The Fallen Consort

Seeing three different groups into light. Yi Ling went to where Jin Minzhe went. She knew that Linyu and the Viridis will be able to handle the tasks she gave. Although she trusted Jin Minzhe powers, she couldn't help but be worried of him. Mostly because, the people who had followed him had different intentions. Most of these people was sent to scout her sect, in pretense to join the sect.

Xiang He was informed of the plan as well. Yi Ling sent him away and he went towards the Viridis. Yi Ling wasn't fully convinced with the Viridis just yet. Though it follows Linyu's orders, she couldn't bring to trust him all the way. She wanted to subdue that tree until it fully submits to her. But this had to wait till she grew stronger than the Viridis. For now, she entrusted the Viridis to Linyu. Since Linyu had a different task, Xiang He had to accompany the Viridis for now.

There were multiple factors that needed to be considered in choosing disciples. The Blue Rose Sect was categorized in 4 factions. The Medical Court, The Outer Court, The Inner Court and the Jade Court.

The Medical Court are made for individuals who are interested in Medicine.

The Outer Court consists of individuals below Dawning Stage.

The Inner Court welcomes individuals above Dawning Stage.

The Jade Court are for certain individuals who are worthy to be guided by the elders and the Sect Master itself.

Certain Courts will earn different monthly allowance. Such us concoctions and resources. It all depends on one's contributions to the Sect, as well as overall personal growth.

The Sect Master was Yi Jin, while the Elders consists of Linyu, Haoran (The Viridis) and Minzhe. Xiang He was first disciple of the Jade Court. The three groups narrated this information to their respective crowds.

All three groups had to undergo more test and check which court they belong to. For now, the Jade Court was off limits. One has to work their way up by becoming stronger and doing sect tasks. Also, to join the Jade Court, one has to gain recognition by the Sect Master itself.

It would've been easier if this was the only case to enter the Sect, unfortunately Yi Ling has an advanced scheming plan on process. She wanted to check who had more patience and determination to achieve the given tasks.

In Jin Minzhe's group, he needed to send his group towards the Burdened Forest. It was a mid spiritual beast territory. He handed them tokens and said.

"Go inside the Forest and stay there for 7days. When 7 days is up, you must show fort your tokens as a sign of accomplishing the given task. Write your names in the token to identify its ownership. If you lost your token, you will be disqualified in joining the sect."

This made the crowd grew nervous. Most of them were individuals going solo. As long as they had the tokens, they will pass this test. Some of the spies and stronger ones smirked. They were confident on themselves. He waved his hand and sent them away.

Once they left. Jin Minzhe smiled evilly. He opted to say that their tokens were special. It would disappear as soon as they encounter another person who had a token. This was to prevent them from stealing from one another. The one who had an evil intention will be the only one affected. The token was able to perceive an evil aura coming from the owner.

Yi Ling came as soon as the crowd disperse. Sensing his mother, Minzhe transformed back to his 5 year old self. Yi Ling opened her arms at the incoming kid. She hugged her and lifted him up.

"You did a good job Zhe'er. Let's go and visit the other two." Yi Ling carried him and walked back towards the Viridis and Xiang He's direction.

Bonus Story : Haoran Who?

Linyu : You know, you can't always make the Viridis act like he can do whatever he wants.

ElleJaye : But,... that's supposed to be his character? -.-"

Linyu : Meh.. I don't like it! Also, why doesn't he have his own name yet?

ElleJaye : Well, I didn't really have any idea in mind. Also, not like it matters right?

Linyu : It matters to me! Do you know how hard for me to talk to that stalker!? And I can't even talk to him properly, he doesn't have a name for me to call!

ElleJaye : Hmm. That does make sense. What would be a good name then?

Linyu : *rubbed his chin* Let me think..

At that moment, ElleJaye caught the Viridis eavesdropping. The Viridis was always perceptive towards Linyu. He thought that it was because he wanted to serve and learn everything that his King wants and needs.

But on ElleJaye's head, she thinks otherwise. Her lips curled as she thought of the reason. The Viridis came out with her own imaginations, so of course there was purpose. A big hunky guy like the Viridis was a good fit partner for Linyu. Plants can be both male and female, as science says. She laughed evilly in her head.

Linyu : I Got it ! How 'bout Haoran?

ElleJaye was startled, she almost forgot about their conversation. Her thoughts went overboard and was smiling crazily. But before she could even reply. The Viridis came out of his hiding place and rushed towards Linyu.

Linyu : *cough cough* WTH! Get off me!

Viridis : You named me you highness! Im all yours now!!!! *blushed coyly*

Linyu : WTF?! Seriously!? That don't work that way!

Viridis : No matter, I'll follow you everywhere your highness! I'm yours to command and yours for the taking! *head went closer to Linyu, trying to get a kiss*

Linyu : *shoves hand to his face* GET OFF ME!! YOU MANIAC!!

ElleJaye : Ohohoho... What a lovely scene. *laughs evilly*
