Pokemon Pearl

Chapter 146 - 12 - I'll be the Cameraman!

Sunday, the first day of the week, and one day before school days. Isaiah was busy at the fields not too far from town adjusting his personal camera on its tripod, moving it to a right and perfect angle and position. His Pokémon is taking a little nap on the grass. Rico and his team, meanwhile, are just nearby, writing the events that happened yesterday, often filling it with colors and patterns. It was quite sunny, with Pokemon birds flying across the sky. After making his diary log, Rico looked at Isaiah, who had just finished readjusting his camera and now starting his video with an introduction.

"What the...? What is he doing?" Rico thought in his mind with curiosity. In response, he stand up, walked to Isaiah, and asked him, "Hey, Isaiah, what are you doing?"

"Oh, Rico, I was recording a new video," Isaiah responded as went to his camera and press the pause buŧŧon on his camera.

"For your blog?" replied Rico back.

"Yeah," Isaiah happily responded.

"Oh, okay" Rico replied in knowing, "What this all about?"

"That's the thing I haven't come up with," answered Isaiah with embarrassment. This disappoints Rico slightly.

"Really?"

"It's just a practice for an actual one," Isaiah reasoned his doing. Calming down, Rico responded back, "Oh, okay." Then in a happy state, "I'll help you then!" Rico's team then went to their Trainer. Rico then went to the camera, delete the short video, and restarted it. Once the camera is rolling, Isaiah restarted his practice video, starting with an introduction and to the events that happened yesterday. This covers the battle with Team Rocket and not the family revelations of Rico and Serena, keeping the latter as a secret. Rico's team watched them doing a video practice. By the end of the short video, both boys find out what was the video is for, and Rico silently sighed in relief about the secret being hidden.

After making that very short video, Rico and Isaiah examined it thoroughly, checking any problems and issues, especially with the text speech and voice quality. But they saw it as between good and terrible, with the text speech was with a minimum number of errors and unnecessary repeated words and phrases.

"Wow, you sound good," Rico commented with a good judgment. His Lucario then responded with a good judgment as well. Being appreciated by his friends, Isaiah smiled and responded back, "Thanks, you guys." But meanwhile, hiding behind the trees, a grunt, the same one who spied on Rico and Catherine, was spying on them using his hi-tech binoculars with a good zoom in and a good resolution. But that orange-shourded grunt was now looking more notorious than ever. Will Rico and the others find out who he was and in what group is he currently belonging to?
