The Adventurer System

The last match for the first two parties came to an end since Lorith and Goda were facing in the middle of the vast platform. In this match, it would show who had the great power to lead a certain party.

Each team should have a great party leader that can bring them to victory, not because of the strategy it because they needed that someone that had some strength, power, speed, and precise mind. These were the perks of the party leader that could dominate in any aspect.

Goda was a young man that had red hair, narrow blue eyes, an eye patch on his left eye, an average skin tone, wearing silver-plated armor, and a red cape. By just looking at him, you could easily say that he was a tough adventurer. Aside from that, he was already a level 30 adventurer and belonged to the fighter class.

On the other side, was the woman that had curly golden brown hair, black eyes, angelic face, wearing a black robe that had a red outline. Lorith belonged to a fighter class, but the thing was she possessed a high amount of magic power which means she was called a battle mage.

THIS IS THE LAST MATCH FOR THE FIRST ROUND! THE SERIES WAS TIED SO WHO IS THE ADVENTURER GONNA WIN THIS WHO WILL ADVANCE IN THE PLAYOFFS!

Gino hyped the audience, then paused for a second since the woman fox murmured something.

He easily understood him as he nodded his head at her along with a malicious smile on his face. "Okay, I'll say it to the audience right away!"

And all of a sudden, he stepped his right foot on the surface that had height above his knees and shouted.

OI! OI! OI! I THINK THE EXTREME FEELING WE ARE FEELING RIGHT NOW DIDN'T END THIS! BECAUSE THE NEXT MATCH IS ABOUT TO COME ARE BETWEEN WITH THE ASTONISHING PARTY IN THIS EVENT! THE NEXT BATTLE IS ASARKI'S PARTY ANF LOLITA'S PARTY! IT'S THREE VERSUS FIVE LET'S FIND OUT WHICH PARTY GONNA WIN!

Audiences were fired up after hearing these words, knowing the masked guy belonged to Asarki's party. It was the most awaited adventurer in the Guild Selection as of now, wanted to see how the masked guy could win the three versus five situations.

Moreover, we must back to the ongoing match between the strong parties. Goda and Lorith gave their respect to each other before they could properly start the match.

"Let's have a good fight, Lorith. No matter who'll become the winner of this match, we are still friends." Goda said in a deep tone, then stepped back so he could ready himself before the official started the match.

Lorith nodded her head at him along with a merry smile on her face. "Of course, Goda, we are still good friends. This match just helps us to show how far we improved as adventurers."

Lorith did the same thing, to show that she was ready to start the fight.

Ding!

In just a blink of an eye, the countdown on the elevated screen turned into zero. Then their bodies were full of buffs that could help them to win this fight.

As expected, the battle was about to come was close combat since both of them belonged to the fighter class. Lorith and Goda dashed swiftly towards each other, showing the desire for how much they wanted to win this fight.

And all of a sudden, Goda summoned a magic circle in front of him, enhancing his physical power and speed in an instant. He pulled his axe out of his inventory, then swung its weapon downwards.

Boom!

The ground scattered all over the place as it just hit the surface. Or to be more simple, Lorith used wind magic skills to push her body away so she could easily dodge the attack.

Goda was already expecting this so he switched the position of the ax's handle, then pushed it forward, aiming it towards Lorith's stomach.

[Earth fissure!]

Lorith raised her legs to the same level as her stomach and hardly swung them downwards to release her offensive skill.

Crack! Crack! Crack!

The surface was rapidly having cracks, it appeared that it was chasing Goda. It was split in half made Goda stumble his footing and pushed him to step back in the meantime.

He was sliding on the surface, looking at Lorith's face along with a broad smile on his face. On top of that, Goda was feeling something about her so by making a distance within her, he can easily figure out what was exactly her plan.

Lorith took her silver spear, to show that she was ready in close combat. She was standing in front of the fault, waiting for Goda to approach her.

Lorith and Goda seemed aware of their fighting abilities since they could easily predict how they were going to dodge the attack.

Furthermore, Goda dashed towards her, carrying his giant weapon with just his left hand. He then jumped to the mid-air while hardly swinging his axe to inflict high damage to her. Based on his observation, Lorith was focusing to utilize her magic skills, which means he would take the upper hand once he played aggressively.

Clang!

With the sound of solid metal perceived by their ears, Lorith now was pushing her spear with her both hands. On top of that, you can notice that she was having a hard time pushing it as Goda was obviously had more strength than her.

Her feet were slowly sliding back so it pushed her to cast one more magic skill that she knew would give high damage.

[Spear Solester!]

Her spears were spinning in 360, the air was created by it was stroking back her hair. She then stepped forward her left foot while aiming at Goda's neck to finish this fight in an instant.

Splash! Splash! Splash!

Goda was not expecting this occurrence as he just did to raise one of his arms to block the attack, knowing that can't use his ax because it was easily blown away. To be simple, being a battle mage possessed that high magic that focus to inflict physical damage which means Goda should not let her keep casting the skill like this.

Blood was splashing towards the surface, also, Goda was gritting his teeth as he was enduring the severe pain he was feeling right now. Aside from that, only the flesh on his arm was the reason why it was on him. Yes, it was brutal even though they were good friends they were taking this fight seriously. Why? Since it will the proof who was the best adventurer among them.

[Armlet guard!]

Goda clicked his tongue as he forced him to use the skill that he was conserving. His plan was to use it in the finals, so he could easily all the adventurers he will gonna face.

A red magic circle appeared beneath his feet, then it was slowly coming towards his head. To be specific, this skill would help him to transform into a new appearance that could help him to win this fight.

His entire was getting red while you could see his veins was also getting angry as the magical power passed through. But it didn't end with this, his hair was expanded and his sclera became dark.

Her eyes were widened, didn't expect that Goda had the skill that could regenerate the severe wounds he received. At this point, Lorith realized that the attack she cast earlier was all useless.

She showed her fighting to her, readying for any occurrences that might happen in this vast platform. Moreover, she was looked bothered since the only thing she knew that skill just help him to heal the wounds, other than that, nothing.

And all of a sudden, she was blinking her eyes in confusion after Goda vanished in her perspective. She tried to look around but she could not see anything, just the sound of the sharp movements.

She lowered her body as she felt the heavy weapon slash her leg. It made him kneel to the surface, still, trying to recover her footing. "I'm not expecting this... However, I should wait for a moment since I didn't know if Goda is still hiding a skill." Lorith muttered, trying to point her head at the spot where she heard Goda's footsteps.

She received multiple slashes all over her body until she was barely pushed back and rolled to the surface several times.

As soon as she pushed herself into a seated position, she cast one of her skills to can stumble Goda's footing instantly.

[Earth fissure!]

If her intuition was right, this skill could slow him down if Goda just charged straightforwardly. Also, if she was lucky she can catch him since she could manipulate the surface to be binding magic.

She enlarged the size of the fault, and all of a sudden, she saw the man that had a bothered expression.

"Got you, Goda, this is the end."
