Sovereign of the Firmaments

The black stones taken out by the three groups looked exactly the same as they didn't think much before breaking it.

'Swoosh'

As soon as they broke those black stones, the black mist started coming out of their hands as it slowly covered the barrier around Silverstone town.

"Let's get prepared while the black mist covers the entire barrier."

Soon, the heads of the three groups ordered the young men and women to get ready.

"Except for the girl named Beck, kill everyone."

This was the next order that came out of their mouths and everyone nodded their heads with excited smiles because the reason they volunteered to this mission was because of this.

"But how can we find her, teacher?"

One of the young men asked the middle-aged man as he eyed the black barrier in front of him.

"Haha…don't worry. As soon as the barrier is covered with the black mist, you will find out."

The middle-aged men didn't answer to their students; instead, they just laughed and informed them that they could easily find out for themselves.

"Okay"

Even though they didn't know what their teacher meant by those words, everyone nodded their heads and no longer bothered about finding the girl named Beck.

"The thing is I highly doubt that there is a Sovereign grade talent in this town in the first place. What do you say?"

The teacher from the beast master's institution asked the middle-aged men from the other two forces.

"It might be possible and it might not be possible."

The teacher from the Mages; institution didn't give an exact answer as he looked at the royal family's group.

"Anyway, we will find out soon enough. So, don't stress your little brain on it…hehe."

The middle-aged man from the Alverton royal family mocked the teachers from the two institutions as he revealed an eerie smile.

'Damn it…this bastard just proposed that we fight together but is mocking us already.'

Even though they want to kill the man, they can't kill him in a head-on fight as he was stronger than them combined.

'Just laugh at your content now. Once this task is completed, I will make sure to kill you and your students.'

They silently thought in their heads as they held back themselves.

The young men and women were also frustrated at the words of the royal instructor; however, they clearly knew how powerful that royal instructor was and they also knew what their teacher planned for them.

So, they remained silent and focused on their current mission of checking whether the girl named Beck has the Sovereign grade talent or not.

If she has, she needs to go back with them to the Alverton firmament and as for the town that dared to disrespect them and didn't even allow them to enter the town, it should burn to ashes.

Even though Lucas acted as he turned back to leave from there, he was still standing in the same place while observing the actions of the three groups outside the barrier.

After seeing that they crushed some black stones and soon after his barrier started getting covered in the black mist, he could not help but curse at them.

"This is definitely bad."

Lucas didn't waste any time and ordered, "Bernard, take the main force to the training grounds and ask all the youngsters who are below Lesser knight should stand back and just watch the fight."

"As for the lesser ranked ones, they will be the backup forces for the Surge squad and the Lightning squad."

"Yes, family head."

Bernard was an old veteran who fought countless battles until now and knew the three forces were tough to defeat; however, he was not worried at all.

Because the Silverstone town was not weak at all and had enough force to fight back anyone below the Heavenly ranked processions.

The main forces of Silverstone town include Bernard, Beck, Harper, Reece, Porter.

As for the surge squad and the lightning squad, they just have the strength of lesser ranked professions; however, Lucas felt there is no need for them to fight right now.

Other than these two squads, Lucas had established another squad recently and it was Lynx squad that only comprises the lynxes he tamed so far and it would continue to grow as he tamed more and more.

'The two elemental lynxes, star lynx and the shadow dragon are the trump cards and the guardians of the town.'

Lucas kept the rank 5 spirit beasts aside as they would be a trump card for his enemies.

'Even though I am invincible in this town, I am having a bad feeling because of that black mist.'

The thing is since the three forces of the Alverton firmament dared to attack him despite knowing that the town is protected by the Viscount grade family, Lucas felt they had come prepared to escape the heavens' wrath.

After seeing that black mist, Lucas assumed that they were planning to block the heavens from seeing this town and finish the job of destroying the town.

'Even though it is just a speculation, it is still possible. So, it's not a bad thing to be prepared, right?'
