"Young Master, you are back."

Outside the Myriad primordial forest, Beck, Porter and the 10 young squires were waiting for Lucas and when they saw Lucas coming out, they excitedly called him.

"Yeah."

Lucas revealed a slight smile on his face as he nodded his head before asking, "Looks like everyone is excited today. Is it about your rank advancement?"

It's been a couple of weeks since Porter and the other 10 young squires were training according to his training schedule.

At the same time, they were hunting in the Baron grounds of the Myriad primordial forest to gain more benefits from the training schedule that Lucas had given them.

On the third day of their hunting, four young squires successfully became mid-level squires and on the very next day, the remaining six young slaves became mid-level squires.

As promised, Lucas gave the strength pills to everyone who became a mid-level squire and after consuming the strength pills, all the squires became high-level squires.

For the last couple of days, Lucas increased their training to the next level and even though they suffered a lot, the benefits they received were also immense as everyone successfully became Quasi-knights.

"Yes, family head."

"It's all thanks to your training regiment, family head. Otherwise, it would have been not possible."

"We are eternally grateful to you, family head, for giving us hope."

Soon, all the young squires fell to their knees as they thanked Lucas from the bottom of their hearts because, without Lucas, they would have rotted in the slave house as they were useless in everyone's eyes.

"There is no need for you to fall to your knees. Show that I have made the right decision in training you by contributing to the family."

Lucas shook his head as he asked them to stand up before looking at the Porter.

"My sword mastery is on the verge of breaking into the third tier, family head. In one or two days, I will become a tier 3 Lesser knight."

Before Lucas could ask anything, Porter excitedly informed him about his progress.

After becoming a slave, Porter thought it would be only useful to be a watch guard to the family that buys him from the slave house; however, after following Lucas' training, he was able to increase his sword mastery.

In a short two weeks, Porter's rank increased from tier 1 Lesser knight to the verge of breaking into tier 3 Lesser knight.

So, just like the young squires, Porter was also eternally grateful to Lucas.

"You are doing good and within the next 20 days, you have to become a General knight."

That was the target he set for Porter and Lucas reminded it once again.

"Yes, family head."

Porter didn't know why his family head was urging everyone to increase their strength within the next 20 days; however, he would try his best in completing the target set by the family head.

"Okay. As usual, sell all the corpses and bring back the gold coins and as for you, choose a spirit beast you want to sacrifice tomorrow."

Soon, Lucas gave the orders to Porter and the young squires.

"Yes, family head."

Porter nodded his head as he left for the adventurer's guild.

As for the young squires, they started walking towards the manor as they discussed the spirit beasts they were going to sacrifice tomorrow.

'Hey, aren't they Hellmoroe family's slaves?'

'Yes. I heard they were just low-level squires a couple of weeks back but now they have already become quasi lesser knights.'

'Do you think the Hellmore family is using any evil techniques to increase their strength?'

'Hey. Don't spout nonsense, if that beast tamer hears you, you will become a meal for her white lion.'

'Yes...yes. Manager Rean informed that the members of the Hellmore family are not using any evil techniques and are purely increasing their strength by hunting thousands of spirit beasts in a day.'

'What? Are they crazy?'

Whenever anyone saw the insignia of the Hellmore family, they gave way and whispered about them.

Even though Lucas tried to keep a low profile, it was very hard to hide the fact that they were killing thousands of spirit beasts daily and selling them to the adventurer's guild.

Compared to Lucas, Beck became famous with her white lion as she killed anyone who disrespected the Hellmore family or Lucas. 

Of course, she only kills when they are outside Silverstone town.

"Let's talk while going back."

Next, Lucas looked at Beck before saying that.

"Yes, young master."

Nodding her head, Beck looked at the small white lion in her hands out of her embrace as it grew bigger.

"Let's go."

Soon, Lucas and Beck mounted the white lion to return to the manor.

Even though the white lion is a rare spirit beast it was not worth fighting Beck because she already killed a few lesser kights and lesser mages who tried to steal her Ada.

As for General knight and General mage, they were ashamed to do such a thing in the daylight.

"Young master, aren't you planning to train the little Azrael?"

While riding the white lion, Beck asked Lucas about the baby white tiger that formed a contract with Lucas.

"He is still very young to fight."

Lucas shook his head as he replied to Beck.

The little white tiger is less than a week old and for some reason, he didn't awaken a single skill. So, Lucas thought it would be a waste to take him to the wilderness without a single skill to fight.

"What about the shadow wyvern?"

In the next second, Beck asked about the shadow wyvern because she hadn't seen that spirit beast from the night when Lucas gave it a beast evolution crystal.

"He is…."

'Swoosh'

'Swoosh'

"Ada, stop."

Just as he was about to say something about the shadow wyvern, Lucas sensed a few hidden needles coming at him and hurriedly ordered the white lion to stop.

As a rank 3 spirit beast, the white lion also sensed something was wrong. So, he immediately stopped and growled to their left.

"Well well well. They dodged our hidden needles."

"No wonder they became famous in such a short time."

Soon, two masked figures appeared in front of Lucas and Beck and both of them have the strength of tier 1 general assassin.

"Assassin guild?"

Lucas and Beck frowned at the same time seeing the masked figures in front of them.

"That's right!"

One of the masked figures chuckled as he nodded his head before saying, "Little girl, generally, we won't let any of the witnesses live; however, we are in a good mood today. So, you can leave if you want to. Our target this time is him."

"Young Master, you go. I will take care of them."

However, why would Beck leave Lucas and escape for her life? To her, compared to her life, Lucas was more important.

"Good. Since you have chosen to die, then, I will fulfil your wish."

When they saw that Beck didn't leave, they became a little furious as they rushed towards them in order to kill them in a single attack.
