Rebellious Path

As we hugged, tears silently flowed down from Ruri's eyes and the other people in the class only looked while in a state of panic and confusion and a struck of realization hit them in their head as they gossiped, "Is the really Riku!? Oh my god!"

I didn't care about their gossips as long as could embrace my best friend and not just my best friend, she was my crush before, and I'm not gonna lie, I still feel it. I sniffed her sweet scent and savored it as I grabbed her h.i.p.s as I embraced her.

Suddenly, Lilia coughed with an annoyed expression, but she hid it completely after a split second and said, "*cough* can you sit down please", I only smiled as I grabbed Ruri's arm and walked towards her seat at the far back.

Yes, she sat at the far back with no one else, basically, just her. I just looked at her with slight pain in my heart as I sat down beside her, and oh, don't forget that the other girls came with me, and don't think that Lilia is included, she's the teacher after all, and also that girl... Naomi was her name? Yea, her, she sat down on the backline as well, just far away, and gave me uncomfortable glanced as if I was seen through everything or being observed upon.

I sat beside Ruri while the other girls sat beside us with happy faces, especially Hina and Aoi. My sisters always had a good relationship with Ruri, and they were extremely friendly to each other and I'm happy about that.

I then lightly grabbed Ruri's h.i.p.s causing her face to have a shade of crimson as she thought, 'Riku has never been this daring! M-maybe it's because of the sudden change of appearance? I-I don't know but... I-I like him touching me!'

Seeing that Ruri didn't have an angry expression, but in fact, a good one, I happily grabbed her h.i.p.s and pulled her closer to me causing her b.r.e.a.s.ts to touch my c.h.e.s.t and I completely enjoyed this feeling.

At that time, the class started while I heard Ruri breathe heavily. 'It seems that she's enjoying it eh? Well then', I thought as I slowly moved my hands upwards to her b.r.e.a.s.ts causing her to blush furiously, she enjoyed it so much that her breaths became even heavier than before.

Lilia then spoke as she looked at everybody as she said, "Alright... As we all know, magic... Is now our resource, well, for most people that is. People that had not mutated such as quite a lot of humans, cannot wield magic, but they might be able to if they undergo procedures."

"Now, aptitudes of magic, I'm sure you've all take one, those with magic can, of course, use magic, and those with no aptitude, may or may not excel at physical prowess, but don't mistake me, those with magic can also obtain strong physical prowess."

"But the question is, how proficient are you at using your abilities? Ranks are based on that. Your proficiency in using your ability signifies your Zenith Grade. If you can't use your ability, your basically at 0."

"Although, your ability also has a grading system. It is based on how potent your abilities, be it Magical or Physical prowess. And today, we will test your prowess."

I listened carefully to Lilia as I slightly touched Ruri's b.r.e.a.s.ts which caused her to breathe and pant extremely heavily because I kept stimulating her. I guess you can call it multitasking right? Right!?

Lilia then clicked her fingers and... All of them were suddenly standing on a training ground. As I processed everything, I felt traces of certain magic, as you all know, space magic, all around, but the source didn't come from Lilia herself but in fact, it came from the room itself.

So I thought, 'Lilia's snap is the trigger for the magic to activate huh? A nice trick, can't wait to meet the principal of this school. Lilia said that she was her friend so I guess they're at the same age', I just pondered about the principal. Am I turning into a womanizer now? Only thinking about women?

Lilia then looked at me as I kept embracing Ruri and she furrowed her brows as she coughed, "We shall start the test since we have quite a lot of freshmen, we'll do the test not individually but simultaneously."

'Simultaneously? So she's gonna observe us all simultaneously?' I thought while Lilia, who seemed as if she read my thoughts said, "I'm not the one observing though, I'm the one managing it."

I could only smile hearing that I wanted to say, "I should've got that", but I didn't get it all because of my stupidity, well I guess I can't wait for the test? Or I can't wait for this to finish. Well, that girl, Naomi was still looking at me.

Lilia again clicked her fingers and targets suddenly appeared. Nice trick, I should say, the people here still don't know that the traces of magic didn't cane from Lilia herself but someone or something else, well, in fact, it was 'something' else, as the traces came from underground.

"Test one, accuracy, magic can also be triggered like a bullet or an arrow, it can fire from a long-range, so the farther you are, the less accurate your shot gets."

"Oh and I forgot to mention, people can utmost use a single element out of the nine elements, while others can manipulate more that one, but a lot of people can only use one if you can use more than one, use the element you are more comfortable with."

Freshmen from other classes also appeared! With their own respective teachers as well, there was certainly a lot but the teachers gave Lilia the command. So she really was the person in charge eh?

Well then, time to start right? Well, it doesn't hurt to flex a bit right? Lilia always recommended that I should seal my powers, but why should I? I just cast illusion magic to make my right eye normal-looking because Lilia wanted to hide it with a f.u.c.k.i.n.g mask, which I didn't like at all.

The freshmen then started to stand in front of a target on a certain line that shows how many meters you are from the target. Well, the target was small, so the students need to be able to compress the magic they cast. I'm sure that the targets are made of special material causing it to be invincible or that should be right.

They then started to cast their magic with chants? That's just... Outdated, not gonna lie. I mean, chants are such a trivial matter. In fact, it wastes your time but people still use it. It's just pure stupid.

After they chanted they shot out their arrow-shaped, or bullet-shaped spells and shouted loudly, "Fire!!", I couldn't help but facepalm as I heard that. And what's more, almost all of the f.u.c.k.i.n.g missed, MISSED!

I tried to hit my head trying to imagine that everything was just an illusion but f.u.c.k it wasn't, people are so f.u.c.k.i.n.g stupid. Even Lilia frowned but the other teachers smiled and nodded. There were in fact, students who hit the bullseye but then they were far too close.

Well, they stepped back as they shot so the so-called, 'observers', can grade them. Well, I just stood back as I saw the six girls shoot perfectly, and almost perfectly at the farthest line and smiled widely seemingly proud. Even Lilia smiled as she saw some students had great accuracy.

Well, this was only the first test though, no need to be so disappointed. I stood back and just observed the people. And I saw Naomi just being laid back and I saw her eyes glancing at the others like they were sc.u.mmy ants.

Well, isn't it about time I should flex? I then stood farther than the farthest line and extended my hand. I glanced sideways seeing Naomi doing the same, but she held two fingers against her mouth as she closed her palm and only left two fingers while her palm still pointed at the target.

I smirked as I pointed my palm at the target and imaged the spell that I was gonna use. Just then, the ground started to shake causing the teachers, even Lilia stare at Naomi, and they stared at me as well as they felt immense darkness flowing through, they felt as if they were being blinded as dark-colored arrows appeared beside me.

I opened my eyes abruptly as I sent out the arrows, and Naomi sent out various blade-shaped earth shards. We hit the targets simultaneously causing a loud sound to echo all throughout, and not just that, the ground started to shake as our targets we're completely obliterated leaving dumbfounded faces altogether. May it be from teachers except for Lilia, and students except for the three girls, Anna, Aerin, and Lala.

Well, that was quite a successful flex... I guess?
