SUPREME VISION SYSTEM

Just then a flame object passed right through him taking him by shock as he turned to look back at what was that.

The people started running from the park as they also got to see a large flame covered object was flying up in the sky and was about to fall anytime now.

'Damn! NASA again calculated the numbers wrong. This asteroid is big enough to burn down the entire city.'

"What?? What are you saying??"

'Cole fly up and kick this rock out. The only way to protect your hometown.'

"What the f***?? Are you crazy?? How could I possibly kick something as big as that just like that??"

Cole questioned with his voice blooming over. Even though he did not care much about it for it did not matter because nobody could hear him anyway.

Everyone was busy running away, the crowd gathered and the cars and vehicles stopped on the road. A huge commotion took over the once-quiet place.

'You do not have time to think much about this Cole. If you take up too much time then you will see your people vanishing off like ashes in front of your eyes. '

"What...what do you mean??"

'I mean it, Cole. Have you never seen the simulations generated by NASA in case of asteroids, meteorite or a comet hitting the earth? '

"No...no? I have not..."

Cole looked around as he answered in uncertainty as he saw people running and seeking shelter. It was a futile move. Nobody could save them from that giant rock passing by only to fall in later.

He was in a moment of halt trying to analyze the fact that how possibly he could kick a rock material as big and giant as that.

Plus even if he could, would not the people come to see him. They all would be able to watch him doing it and soon enough he would be in all over the news and newspapers as their heading.

And sooner enough the state force who were looking for the lenses would come to know that he had had it in his possession and they would force him to give it back to him.

They would not the thing that he never wanted it in the first place. He thought them to be some sort of just normal vision clear lenses. Who knew that woman named Emily would hand him something as crucial as this??

Till to this date, he had no idea why would she do it. What were her reasons for doing so? He wanted to know desperately. If it was just a random case or if it was related to him too.

' Stop thinking about yourself Cole. The piece of lenses you gave in your acquisition was meant to protect the humankind in matters like this. '

The robot said. The strong winds started blowing as the asteroid grew closer and closer towards the atmosphere of the earth. It would hit the ground anytime now

'If it were to be a machine. It would go up straight without thinking like you. This is your job now. To protect, to fight, and to defend. Grow up or see your own people dying into ashes before your eyes. '

Cole did not know what to do and what not to do. He understood each and every word the robot said and it made sense but would it matter maybe he would die with the people too so it really would not matter.

He would die with them too together. Ge would regret not trying to save it but maybe that was how the human generation was destined to perish. Who knew??

'Damn boy!! You have no knowledge ir what?? Of course, you would not die for the system would shield you from high radiation and protect your body from heat and flames with the inflammable gasses elements plastering over your body. '

"What the rubbish are you even speaking?? Who could save me from a flame and rocky object like that??"

Cole questioned back. It was obvious nobody could save him from it. Not even a system. The robot was blurting out nonsense. He thought.

'Just because of your insecurities, you are letting go of so many lives of people. This is not fair. You will regret this Cole, your whole life if you do not act now.'

Cole listened to each and every word very patiently and so what he did next, he did not think about himself anymore as he tippy-toed and in a bit, he was up in the sky.

He flew up and he was shocked at himself for how he did it. He was so shocked, afraid that he might fall down and die in instant.

He heard the screams of people, their voice which could be heard of shouting to look up in the sky....

But Cole had his eyes up and soon he could feel the heat flames burning his skin, his eyes started hurting but then automatically they were shield from the intense heat and harmful reactions altogether.

'You are doing good. Now concentrate on getting the ultraviolet or x rays out. You can cut through the rock and let it down in small pieces. '

Cole nodded to the instructions. He soon was out in the space. The flight only took him a few minutes. He was shocked at the speed himself. Such speeds should not be possible but it was possible as he reached outer space.

For the very first time, he could see the space, it's darkness ...the large bluish green earth.....their planet...he saw all of them concurrently for the first time.

When he turned in the front, he could see the sun shining so brightly, so huge, so giant....only then he realized how was he breathing in the space without a spacesuit.

He was about to scream out but then the robot said his body was protected from any kind of harmful radiations and that his shield was the natural one that let him breathe freely here in space too.

The vision system could copy the environment of where the host body belonged to and in case whenever the host had to move away from his living environment or head towards an environment that was not the same as the one he was living in...

It was so that the host body could thrive in an environment or a surrounding where it did not belong to. So that he or she could move to, live in any environment it wanted and protect the human species in times of needs.

The roaring sound made him look at the rock that was flying atop his. It was enormous.

'Cole. It is time. Break it and then send vibrations and waves strong enough to change it's trajectory.'

The robot advised. So as asked, Cole's eyes shone and blue, red rays got emitted out of his eyes and it cut through the rock breaking it into two.

Several times cutting it through, Cole successfully broke it and the crumbles were soon off to the earth falling down. The light weight now attracted them very quickly towards the earth's gravity.

"Now what to do?? It is falling down. Will it explode and cause life destruction??"

Cole asked as he saw the pieces flying down. The robot said that it would cause slight explosion and fire, maybe if hit then two or three people might die.

Just hearing that, Cole immediately went down flying, he cut the rocks to even smaller crumble with the x rays penetrating in deeper. He did the same to all the others.

As he decendes down with the rocks , cutting them in with his eyes. People saw him. The guy who was flying up in the sky and emitting rays through his eyes like some different being , like in movies and cutting the rocks in smaller and smaller pieces.

The crowd remained static wherever they were and could not believe their eyes of what they were seeing.

Cole had no idea at that moment that his action was giving people a good show. Soon enough the media, the reporters got in the sight of the incident and started giving live reports.

The larger crumbles of the asteroid outside of that area were also cut into smaller pieces by Cole as he moved towards it in his high speed transaction.

The crowd would see the guy breaking the rock in the sky and then vanish and appear in another reason.

Everyone was shocked. Everyone could not believe what they were seeing. People were static as they hugged their loved ones and see how one guy was protecting them by breaking in through their danger.

Sooner enough the small crumbles fell down and it was at that moment when people went to seek shelter to protect themselves from the small rock falling down from the sky, Cole defended down the sky and remained hidden in the forest till he was confirmed the crowd was gone and nobody would suspect him.
