The Bodyguard System

"Eek! Help!" A plea for help came through the comms, "Anyone?" The voice fell on deaf ears. The crime syndicate she had erected dissipated within a night; the feat of only one person, code name Kylo.

Kylo stood behind the lady, who, unaware of his whereabouts, shifted around quickly. He kept with her, avoiding the tables and chair she tried to back into him.

"Lady, no one can hear you, they're all dead, Falcon and Leo took them out. You're an unlucky one; tonight's my last night on the squad." Kylo whispered into her ear, "I'm famous, I know."

"****! You're him!?" She screeched, lashing out behind her with a hidden blade concealed within her business suit. Kylo dodged casually, disarming her with practiced ease. He stabbed her neck with the blade; blood gushed out of the wound.

Kylo clicked the communicator on his wrist, "Mission complete. Target assassinated. Kylo out." He slipped out of the room, stealthily clambering out a window on the fourth floor he was on.

He activated his wingsuit, flying off to the rendezvous, unaware of the malignant eyes drilling holes into his back. "I see now, you're Ren. Oh well, it'll be quite a while before I can take revenge... Maybe even ten years. Not that it's a long time to wait, I could wait for ages."

The man with night vision goggles snuck off, biding his time to take revenge. He may not be powerful enough now, but later on, he'd be good enough to contend.

Morning

"... And we have just gotten news of the crime syndicate S.I.N. It seems as though our local heroes, Kylo of the suicide squad, Falcon, and Leo have taken it upon themselves to eradicate the cartel." The television prattled on, praising the team.

"Hmm? Oh wow!" Said a little boy who was watching, "It's Kylo! He's on the news again!"
