THAT DAY I BECAME A STAR

It didn't hurt as much as I hoped. Though it couldn't go full out with one arm. Raizen barely enters his head. 

"No, don't worry!!" 

I kick the hammer hands's head but he doesn't budge. Then I use Disperse and heal my arm. The energy that the dragon is providing is definitively helping but I should change my tactic. 

"Sinner, why struggle-"

The guy who was fighting Willhem lands on the hammer hands's back. Willhem then shoots bolts at him. He is bleeding a bit but it seems what I did earlier helped. 

"Let's do this!" 

I use Disperse and fire successively a fireball, a thunder ball, and a water ball. Each of them has a bullet that is directly following it. 

Then I use Disperse again and reach the hammer hands right as the fireball arrives. 

"What are you trying to accomplish?" 

He doesn't care about fireball that hits him and create a huge smokescreen. But even in that, I know that he is looking at me. I invoke Raizen then use Tremor with everything I have. 

His fist also appears from the smoke and we once again collide.

"Come on!!" I push and push but this time as well, our weapons don't touch. The pressure between them is so high that I hear the explosion of the other scripts I fired at him before they even reach us.

"As I said, what are you trying to accomplish?" 

His battering ram once again but I won't let you have it your way again. Right when it should hit, I use Disperse and lands on his side.

"You are mine!!" I strike his forearm at the same time as the battering ram releases its strength. 

His arm goes up because of my strike and the ceiling of the castle gets disintegrated like a sheet of paper. 

His Longinus gear breaks as well, a clear fault appears all around his forearm then bits of the gear fall to the ground. Following it and to my surprise, a crystal falls out from his arm as well. I didn't feel like I stroke that hard though. How come I manage to hurt him enough for a crystal to fall?

"You sure seem to be lucky, sinner." 

The hammer hands tries to punch me again but I dodge it. I would have like to take that crystal but it was too close to him.

When I land, The hall becomes clearer all of sudden, the sun starts bathing us and breathing becomes easier as well. 

"They managed to do it. That's good." 

"Hell yeah!! Now, we can go all out!!" Willhem jumps in place like a way too happy child and releases his aura. "You guys are dead!"

"Well, at the very least, it is going to be easier."

I can feel the presence of the dragon better now. That and the amount of energy he is sending to me. But that energy…it feels somehow corrupted. It doesn't feel right when I try to use it. Perhaps that's why my power didn't increase too much even after adding his. 

"You sinners are just like ants. You move and work and struggle all you can. But in the end…" The hammer hands suddenly jumps and reaches the ceiling. "But your struggling amounts to nothing in front of my foot." 

His hand that I just stroke starts emanating an intense dark light. 

'SAVE ME!!!' 

"F-Farner?" At the same time, Farner's voice resounds in my head. A loud and desperate scream that makes my heart beat like crazy. 

Farner is in danger! Then I must hurry! 

"You are distracted." 

"You really think so?!!" 

The hammer hands punches and a black star appears above us. His fist is shining like an ominous star, shining like an upcoming disaster that falls on us. 

"I don't know who you are but I will be using your power to the fullest now!! DRAGON'S ROARRRR!!!" 

I try to use the roar of the dragons and a dot of draconic energy gather before my mouth before shooting towards the hammer hands. When it collides with the hammer hands's attack, they both explode and the ground of the hall shakes so hard it breaks. 

"No way!!" 

The ground finally collapses and while I am falling, I notice two things: first, there is an Angas pool down the castle. And second, Willhem is falling as well.

"Willhem!!" I fly to him while trying to dodge the falling rocks but then the hammer hands appears before me.

"Fucking bas-" I suddenly feel an incredible pain from my stomach.

"If this is all you sinner amounts to, then there was really no need for concern." 

I am projected to the Angas pool and I see blood flying out of my stomach while I am fainting.

"The bast…"

When I wake up, I am inside the Angas pool, it is good that I didn't go to some strange place again.

'Do not emerge now.' The dragon's voice once again resounds in my head. Speaking of voice, Farner is in danger. I must. 'Listen to me Dragonroad. Please.'

'Why should I? and who are you?' 

'Who I am matters not anymore. But if you come out now, your opponent will surely defeat you again. You must wait.' 

'Wait for what?'

'For him to drop his guard. He is currently handling your companion.' 

'What?!!' Willhem is fighting him?!! 'And you think I will let him do whatever he pleases?'

I start swimming to the surface of the Angas pool. It is impressive that it is so deep. 

'No, you mustn't yet. Your companion is still alive. Please, listen to me.' 

'No!! I won't let that bastard kill him! Willhem cannot handle both of them alone.'

'His opponent has been defeated already. He fell into the pool as well.'

'Even so…' 

'Please, listen to me. I don't have a lot of time nor do I have the strength to continue talking like this.' 

'Are you sure Willhem will be okay?' 

'He will survive if you do as I say. Now, please, focus all of your draconic energy into your head.'
