CM was not a weak girl. She was always so confident with her words and her actions, and she rarely felt anxious when she was talking with someone. Except for the moments when she was getting scolded by her father, CM had never felt afraid of anyone.

And normally, she also never felt afraid when she was talking to her cousin. Her cousin was indeed a cold and ruthless character, but she never felt intimidated by him.

When most people feared Michy for his character, CM always dared to bark back every time her cousin scold her.

Michy was sure that his cousin was feeling guilty right now.

The female idol had confessed her mistake, but Michy couldn't understand the confession. "What do you mean by you were the one who provoked Trissa so she ended up kissing me on the stage?" He questioned the girl carefully.

Michy practically had grown up with CM, and he knew that the girl indeed had a sharp mouth that had the power to offend others easily. When he heard CM say that she had provoked Trissa, he wasn't completely surprised by it. He just didn't know what kind of provocation triggered Trissa to act so recklessly in front of many people and also the cameras.

CM bit her lips nervously, but she decided to tell the truth to her cousin, "When you left the dressing room to answer the phone call from my father, I had a chat with Trissa. Well, I can't say it a chat because I was actually trying to offend her back then."

Michy wasn't surprised by the girl's explanation. CM was a troublemaker, and it could be said that offending people was like her hobby.

Just like what she did to Azren some time ago. Even if she only met Azren for the first time back then, she still didn't hold back and tried to tease the innocent man.

Azren was an easy target, and what she was doing back then didn't cause any harm for both Azren and Michy.

But the girl seemed to repeat what she was doing back then, and unfortunately, Trissa was her target this time. Michy knew that Trissa and Azren were two different people with different characters, and he knew that the outcome would be different too.

"What did you say to Trissa to make her behave that way, Carmen?" Michy questioned his cousin again when he couldn't even guess what kind of words were uttered by her cousin to her ex-girlfriend.

CM looked even more anxious after hearing her cousin's interrogation, and she even glanced at Azren. The latter couldn't understand the meaning of the glance and could only raise an eyebrow at the girl.

"It's a long story, but the point is I told Trissa that she wouldn't be able to win your heart because you love someone else, Michy," the answer that was full of hesitation finally escaped CM's lips.

This time, Michy couldn't even hide his surprise. He knew that his cousin was mischievous, but he didn't expect that the girl would provoke Trissa like that.

Aside from that, Michy was also shocked because CM told Trissa that he loved someone else. Subconsciously, Michy glimpsed at Azren who was standing beside him.

The blonde still looked clueless as ever, and he decided to leave the man as he returned to his cousin.

"Why did you tell her that, Carmen? Trissa is obsessed with me, and your careless words surely provoked her!" Michy suddenly raised his tone when he replied to his cousin's confession.

He could always tolerate it when his cousin did something stupid, but what CM did today was beyond stupid. He couldn't even maintain his calm expression because he was too furious.

"Do you think something like that is a game, Carmen? It's about feeling, but you were playing with it!" Michy continued his lecture.

"It's because I know that it's about feeling so I finally decided to provoke her, Michy!" CM suddenly gained her confidence as she talked back instead of relenting. "She's obsessed with you, and that's why I think she's dangerous. I think it would be better if you could get rid of her sooner because I know that you don't have any feelings for her, so I told her that you love someone else."

Michy massaged his temple with his hand that was not held by Azren. "You think she would let go of me easily if she knew that I loved someone else? You know that she's dangerous, but you still said something like that to her. I can't understand you, Carmen."

"..." This time, CM couldn't argue anymore as she once again ducked her head.

Sometimes, CM's way of thinking could be too simple. She thought that Trissa would decide to let go of Michy after knowing that Michy had someone else in his heart, but her prediction was inaccurate.

Instead of letting go, the long-haired girl decided to do such a despicable act that ruined Michy's reputation. CM didn't even care about the showcase today, but she was only concerned about Michy's condition.

It was indeed Trissa who kissed Michy on stage, but CM had a role in the girl's crazy act. Indirectly, CM was also the one who had ruined Michy's reputation.

"I think we better stop arguing about it now," Felice decided to chime in because the tension between the two idols was unbearable. "It's not Michy who kissed Trissa, so we still have a hope to clean Michy's name. We can just tell the public that Trissa is so obsessed with Michy, but Michy doesn't have anything to do with her action today. I think we also should announce Michy's breakup with that girl."

Michy was too tired. He already got a headache because of Trissa, and CM's confession didn't make him feel any better. Thankfully, Felice was there with them to find a solution.

"I will need to bother you with this matter, Fel," Michy spoke again. "But if you can't deal with it, then you don't need to do anything to change the fate. I have a backup plan for my future, so you don't need to worry about me."

Felice didn't seem to expect Michy's reply, and she frowned at the blue-eyed idol. "What do you mean, Michy? You never told me that you have a backup plan," she responded in confusion.

Michy managed to force a smile at the female manager. Felice had been working hard for him since his debut days, and he thought he couldn't burden the manager forever. He knew that it was Felice's job, but he wanted to be an independent man who was able to solve his problem by himself.

"I will tell you about it later, but now we better wait for the outcome of your effort first. I'm sure my uncle will also do something for me," Michy replied to the manager again.

Felice knew that Michy didn't want to discuss the backup plan right now, and she sighed as she relented, "I understand. Now you better go home and don't open your social media. You also can't open the internet. I don't want you to stress yourself."

Felice was indeed an understanding manager, and Michy smiled at the girl again. He was about to leave the two girls, but CM's words halted his steps.

"You are not angry with me, right, Michy? I'm sorry because I ruined your career instead of helping you, but I'm willing to help you to clean your name once again. Please give me one last chance, Michy!"

It looked like CM still felt guilty for what she had done, and she even dropped her pride and begged her cousin with full of sincerity. Perhaps if Michy asked her to kowtow in front of him, the girl would also comply with his wish as long as Michy was willing to forgive her.

Michy had forgiven her, and CM finally could look at her cousin with confidence.. "I wasn't making up things when I told Trissa that you loved someone else. Do you think I don't know that you love the person who's holding your hand tightly right now, Michy?"
