The 1.000 year Great Sage ---> COMPLETED STORY

Seya used his Earth Magic and he quickly made a hole that went deep, in a straight line. At more than one hundred meters, a cave was on the other side and a grey Demonoid was looking up. He didn't have time to see much, he was hit in the middle of the eyes by a rock marble that came down the hole at great speed and he was instantly killed. A flush of Fire Magic followed the marble and wrapped around the grey Demonoid. The fire didn't stop burning, even while the small Demonoids tried to extinguish it by using their tentacles. They only joined the burning. In just a few seconds, not even dust was left behind. The deep hole was closed, to prevent the Demonoids that were still alive from climbing to attack Seya.

The grey Demonoids that were giving birth to smaller Demonoids were in a nearby cave and they didn't notice what happened to the Demonoid Thinker. Their task was breeding and that was the only thing that mattered to them. Everything else was a distraction from their work. Until Seya killed them, using the same method. He hesitated for a moment, thinking that he shouldn't do that, maybe if those two could live, the rest of the Demonoids could evolve to become sentient and in the future, be released from the Compressed Dimension to join the other races. But he then saw Talya's pool of blood on the ground near him.

After getting rid of the last two grey Demonoids, he rushed to the nearby wall and he continued where he was before being attacked by surprise. He told Gaya to watch very carefully so that she could also learn. In just a few minutes, every solid rock that he could see by using his Binocular was a Magic Crystal. When he was about to fly to another location, Titania came from the Light Dome with a very sad look on her face while looking at the dead Fairies all around.

- Can you dissipate that Dome and absorb the Magic of those things? We can't leave anything behind. What I did won't bring back my Talya, but I had my revenge. I can now move on… without her at my side… I lost another daughter… so many Fairies died in here…

Seya did as she told and he then opened a Gateway to the border where the Crystal met the solid rock. He crossed it while still hugging Titania, to comfort her, followed by Gaya's Knights, the students, the surviving soldiers, Mages, Mermaids, LizardKind, Dragonoids and Phoenix. While Seya and ten of his students were turning more mountains into Crystal, his escort was making sure they were safe, while the Phoenix were happily eating the remains of every Demonoid on the ground. Three Gateways and one hour after, he was facing a mountain of Crystal that was already transformed.

- Someone was already here…

Then, he heard Gaya's voice through his Communicator.

- …||… Father, I think that as soon as mother Ryn and cousin Arys finish, the Island is ready. Grandma Anna and Gramps Barunger are together, protecting the camp of the wounded people, and they sent a message to you saying that they are safe. …||…

- Ok, that's good to hear, thanks. I will take care of the floor, then. Tell everyone that finished making Crystal, to touch the ground and connect to my Magic Flow. Use one of your Knights too, I will also teach you how to do this part.

Travelling through the Island Dark Flow, Seya could sense Gaya's Knight, his friends, the Principal and the students, Teacher Chris and Teacher Fitz, Sully, Cemil, and Null, joining him. He guided them and taught them how to use the Flow to sense where there was still solid rock to turn into Crystal as he did on the making of Gaya. One hour later, the entire Island was a gigantic Magic Crystal, going as deep as one kilometre. Seya smiled and using the Flow, gave the next instruction, it was time to dig a very deep trench around the Island to take it out from the World.

As soon as Seya stood up, Titania was smiling at him. The first smile that he saw her making, since early that morning. He smiled as well.

- Care to join me, my Queen? It's time to release the world from the claws of this dreadful Island. Anyone able to fly, follow me. The others, return to the ships. Take with you the injured and the dead. We must honour their sacrifice, at least, by taking them with us.

Titania nodded and she followed him. Ten students and five Phoenix flew alongside them. They landed in the middle of the cleared space that the Mermaids made, on the dried floor of the ocean.

- Now, let's dig a trench around the Island so that we can lift this ugly thing. Phoenix, follow my lead!

Seya made the first hole, until one kilometre deep. He started to spread it around the Island, with the help of the Phoenix and his students. In thirty minutes, their trench joined another that Arys was making, together with her escort of Phoenix and students. Seya told her to wait in there and he continued until he reached Ryn's group, smiled at her and continued. When he confirmed that the trench was complete, he gave the next order.

- Hina, program the Crystal to make it float! Warn me when you are ready!

- 'But Seya, this thing is huge! How can I do that?'

- Not my problem! I already have too many things to take care of! Less talk, more work!

- 'Argh! You are so annoying! Wait… let me… I think it's… no… a little more…'

- Too much noise, so little work… Do I need to do it myself?

- 'Wait… I think… Yes, all done! So, now we do it like we did with Gaya, right?'

- Yes, activate it. Everyone, go down to the trench! We need to cut the Island underneath, to release it from the World! Be careful, if you face a Demonoid, kill it and continue! I think that there aren't any so deep, but I'm not sure. Hina, start to lift the Island after counting to ten. When it trembles, stop and wait. Don't let this thing fall on us!

- 'Of course not! You are talking too much! Less talk, more work!'

Seya jumped to the deep trench, followed by the Phoenix and the students. They started to dig underneath the Island, as fast as they could, leaving behind some spots with Fire Magic to provide light. When the Island started to lift by the activation of Hina's Program, the Island trembled. Hina stopped the lifting and waited for instructions. Underneath the Island, the digging team was working at full speed. Once or twice, Ryn faced a cave with a surprised Demonoid group in there, that she killed quickly, continuing her work. Thirty minutes later, the Island was not connected to the World anymore. Seya ordered everyone to get out and return to the Island to help on retrieving the dead people. He quickly joined Arys, Ryn and Heiji, and went near Hina.

- Good, everything is working. Hina, make it float, let's meet the Goddess up there, ok? And then, move it to the side, I want to see the hole underneath the Island.

- Yes… let me just… a little more…

The floor trembled a little. Just a little, Hina was being careful, for not breaking the Island in two or three pieces. Seya frowned.

- Go faster. If it breaks, we fix it!

- No, it came out in one piece, it will fly in one piece!

Seya was still frowning.

- Ok, do as you like, but make sure to create a Program to make it fly by a command word, I can help with that if you need. It will take a little longer but at least the others will have plenty of time to evacuate.

After waiting a little more for Hina to finish and confirming that Aria's barriers were accompanying and still surrounding the Island, Seya grabbed his Communicator Crystal.

- Gaya, get ready. I will need your Magic in a few moments, ok?

- …||… Yes, Father! This is so cool! I was made like this too? …||…

- Yes, you were. I think in your case, it was more difficult because it was our first time.

When the Island was at the same height in the sky as the Goddess, she joined them. After looking around, she smiled.

- This Island doesn't look as ugly like this! It's pretty! I can see where it's some Water Magic… there, Fire Magic… Light… Wind on that mountain… Light Magic on the entire floor… Yeah, very pretty.

Seya made a small smile.

- Don't get used to the sight, I want to turn all this into a Compressed Dimension. It will just be a dark Island, inside a Light Barrier, the same principle as my purse with Compressed Dimension. The Light Magic on the floor will contain the Dark Magic of the Demonoids. It will be their new home and they will be used to provide Dark Magic to the people of the World. Forever and ever. So, Arys, make a Magical Program to start the Compressed Dimension. Use a command word for that, so that you can start it from afar.

- Ok, let me take care of that…

Aria was still looking around, fascinated by the colours of the Magic Crystal all around.

- That's a pity. Maybe you can make a small Island float, like Gaya. And make it as pretty as this one.

- That's an idea… a very good idea…

Aria took a deep breath.

- At least I was able to take care of many that died, and they are ok now, but there are hundreds that were eaten and absorbed, and I couldn't do anything for them. So many deaths…

While Seya was thinking about Aria's words and grasping the importance of it, Hina called him.

- Hey, wake up! We are ready! Didn't you want to do a crazy thing to where the Island used to be? We are at ten kilometres distance, is that enough?

Seya nodded and after making a quick Magical Program on the ground, he opened a Gateway to Gaya.

- Let's go, we have work to do.

He crossed and the others followed him. In the Control Room, Seya ordered the ships to leave, it was going to be dangerous, the next part of his plan. But he warned the Mermaids that they would still be needed, to cool the ocean around the hole. He then went to a nearby window and when the last ship went through a big Gateway, he asked.

- Gaya, is there anyone on the Island or near it?

- …||… Let me see… No… Nothing, only Demonoids at the surface, fighting. Crazy and ugly things. …||…

- If they are fighting amongst them, then everything is normal again. Now… 'Demonoid Island, activate Light Sphere!'. Arys, care to start yours?

After Seya grabbed his Communicator Crystal to order the Island, a Sphere surrounded it. The bright light looked like a small sun, without heat, only light. Arys used her own Communicator Crystal to start the Compressed Dimension.

- Mine is different… 'In memory of our fallen comrades, activate Compressed Dimension!'

Seya looked at Arys and she tried to disguise her tears.

- Thanks, Arys, that was a good way of honouring everyone that died in there. Hina, move the Island to one side, to a safe distance. Ryn and Heiji, get ready.

Ryn was puzzled.

- Me? But…

Slowly, the Island moved to the side, leaving behind a deep hole on the ocean dried floor. When the Island, now turned into a bright sun with a Compressed Dimension inside was far away from where it used to be, Seya opened a Gateway directly into the sky, right above the deep hole. Heiji and Ryn joined him. At his signal, Heiji increased her Magic.

- Now, increase it more… concentrate… use your Tiara, connect to my Flow, I will absorb Gaya's Magic and we are going to throw a Fire Stream down there, to drill a hole. Ryn, connect your Magic Flow to me as well. When I tell you, throw a Freezing Spear down there, to cool down the hole.

Ryn started to tremble.

- But… I never did that, I can't!

- Remember what I told you, if you concentrate and you don't lose focus, you are able to do this and a lot more. Trust more in you, as I do. If you need to, think on the hundred of people that died for us to achieve this. You owe them your very best.

Ryn slowly nodded her head. She started to breathe deeply, increasing her Magic at each breath. They all gave hands and they connected their very own Magic Flow. When they were feeling each other, Seya spoke, but his words came at the same time from Ryn and Heiji.

- Now, Heiji, we start. Ryn, get ready.

An enormous ball of Fire Magic appeared in the sky underneath them. A stream of Fire was shot from the bottom of the FireBall and it went down at an enormous speed, to the hole. The FireBall started to shrink, while the fire was going deeper and deeper. The FireBall increased again while the stream continued to drill a hole. After some minutes, the earth and the ocean itself started to shake. A volcano was erupting and the gush of lave came up, enveloping the Fire Ball. As soon as the FireBall was absorbed by the lava, Seya flew at high speed from its way, taking Ryn and Heiji with him. When the lava was almost hitting the place where they were seconds ago, Seya guided Ryn, to cool it down.

- Now, Ryn, freeze it! I will help if needed, and while the Mermaids are cooling the ocean, we just need to stop this.

Ryn made a huge Freezing Spear and threw it directly at the base of the newly formed volcano. With her Magic, Seya and Gaya, it was cooling down very quickly. Myra and Hina came flying from Gaya, and they joined them in the cooling. The Mermaids released the ocean and with so many waters rushing on top of it, it immediately cooled down and a new and small Island appeared. Seya slowly broke their connection and they flew to the new Island. When they landed, Zak joined them. Seya looked at him and spread his arms.

- Zak, this will be a base for that flying Island and a memorial for our fallen comrades. Help me on making a circle of ten Obelisks of twenty-meter-tall and five-meter large out of rock so that we can then turn it to Magic Crystal. Hina, when we finish, move the Island to the top of the Obelisks, and make it stop at a five-meter distance from the tip.

Zak rushed to one side of the small island, to do his part. Seya went to another. They quickly made the circle of Obelisks and Hina guided the floating Island to stop above the Obelisks when they were transformed into Crystal. Seya placed his hand over an obelisk and after taking his notebook from his Compressed Dimension, he started to infuse a Magical Program on it. Zak was looking at his notes, trying to see what he was doing. When he realized what it was, he mumbled.

- This is really going to work? But how… Oh, I see…

Seya finished and he pointed to the remaining Obelisks.

- Do you think you can do the same as I did? It would be faster…

- I think so… I think I understand what you want this to do, it's a good idea indeed.

While Zak infused the Program on another Obelisk, Seya went to the next one. Soon, they were almost finishing, while Ryn, Heiji, and Hyna, were still trying to follow the notebook to make the same on the last obelisk.

When the ten Obelisks were ready, they went to Gaya again, through a Gateway. In there, Seya used his Communicator Crystal to send a command to the Obelisks.

- 'Absorbing Obelisks, start!'

A light beam was spread from the tip of each obelisk and it went straight up, to the bottom of the floating Island, for just one second, disappearing afterwards. Seya nodded.

- Yes, fully working. Every day, at this hour and forever, a light beam will be shot to retrieve some Dark Magic from that floating Island and deliver it to the Flow of the World. It will not poison the world as the Demonoids were doing because it's just a small amount, and it will be used by everyone. Now, we just need a list of names of everyone that died in there, so that we engrave those names on the Obelisks. It will be hard to find the names of the ones who died, they were so many…

The Goddess appeared near them, with a sad look on her face.

- I can take care of that. I knew each one that died in there. I know their grandparents, their parents, spouses and children. I was able to give life again to many that died, but the ones that were absorbed, not even I could do anything. Little Aria was truly amazing, she saved a lot of people. And my crazy teenager form contained a horde of Demonoids, all by herself, without killing any of them! Seya, there are people in the Meeting Room. You need to say a few words to them. Despite the huge death toll, a lot of people are happy because of the success of your plan. You really did it, like you said you would.

Seya stops to think for a while.
