'I m not obsessed with your scores boy! I m just astonished at how poor your IQ is!'

Cole stood up feeling too much offended then. The damn thing was now mocking him at the same time even throwing insults at him.

'For your information, IQ stands for Intelligence Quotient if you did not know!'

"Will you stop now?? This is too much! You are making too much fun of me, nobody ever dared to do it so just shut up and talk about what asked you to!"

Cole vehemently replied. By now he had come to know that it was an arrogant robot that did not give a damn about the fact that he was its owner. It even confessed itself that he was the owner for God's sake!

'Oh! I wonder did you forget about your school bullies who made fun of you every day! I m not even making fun of you, I m just stating the truth!'

Cole did not say anything anymore then. He just sat back down on the bench as he thought that in a way, the robot was saying correct things.

'Now! Now! Do not feel bad about it! So where were we?'

"I do not remember...all I recall is you telling how Madam Clara created you and how grateful you are to her..."

'Ahh...stop! Stop! Those are irrelevant information, I agree! I was just trying to brag about myself!'

Cole's lips curled to a light feathery smile at that but he soon hid it when he noticed that the robot would come to know about it and tease him further.

'Did I..Did I just make you laugh?'

"No..no you did not. Can you just continue explaining the whole system thing?"

Cole tried to cover his unwanted brief smile by throwing the same question to the robot's face.

'Humans do lie! Some just lie better and some cannot. You are in the category of cannot!'

And then he heard a laughter sound inside his head making Cole feel dizzy. The f.u.c.k! It can even laugh too?? What the hell??

'Oh...ahh! Man! That was a great laugh I had after the talking test with madam Clara!'

"You love Madam Clara?? Don't you?? You keep mentioning her."

Cole stated as he felt like someway he was now getting used to talking and having a decent conversation with the robot that resided inside his head.

'Well, I do. She is my creator for goodness sake!'

"Then how were you linked with the lens??" Cole implored.

'It was halfway through in the process of making the bionic lens, it's creators decided to have a robot run it for the first time until it was given away to testing with humans!'

"So it is a big project?? The lenses?? Was it funded by big corporate companies??"

Cole questioned. He wanted to know more about it. If it was such a big project of technological advancement then it must have been funded by big corporates and to think why did they make such a multipurpose lens.

'It was not just funded by the big corporates but also the states going as far as including the South Asian countries, middle Europe. It is the most expensive heavy tech project.'

"Then why did we never come to know about it?? I do not remember seeing it in any newspaper or anything if it is such a heavy project"

Cole enquired and thought of how was it possible that they never came to know about it.

News about technological advancement was always something people liked to know and listen to.

'It is a top-secret project! Remember the Roboz*five thousand?'

Cole shook his head in negative. It now made sense that the project was kept as a big top secret. That was why probably he never heard about such a big technological leap like a project.

"What is Roboz*five thousand?"

'Ahh boy! Remember the giant robot, a leap in technological intelligence, ten years back. The one thing which destroyed the habitat in Australia. Now does it ring anything?'

The Roboz*five thousand! Damn! He remembered that. The giant robot was the most advanced robot of that time, ten years back.

It was huge news. Russia's created it and it was the first robot ever to explore the end of the solar system and return to Earth unlike the voyagers or any robots.

It took years after years and people thought that it was a failed mission for it took a longer estimated time to return to earth.

But when it did, it was a blip in the space era. The Roboz*five thousand became a phenomenon. It helped scientists all over the world to carry out all types of research. It even contributed to the research faculty carrying out the subject on Earth's core.

The only disaster that happened was when Roboz*five thousand was programmed to study the tectonic plate of Australia, the smallest continent.

It was about time, scientists wanted to study the tectonic plates starting with one of the smallest continents.

But a major accident occurred. On digging a minute hole on the ground to place a high tech camera to record the deep tectonic plate movements, Roboz continued to dig the hole even when it was asked to stop as deadly gases got magma and lava from deep inside the core, seeped out into the environment causing an ecological disturbance.

Until this date, habitat in Australia was sparse. It only began to grow five years later from the present time. Its condition was even worst than that of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Cole was only five at that time but he recalled how big the news was for his mother's sister who suffered there and died three years later inhaling too much of those deadly deep earth gasses and acute medical attention was not given for the entire population of Australia was kept under medical treatment.

It was then Roboz*five thousand was eject to deep space and destroyed outside the realms of the solar system.

'Do you remember now? Boy!'

"I suppose I do. Continue please..."
