Pokemon The Force

Running toward their first stamp point, they arrived at what seemed to be like a small library. Soul didn't think too much of it other than he was thankful for getting to find some news area he can visit later on.

They found a booth with a sign, 'Treasure Hunt Stamp Booth,' on it. They both went there as the staff member smiled when she saw them.

Staff member: Hello there, are you two perhaps participation in the treasure hunt?

Matthew: Yes we are. Can we get the stamp, please?

Staff: Sorry, but you have to take on my challenge before getting it.

Matthew: Oh. Then don't worry, Soul and I will ace whatever comes at us, right Soul?

Soul: Hey, don't drag me to this.

The staff member then explained to both of them, what the challenge is going to be. Not so surprisingly it's a quiz.

Staff: Okay, first question. What types advantage does grass against?

Matthew: It's water, rock, and ground type.

Staff: Correct, next question. What is this Pokemon name?

She showed them a picture of a Golduck, which Matthew didn't know about and looked over at Soul with hopeful eyes.

Soul: It's a Golduck.

Questions after questions, both Soul and Matthew answered all of them correctly in a short time, which made the staff member surprised.

After getting the stamp, Soul and Matthew went to their next stop.

After an hour of treasure hunt, they would only need two more stamps before they have all of the stamps.

They both have been through all kinds of challenges. From finding a lost item, climbing a climbing wall.

There was some time where they would need to dodge a bunch of dodgeballs from a machine.

Let's just say it took quite some time for them to finish the challenge, and right now, they're eating their lunch at a local fast-food store.

Matthew: Hey, Soul.

Soul: Hm?

He said with still some fries in his mouth.

Soul: Yeah, I mean that's why I started my journey. What about you?

Matthew: I want to explore all of the ruins in the world and unsolve all of the mysteries of Pokemon history.

Soul: Sound like a big dream.

Matthew: Yeah I know, everyone told it to me too. But that doesn't mean I would give up on my dream!

He said and clench his fist with a determined expression. Seeing this, Soul sighed, this kid is smart yet at the same stubborn. He has learned it by the time they had been together.

After they finished eating their lunch, they went to their second last challenge. Surprisingly it was at the battle arena, where they battled against each other yesterday!

Arriving there, they were greeted by an instructor and another team. Matthew seemed to be uneasy when he saw them.

They were greeted by the instructor as he said that they would be doing a tag battle against each other, and if they don't have a Pokemon to battle with, they can borrow one.

Random cannon-fodder: Well, well, well, if it isn't Matthew the explorer?

Random cannon-fodder 2: Looks he has bought a friend with him, didn't expect him to have one, haha!

Staff member: You two stop with it this instant, or you will be disqualified and the other team would automatically win!

This made them shut up and glared at Soul and Matthew. Seeing those peasants bad talking not only his teammate but also him, made Soul angry.

Soul: Hey Matthew…

Hearing Soul, Matthew snapped out of his thought and looked at him. Soul expression became maniacally as he looked at him.

Soul: Let's beat the sh*t out of them.

Matthew's expression became bewildered before he slapped both of his cheeks and looked at Soul.

Matthew: Yeah! But what's sh*t?

Soul body froze by the sentence as he slowly turning his back to Matthew, who's expression was determined and confused.

Soul: Nothing you should ever say, its a bad word, ok? I just came to say it.

Soul: Don't. Ask. About. It. Capiche?

This time Soul spoke to Matthew in a clear sentence with a creepy voice, making Matthew's body shiver up as he nodded furiously.

All four of them went to their position, as they looked at each other, before bringing out their Pokemons.

Random cannon-fodder: Let's beat them, Machoke!

Random cannon-fodder 2: Yeah let's beat them, Mankey!

Both of them took out their Pokemons as Soul study them and looked bored and sighed.

Soul: 'Haiz, Haiz. What a disappointing opponents.'

Matthew: Go Sandshrew!

Soul: Come out, Charizard.

Team S&M Champion sent out their Pokemon as all of the peoples looked at Soul's Pokemon in surprise. Even the staff member was amazed.

Staff member: U-Um lets the battle begin!

Random cannon-fodder: Let's go after the weak ones first. Machoke use Ice Punch on Sandshrew!

Random cannon-fodder 2: Do the same as Machoke, Mankey, and use Ice Punch on Sandshrew!

Both of the opposite team went after Matthew Sandshrew. Matthew looked a bit panicked before he looked at Soul.

Matthew: Soul help me!

Soul: No, you need to figure it out yourself.

Matthew: Eh?

He couldn't believe what Soul just said, he thought he was his real friend this time and not like some of his previous ones!

Soul: I'm not always there to help you, so you need to rely on yourself and your Pokemon. Now, what will you do?

Matthew: Sandshrew use Dig and dodge it!

Sandshrew dug under the ground and escaped the two powerful attacks. Seeing this, Soul smiled and said.

Soul: Which one do you want to take?

Matthew gave off a confident yet nervous smile and said.

Matthew: I'll take Machoke, and you'll take Mankey.

Soul: Fine by me, Charizard go play with your new toy, just don't destroy it like the last one I gave to you.

Hearing this, Charizard begins to smile scaring the Mankey as it got grabbed by one of Charizard's claw before it knew it.

It didn't know what happened before it felt pain all around its body. Mankey trainer was stupefied by that his strongest Pokemon is was treated like a soccer ball by his opponent Charizard.
