　　Therefore, the meaning of this story is obviously not to let others do good deeds and accumulate virtue, but to illustrate through this story that you believe in Buddhism and fasting, and as soon as you reach Consummation, you will be killed immediately, and your money will be looted by robbers.

　　The good are not rewarded, the wicked are still free!

　　This is what the author wants to convey in many stories.

　　Tang Seng and his disciples learned the scriptures all the way, and encountered various hardships on the way. Every time the monsters killed them several times, but the people from Heaven and Buddhism were able to put them into the system because they were strong and weak. The monsters are naturally killed, and no one wants to subdue weak monsters.

　　This fully expresses the principle of the supremacy of strength. "

　　From this description, it can be seen that these two are indeed useful treasures, but Tang monks rarely wore cassocks along the way, and they were repeatedly poisoned with tin sticks.

　　At this point, someone may say that the Tathagata is lying.

　　But it shouldn’t be. The Tathagata can’t be deceived. People think about it. In fact, these two things are equivalent to physical evidence. If I pass it on to the Eastern Land, and the person who takes the scriptures wears this, I will recognize you.

　　One detail is that you have to come here with sincerity, and I can tell you what it is useful if you come here, but if you are not sincere and can't come, naturally it will be of no use.

　　In addition, the magic weapons of the Buddha are all voice-activated and require passwords, such as the hoop mantra. If Guanyin does not teach Tang monk mantras, then the golden hoop is equivalent to a decoration, completely useless, just like his cassock and nine-ring tin cane.

　　The Tathagata told Tang Seng how to use it. This cassock can protect the body, and the tin cane can attack. It does not require martial arts at all.

　　For example, Bodhisattva Manjusri, Samantabhadra, Avalokitesvara, etc., aren't all like this, which one like Monkey King and Zhu Bajie went up to fight with weapons? "

Tang Seng had merits in taking scriptures, Sun Wukong had merits in exterminating demons and subduing demons, Zhu Bajie had merits in carrying a burden, Sha monks had merits in climbing mountains and leading horses, and white dragons on horses had merits in carrying Tang Monks.
