The Fallen Consort

Yi Ling was walking inside the Jin Kingdom's town. She could bȧrėly walk but she knew that she has to. Even though she can feel something was steering inside her heart for that man, She would never accept it. Just because he wanted to. What's the difference with that , compared to the middle-aged man who kidnapped her?

Although weak, she was able to still get out of the Palace. Whatever the King gave her was effective. She was able to get out from the bed and stole some of his robes. She found some inconspicuous ones. She changed into it and left the Palace. For odd reasons, she didn't encounter anyone. If you ask Yu Ran about this, he would totally roll his eyes. King Jin's powers was beyond imagination. Nobody would dare offend him nor try to sneak into his palace. He would definitely be aware if someone came in. Just that he never have thought that the woman he brought in , would rather get out.

Yi Ling, dressed as a man again. Asked around for directions to Feng Kingdom. What puzzled her is that, no one seems to know about Feng Kingdom. Thinking maybe because it was a Low Ranked Kingdom, nobody even know its existence.

Dissappointed to the answers she got, she left it to fate and head out of the Jin Kingdom.

As Yi Ling just got out of the main gate, King Jin arrived into town. He and Yu Ran followed her aura out from his Quarters. When he arrived, he sense her aura was everywhere. Like she was running in circles, in every shop and every stalls.

What the heck going on? He thought. Why was the woman all over his town?.

Yu Ran, who was standing beside the King was puzzled as well. He perceived the young miss' aura earlier, since she didn't left that long. But was as confused as King Jin. The woman's aura was definitely all over the town. He looked at the King and could see that he was confused as well.

Everyone was on the floor, prostrating at him. The King's arrival to the town was surprising. It was said that the King hardly gets out of his Palace. Not even all of the people have seen him personally. Just that, Only one person was allowed to wear black robes. This one was one of his law in his Kingdom. Plus, noting that he was wearing a crown and Yu Ran was beside him. Everyone knows about Yu Ran, he was the King's most trusted subordinate.

"Your highness, It looks like she was here not too long ago. Just that, she went everywhere. She might've been looking for something? or someone?" Yu Ran tried to placate the King's emotions. He had seen the King get mad before and it was really scary.

King Jin looked everywhere, trying to find out what she was up to. He finally sighed. The woman that he claimed to be his, was very intriguing.

"Get all of Golden Knights here this instant!" King Jin's voice echoed all over town. It sounded so cold and angry. Everyone can feel a cold chill to their bones.

Oh no! who made our King angry to this degree!? Usually the Silver Knights are the one that handles the common issues. The Golden Knights is the King's Hidden Guards. They are so powerful, they were only next to the King's powers.

"Yes your highness!" Yu Ran bowed and pulled something out of his sleeve. It was a big golden ball. With all his might, using his spiritual powers; he threw the ball into the air.

The ball exploded in the sky. A golden bird flew out of the explosion. It flew higher and got bigger until everyone on Jin's Kingdom could see the bird. It was a very beautiful golden bird. It then screeched so loud and everyone couldn't help but covered their ears. Once it stopped, Golden shadows can be seen flying towards the center of the town where the King was currently standing.

When they arrived, they instantly kneeled down in front of the King.

"The Golden Knights awaits his Majesty's orders". There was a total of 10 of them. All dressed up like knights, dashing with gold and silver. There were 7 man and 3 woman.

"Yu Ran, show them her clothes". King Jin's walked pass the Golden Knights.

All of the Golden Knights' forehead furrowed. Her? A woman? Is the King wanting us to find someone?

"Here are her clothes, perceive her aura." He handed the clothes to Tian Gu, the Leader of the Golden Knights.

"She left almost an hour ago. She had been in this town roaming around. Find her!" He said loudly for everyone to hear, even the town's people. Since the King already made this commotion, all he could do it make this situation better. He would never allow to let the news break out that the King has finally decided to get himself a consort. He added another order to the knights heads, through telepathy.

"If you find her, Don't you ever dare hurt her! Or even I can never save you. If she resists, Let me know but keep her on your eyes at all times! She is slicker than an eel!"

"Yes! The Golden Knights obeys the King's orders!" They stood up and vanished into thin air.

Yu Ran sighed. He actually wished for the King to fall for someone before, He just never thought that the woman he would fall for.... Didn't seem to want him. He shook his head and went to the direction that the King was heading for.

Once they left, The people stood up dazed. Someone provoked the King, that was the gossip of the day. They only shook their heads. They can't believe that someone had the guts to.
