In the end, Beth didn't manage to escape her fate, the people she cared about were those elders with caring eyes. She wanted to make them proud too, but she wanted to do it on her own terms.​​

She decided to escape again, to forget and stop thinking about a happy and hopeful life. However, as a second chance from the heavens, a helpful hand landed in her path. This time, it was not the beautiful boy with emerald eyes, but a caring old man with blue sapphire eyes.

Though his help was rather strange, he kidnapped her when she was on the road after stealing some food from the markets. Her clothes again were dirty and ragged and her eyes were vacant and indifferent. Nothing mattered for her anymore.]

Anne was now in the most difficult stage of her punishment. The teacher's replacement.

It seemed that teacher Lena couldn't take over certain lessons, the same as teacher Monique, as both of them were pregnant and occupied being spoiled by their dear husbands. So, they used the second-best choice to give the students a good lesson. Princess Anne.

"So," she said while arranging her decorative glasses over her nose. "This is the first-grade math class, right?"

The bunch of students nodded. However, they were not twenty students as it was common in those classrooms but at least fifty students were squeezed inside that little room to take notes and record the wise teachings of their Princess. They were all prepared to know a bit more of them.

"Excellent," she said and took a paper from the desk, "I don't have much time to teach you anything about math that you can't look into a book, so I will make this fast."

She pasted the paper on the blackboard and with her camera function on her MINI, she passed the photo of the paper to the forum.

"This is a ranking," she started, "I will give all the registered students in this class a ranking if some of you manage to came up with the best questions every class, I will give a point if you manage to answer the most of the questions, I will give another point, and at the end, the first three places will receive a reward."

The students went into an uproar. It was not the first time a teacher tried to apply certain rewards as incentives to the students. However, the teachers were not the Princess of Lith, and also a shareholder of the largest company in the continent, VinDev.

It was obvious that the prize for the top three on the ranking would be exemplary, even more, it would be amazing. They couldn't wait to know about the reward.

"I won't tell what is the reward, but…"

They looked expectant of her words.

"If you can imagine the fame you can get just by staying by my side, and how many benefits you can get from just being inside the VinDev main laboratories, just savor the feeling in your hands of those impressive devices of the last magic technology. Aren't you feeling important?"

The students now were sent to wonderland. Their imagination took them to that impressive city of VinDev Corp where everything is possible, even chocolate buildings were about to come true.

"Then if you can imagine all that, then you can also know that I am capable of anything, even to give the best reward this is school is capable of… however, if I am going to give the best, you must return the best… nothing much, only the best, do you understand?"

The bunch of poor little rabbits with bright eyes were now jumping with delight at her words and a world of possibilities open to them.

All of them were happy about to enter a tiger's trap without them knowing. If they only knew that such an amazing reward never comes without anything in return. That was the principle of Anne.

"Don't forget that you are competing with each other," Anne smiled, seeing their deer eyes flashing with a malicious glint when the students saw each other's eyes. "Never forget that. Muahahahaha!"

"Muahahaha!"

"Well, any questions? Talk now or never," Anne smiled before taking a sip of her cup of tea. She wanted to go out and feel free to eat her new favorite pastry, chocolate cake.

The students looked at each other for a while, and they all raised their hands. If this was an opening for the ranking points, they will have to start competing.

However, they didn't know that the way to be elected couldn't the first one to raise their hand. It should be elected with a particular method.

"I will let Gandalf take a number in the bowl of balls!"

"Oh my!"

"It can't be…"

"Gasp…"

The voices of the students were almost muffled by the four-legged beautiful creatures that entered the stage with a big bowl with several withe balls in his mouth. He was wearing a little tie and looked magnificent.

"I am going to faint from overloaded cuteness…"

"Kyaaa!"

"Did you take a picture?"

"I am dying…."

However, just when his mouth was about to take a ball and handed it to the Princess, someone raised his hand.

"I have a question," he said and everyone looked at him with wide eyes. They knew without a doubt that he was the one to be elected. He did the most outstanding way to ask for a question, he raised his hand while carrying a little cupcake of chocolate truffle.

Anne nodded in appreciation, "You are a very talented young man, what is your name?"

"Allen Jin," he said with a little bow of his head, "Can I ask my question, my princess?"

Anne looked again at the man with a raising eyebrow.

"Yes, you may… " However, before the young man could start speaking, "after I get a taste of your tribute."

She smiled viciously like an evil Queen. Then Allen came forward and kneeled before her, to present his tribute.

"I made this myself, my princess," the other gasped.

Now the news will spread to the whole Academy, and the kitchen club and the kitchen classes will need to expand their opening hours.

Anne looked at the chocolate cake and Gandalf nodded with a knowing glint. He was giving her his consent. Her mouth took a piece of the cake and just when the flavor was melting in her mouth, softly while expanding the sweetness in every sense and her nose. She smiled and nodded.

"This is good," she said and blinked her eyes with delight, her long eyelashes moved like buŧŧerflies and her smile took the hearts of every student. Even the cold Allen Jin who never thought that a princess like her could make him feel shy.

"I am glad that you like it, my princess."

Anne smiled again, "then what is your question, Allen?"

Her voice was so sweet and gentle that it felt as if her original mischievous one was completely changed. The poor heart of the young Allen took a shot right then and the flushness of his ears almost reached his neck.

"What about the ones that are not registered in this classroom?"

"What?"

"All of the ones that came without being part of the class? Can we take part in the competition?"

"Then… we should ask for a bigger classroom."

Anne smiled again at Allen, and he nodded with a blush on his cheeks. The scene was as if a Princess was taking a vow from a knight, and it was. The beautiful red-haired Princess didn't know, but the blond Allen was also a knight under the Lith blue squadron of the Prime Minister. A talented young man that, even if he was a commoner, was offered a position in the Academy.

The sight was beautiful and if the other students didn't know that the Princess already had a darling, then the match between Allen and her would be perfect. And the many post and photos on the school forum confirmed it.
