The Fallen Consort

While Yi Ling was still trying to digest the piece of news that Mu Xin told her, a powerful force was dashing her way. It was filled with anger and sadness. Mu Xin didn't have time to warn her, luckily it wasn't an enemy.

Jin Minzhe dashed towards his mother with his 5 year old version. His face was red, he was really mad. He almost overturned the sect looking for his mother, good thing he had sense Tefei's powers. If it wasn't that, his mother would've left him already. He knew that his mother was about to leave the sect and he didn't want to be left behind!

"Mother!!!!!" Jin Minzhe flew straight to Yi Ling's embrace. Minzhe came with a powerful force and they landed on the ground.

*Cough cough* Yi Ling almost coughed out blood. Minzhe's powers was beyond sainthood. Even if he tried to control his powers, it'll be too hard for him.

"Tefei, it's okay." Yi Ling sat up. Xiang He also dashed the same time as Tefei pulled the little kid away. He helped his Master on sitting up.

"Mother? Master Yi? Who is this kid?" Xiang He was puzzled.

The trio was stunned, they forgot that Xiang He was there. Yi Ling sighed, looks like the cat was out of the bag. Tefei set the kid down, seeing that he wasn't trying to be unreasonable anymore.

"Mothe..Master. I'm sorry." Minzhe walked towards his mother and grabbed her hand. He was afraid that this time, she will get mad and leave him.

Yi Ling smiled and sighed again. She then turned towards Xiang He. Since he was able to activate his inner element, it was better to let him in their circle. It was better to rope in Xiang He than not.

Xiang He looked back to his Master. Everything was confusing right now. He don't even know the man and the kid in front of him.

Minzhe wore his mask and transformed to his ȧduŀt form. No one was exempted to the rules, not even Yi Ling. They all have to wear the masks, as they enter the gates. Tefei also wore his.

Xiang He was astonished! So it was Elder Minzhe! How powerful is he? To be able to change from young to old? His eyes were wide open. He couldn't believe what he was seeing.

Inside, Linyu and Haoran was waiting for them.

"Master! You got us worried! Where did you go? What was the commotion down there?" He too felt the disturbance earlier.

"I'll explain it in a minute. Let's go inside the hall." Yi Ling walked pass them.

The Disciples was crowding them. They were all shocked earlier when Elder Minzhe went wild, looking for the Sect Master. Even Elder Linyu was questioned. Everyone tried looking for the Sect Master inside the sect, but nobody had located him. When they felt the tremor earlier, they all froze. They almost thought that they would have to fight someone and defend the sect.

All the Elders followed the Sect Master towards the Main Hall. Xiang He didn't know if he needs to follow them or not. Yi Ling stopped her tracks and looked back.

"Xiang He, what are you daydreaming there for? Come with me." Yi Ling turned and started walking again towards the hall.
