Pokemon The Force

On the other side, Matthew and Sandshrew were battling against his opponent Machoke. He thought of all the moves he could do, and what moves Machoke might attack them with, and how to counter it.

Suddenly Sandshrew was hit by Knock Off and was sent flying.

Matthew: Sandshrew!

Looking panicked, he looked at Soul again and saw how calm he was.

Matthew: 'Of course he could be calm, his Pokemons are much stronger than mine, but… it's my fault that Sandshrew got hurt. I don't even know if I can win this battle… a-am I just a burden?'

A sudden realization hit him as he looked at Sandshrew, who got up with some scratches on it.

He has thought too much and was in constant stress than just relax and calm down. Looking determined, he said.

Matthew: Sandshrew you can still fight, right?

Sandshrew: Sandshrew!

Sandshrew's body begins to glow blue as its body begins to evolve. Seeing this all of them stopped battling except for Charizard, who was trying to some tricks with Mankey ball.

Soul: 'Cliche, but I like it.'

When it finished evolve, Sandshrew has evolved into a Sandslash! It gave out a roar before looking at its opponent without fear.

Random cannon-fodder: Tch so what if your Sandshrew evolved? My Machoke will still beat it with no problem! Machoke use Ice Punch!

Machoke covered its hand in ice, as it rushed toward Sandslash while getting ready to punch it.

Sandslash digging speed increased when it evolved as it dodged Machoke Ice Punch. Machoke who missed its target lost its balance for a moment, and it was that moment Sandslash came out and hit Machoke in the back, as it was sent to the ground.

Matthew: Good, now use Crush Claw!

Machoke was then hit by two red glowing claw on it back as a small crater was create beneath it.

When the dust was cleared, Matthew and Sandslash were surprised by that Machoke could still stand on its feet.

Random cannon-fodder: All right, Machoke. Let's get our revenge! Use Revenge on them!

Matthew: Counter it with Sand Tomb!

While Machoke was ready to attack Sandlash again, it was surrounded by sands that bind its lower body, making it unable to move its legs.

Matthew: Finish it with Fury Swipes!

Sandslash claws grew larger and was heading towards Machoke.

Machoke hand begin to cover itself with ice and was ready to hit its opponent. Charizard, on the other hand, was getting hang of playing soccer with a Mankey.

As the two get closer and closer to each other with both of their moves ready, time suddenly became slower, as Machoke was about to hit Sandslash before a wave of pain hit it all over the body. Making it miss the target by a few cm.

Sandslash quickly swept Machoke with its claws, which results in Machoke fainted by the damage it received.

Seeing this, Matthew's opponent was surprised and gritted his teeth before returning his Pokemon back to its Pokeball.

Soul: Okay, Charizard, I think that Mankey trainer would like to have his Pokemon back now.

Charizard looked at Soul with a disappointing look, but did what he said and return Mankey back to its trainer by kicking it to him.

Soul: 'I think that enough stress relives for today.'

Staff member: Both of the opposite party Pokemons fainted. The winner of this match is S&M Champion!

Claps were heard by spectators around them, as they received a stamp by the staff member and moved on.

When they arrived there, they saw two a_d_u_l_ts looking at and had their eyes widen by a little. Matthew quickly whisper to Soul's ear.

Matthew: They're my parents, so don't look at what they showing you, please.

Soul looked a Matthew for a second before saying a big 'nope' to his face and went to where his teammate parents booth.

Matthew didn't know what to say and just followed behind him annoyed.

Matthew���s Mother: Hello there, Matthew. Took you long enough to come here.

Matthew: H-Hey mom, dad.

Matthew's Mother: Oh, you must be Soul! Matthew have been talking about how strong you were yesterday. It's nice to meet you.

Soul: Nice to meet you too.

Matthew's Mother: How about I show some funny pictures when he was youn-

Both of his parents laughed a bit and started to tell them what they need to do. All they had to do was to find the last item from the sand in front of them.

Soul used his ability and founded the item very easily, as both of Matthew's parent was surprised including Matthew, too.

Soul: What are you looking at? Let's get this over with as fast as possible, so I can see those pictures later on.

He said with a grin, which made all of them snapped out of their thought. Matthew's mother gave him a smirk as Matthew became irritated by what Soul said.

After they got their final stamp, they rushed like madmen and finally reached to where they first begin.

To their relive, there was no one else there nor was somebody also running like madmen like them

Matthew: Sir, we're finally finished! Please take a look.

He said as he handed over their map with stamps to the staff member, as he looked at it thoroughly and nodded with a smile.

Staff member: Seems like you did. Well done you two, now we need to wait for the rest of the teams to come and the reward ceremony will be held.

Soul: I'm going to take a stroll around. See you later.

After a while, all of the participants came back as they started the reward ceremony.

Staff member: I hereby congrats S&M Champion for winning the treasure hunt competition. Good job and here are the rewards.

One of the other staff members gave them each a card that said '7 days 15% discount on all the stores here on the ship.'

Seeing this, both of their eyes widen by surprise. They didn't expect such a reward for such small and silly competitions like a treasure hunt.

The other teams got their rewards too and were happy, even though they were sad that they didn't manage to get the first place.

After the competition Soul added Matthew's family to his contract book and made their own chat group.

When they all said goodbye to each other, Soul went to take a meditate till dinner time, where he made foods for his Pokemons and did the usual training, and spending time with them before going to sleep.
