long golden sash that hung from his left shoulder pad down in a slat to his right waist, disappearing into the golden belt. The tail of his coat continued down behind him while the pants he wore in front were white with gold lines lining the bottom of the pants. For shoes he wore black.

His face was breathtaking, easily could be crowned one of the most handsome men in the room along with his father the king and his younger brother Dominic and his sister, Regina Sive Aarvi, easily the most woman in the room along with his fiance. His eyes were a stunning emerald green, calm like the green of the ocean and rich like that of the green of the earth. He was ravishing, with looks that put the men of the kingdom to shame.

He, Theodore, walked down the steps calmly before stopping in front of his fiance.

It was like the night and day met when his hands rose to the sides of her face.

"-you don't mind if I help with that, right?" he leaned into Adria's ears, his words clearly heard by the rest in the room, "my love."

Adria shivered. His voice resonating in her ears and she held back the urge to grin or assault him.

"As you wish my prince," Adria replied with a smile.

Theodore's hands reached for her ears, purposefully brushing against them smiling when she shivered. He loved to tease, to tease Adria and Adria only. He turned her completely to him and smoothly, he unclipped the face mask from behind her ears. He looked upon her face first before everyone else, his big figure covering her face from everyone else.

His hands run down her cheeks, gently brushing against her face before stopping at her chin and lifting it up. "Stunning. As always."

Adria smiled, her eyes locking with Theodore's, her cheeks heating up slightly. "Thank you, my prince."

The audience was in shock. Not sure what to react to, the heavenly features from them standing together or the pure blinding love that radiated off them.

Theodore gripped Adria's shoulders, slowly turning her around. The crowd no longer knew what to do, rendered completely useless at the sight of her face.

"Allow me to introduce Adria Quinn Montnia," Theodore smiled, his hands firmly on her shoulders, "my queen."

There was pure silence for the first as the audience once again was sucked into a trance when the two of them stood next to each other. It was an overload of beauty. They were blinded.

Then came the applause and the grins of happiness. The combo was simply wonderful.

"I can't tell who's more blessed. The prince for having Adria or Adria for having the prince, or the future offsprings," the announcer chuckled. He wasn't joking.

Theodore grinned. "Why certainly, it would be me. For having such an amazing fiance and for having such amazing future kids."

"A man of true words," The king chuckled. "The wives and the children are the true treasure of every relationship."

The hall erupts with laughter and Annabeth smiles. Antonio caught it out of the corner of his eye and he smiled. It was contagious.

"Wow- what a... Wow… I've never seen someone with such high beauty…" Addison stuttered.

Justin gave Maria 4 taps on her lap and she spread it down to Jena. they were allowed to communicate. Not verbally, but through movements.

Annabeth immediately nodded to Addison's comment and Antonio nearly jerked his head to face her. He kept true to his words and calmed down the tone in his eyes before turning to the girls.

Addison grinned when she noticed Annabeth's nod. "You think so too?!"

Annabeth continued to nod. She was mesmerized by Adria. From her smile to her eyes to her personality. Everything about Adria just seemed beautiful to her. It felt like a sin to look up to someone this much, or to admire someone as much as Annabeth did for Adria but she couldn't help it. Every moment she laid her eyes on Adria, she would struggle to keep a straight face.

"A beauty indeed," Antonio nodded.

Annabeth's eyes darted to Antonio and she gave him an annoyed stare, her eyebrows furrowing. She knew she wasn't supposed to show that much emotion, but she couldn't hold back.

Antonio's cheeks heated up when he locked eyes with Annabeth. Within seconds he pulled himself back into composure. "What?"

Annabeth leaned back in her chair momentarily before turning back to Adria. She made no sound and no extra movement but it was like she had huffed at Antonio. He could guess and he found it to be the most ad- 'No. Filter,' Antonio told himself. 'Calm and peaceful.'

"Do you think I misspoke?" Antonio asked.

Annabeth nodded, turning back to him, her eyes demanding a correction.

"In which way? Is it the way I described her?" Antonio asked, cocking his head.

Annabeth nodded her head in certainty. She received a tap on her feet by Maria but she was stuck on this now. She wanted to fix it.

"But it's the truth though…" Antonio muttered.

Annabeth turned away. Adria wasn't a beauty, that was meant to describe mortals. She was otherworldly. A chocolate woman with icy blue eyes and a face that seemed sculpted by the gods. She wasn't just a beauty. It was demeaning to her.

Antonio's eyes were watching Annabeth's movements the entire time. He leaned back when he knew what the issue was. The entire time she looked at Adria, her eyes would sparkle. A sprinkle of happiness returned to her eyes whenever she looked at Adria. Adria wasn't a beauty-

"She's otherworldly? A goddess?" Antonio asked, shifting his head slightly. Annabeth's eyes dart to his and she nods. A smile formed on her face and although it was hidden by the face mask, Antonio could sense it. He smiled too. "I guess I misnamed her. If I were to use the term beauty, it would also refer to the other pretty women in the room, right? But Adria is different. She glows."

Annabeth's eyes brighten and her green eyes shimmer with happiness. She had somehow expected him to not understand. He did. Her vision of him brightened a bit, his hands not being the only thing that she saw now. She felt like smiling when he smiled. It was so appealing.. His face brightened and like a melody in a song once suddenly notices after multiple repeats of the song, she finally sees him.
