Reborn in the Marvel universe

*Just to be clear I do not own any Marvel Characters shown in this fanfic.

In a destroyed world of chaos, a dying man sat down peacefully reading a comic book.

Bunker's log: This is James Curtis, it's been 20 years since I've left the bunker after the Kelvin plague spreaded turning every living being into mindless beings only knowing how to eat while increasing in speed, strength and production of saliva to digest raw meat. I've worked with other scientists and geneticist on the patient zero on the cure. Until our fellow friend got drunk and broke the containment unit. It all went south after reports around the world of the disease spreading, politicians, children, and teachers, man and woman eating each other. I have created this bunker to save guard me from nuclear attacks, and food enough for 15 years, and now I am dying. I wish I live in the world of comic books, but it's impossible.

Now thinking back of what he's done and what he could have done, he dies peacefully.

James wakes up in a plain white room, still thinking about what happened. "Am I dead?". In disbelief he shouted, "Hello? Is anyone there?"

"You have awaken sooner than I expected."

"Who are you? Where am I?"

"I am Gaia, the planet you call earth and what you would call mother nature. You are the last of my children and so I will use what remains of my life essence to full fill you 3 wishes and get you to wherever you what to go and reincarnate to save you, my last child."

I have to think about this seriously. "Are there any tricks to the wishes?"

"No. But you must hurry for I can only maintain you in this state for so long before draining myself."

"I wish to live in a universe that is a mixture of the MCU, the Marvel 616 universe and the Marvel Ultimate universe."

"It is done."

"I wish to have the power to absorb other people's powers and memories by touching them without overloading my body and mind."

"It is done, but hurry. Half of my power is drained and can only give you one more wish."

"I wish to have regenerative powers as strong as Deadpool's."

"My child, your powers will manifest at the age of two and so will your memory of this life to avoid suspicion of your powers and intelligence."

"Well, I guess th-"

"Now off you go my child, before my essence is fully drained!"

After Gaia's death, the earth blew up into a supernova, years later, birthing a new planet from the ashes of the old one.
