'What is it this time?' Superboy wondered as he woke up, immediately seeing Yang Le in his Variant form with his back to him.

"You want to hurt my brother?" Yang Le said, using the White-Clothed Variant's telepathy to sense that Superboy had awakened, and immediately began his performance.

"I won't let you succeed!"

"Brother?" Wally looked back and forth between Yang Le and Superboy, who was pretending to be asleep. "Dude, no offense, but you don't look alike at all. You've got more than just a horn."

"And a tail," Robin added with a smile.

'Just wait until I transform into my new Kryptonian form, and you'll see how similar we are,' Yang Le thought fiercely.

"All beings born from Cadmus are our brothers," Yang Le said righteously.

"I was created to protect Cadmus's greatest masterpiece, our most outstanding brother, Superboy, from you villains."

"Villains!?" Wally's eyes widened. "We're the Young Justice League! Do you even know what justice means? Can you spell it? We're here to expose Cadmus's darkness!"

"But you're trespassing."

"We told you, it's for justice!"

"But you're still trespassing."

Kid Flash: "I've never wanted to swear so badly!"

"Stop wasting your breath," Speedy said, drawing his bow and arrow. "It's just a programmed Variant; you can't reason with it."

Before he finished speaking, Speedy fired the arrow. At the same time, the hibernation pod behind Yang Le exploded, and Superboy, who had been pretending to be asleep, jumped out, bypassing Yang Le and charging towards Speedy and the others.

The arrow shattered upon hitting Superboy and bounced off. Ignoring everyone's attacks, Superboy reached for Speedy. He was too fast for Speedy to react, who could only use his bow to defend himself.

Seeing Speedy about to suffocate, Aqualad drew two water bearers, manipulated the water to form a spiked mace, and slammed it at Superboy with all his might.

With his super hearing, Superboy could roughly estimate the force of Aqualad's attack even without looking. He knew that if it hit him squarely, he would stumble.

But he still didn't turn around. Instead, he threw Speedy, whom he was holding, towards Kid Flash, who had charged at him. Kid Flash had no choice but to stop accelerating and catch Speedy, preventing him from being smashed to the ground.

However, Superboy's strength exceeded Kid Flash's expectations. He couldn't catch him at all, and Speedy rolled out with him until they crashed into the wall.

As for Aqualad, who had attacked Superboy from behind, Yang Le used his telekinetic abilities to control a heavy object and send him flying. Robin had just taken out a smoke bomb from his backpack when Yang Le immobilized him, preventing him from moving.

"You're welcome," Superboy said, still with a cold face, but Yang Le knew that this was only because he hadn't been awake for too long and didn't know how to interact with people.
