The destruction and creation system

Old suns face becomes serious "indeed , even now we have no idea what race had attacked us whereas the rest of humanity has been cut down by over sixty percent the only reason the other know races haven't attacked is because the humans killed were only the weaker members of the race, meaning most of the experts are still alive." old sun said seriously.

nick nods in understanding "i'm guessing that the academy is changing in some way that effects me greatly since you as an elder have come here personally?" nick says interested. old sun sighs "aye lad it does. the academies are all in agreement that we will be expanding the city to hold the last forty percent of humanity so that no other races try to weaken the human race further , as a result everyone that has the ability to help is being drafted to do so , and thanks to your frankly terrifying level of laws you are among those that must flatten a large kingdoms worth of land before we wall it off." old sun said expecting a harsh rejection yet nick was silent.

this silence went on for a minute before nick asked "how much land is considered a large kingdoms worth?" old sun was stunned for a second but quickly calmed himself. "why do you ask?" he asked curious. "i have an item that should be able to flatten a huge amount of land , however it has a limit to how far it will work so i want to know if it can be used to opt out of the grunt work." nick said simply.

old sun was a bit confused since he didn't know of any items that could do what nick said but since it didn't seem like nick was lying old sun took out a map of the continent and pointed to a circle on one corner of the map "that is the land we are going to flatten since its all behind the academies." he said seriously. nick looked at the ledger to find out how much land that was and was stunned at the size of it. 'system can the destruction seed i have flatten that much land?'

*affirmative , the destruction seed host possess could flatten twice that amount without harming any living things.*

nick walked over to the map and drew another circle starting where the previous circle did but covering twice the area. ""my item can flatten that much land." he says confidently. old sun and lo mia both had their jaws drop slightly at the circle nick drew. old sun was sweating a bit "what were you going to use that item for originally?" he asked a bit shakily. "hmm, well when i got it originally i was going to save it for if someone ridiculously more powerful than myself tried to kill me but then i got this infuriating mark and was going to use it on the dragon king but i punished him with a different item instead." nick said casually. hearing this lo mia was also sweating inside at how lucky she was.

"if its so valuable why would you use it just to get out of a bit of grunt work?" old sun asked confused. nick chuckled a bit "simple really , i despise doing things that don't benefit me either directly or indirectly , not that i'm completely selfish but my charity only goes so far." he said calmly. old sun was even more confused "but grunt work is not worth even a fraction of that items value so how...?" he asked boggled. "that's easy to explain my charity has absolutely nothing to due with monetary value , but instead by which action would test my patience more, using a super valuable item and wasting no time or wasting a lot of time doing aggravating grunt work the answer is obvious."
