The Revenge Turned To Love

Chapter 16 - Ex - Girlfriend's Marriage

Mishi was rubbing her fingers as she was nervous and frightened of Xian. The entire night she couldn't get a sleep because of the deal she has made with Xian. She recalled the day when Xian came to their apartment and created a scene there. She put her palms on her eyes when Chang out of his room.

"Morning," mumbled Chang and went to the kitchen to drink water. Mishi wished him a good morning. "Is Chunhua sleeping?," asked Chang after drinking water. Mishi nodded. "It's 8 a.m.," mumbled Chang when the doorbell rang.

Mishi got up from the sofa to open the door. As she opened the door she was startled to see Xian and Mark there. Xian was in a black suit while Mark was in casual clothes. She let them in. Mark waved at Chang and went towards him. Xian looked at her and she told him to sit on the sofa. Chang greeted him

"Where's Chun?," asked Mark looking at Chang. He was going to tell when Chunhua came out of the room. She was delighted to see Mark and Xian there.

"Chang- Chunhua, you don't have to live here anymore. You will live with us. I mean you will live in my home," mumbled Xian. Mishi looked at Xian.

"But why?," asked Chang.

"Well, I'm marrying your sister," mumbled Xian and then looked at Mishi and gestured to her to sit beside him. Mishi wanted to refuse but because her siblings were watching so she kept mum and silently sat beside Xian.

Xian encircled his arm around her shoulder and pulled her towards him despite Mishi's resistance. "We love each other," lied Xian looking into Mishi's eyes who turned away her face. Mark too looked at them.

"Omg! I knew something was going between you two," murmured Chunhua and giggled. Chang was also happy hearing this.

"Mishi and I will go to her friend's marriage. Chunhua- Chang I think there's no need for you two. I mean Mark wanted to take you home right now. Well let me tell you one more thing we have applied for the court marriage as my mother isn't here so there won't be a grand marriage for now. I hope you both don't have any issue." Xian explained everything to them.

Mishi just listened to him because she didn't know what he was thinking in his mind. She looked at her siblings who were happy with the news of her marriage with Xian.

"I want to talk about something," mumbled Mishi, looking at Xian. Xian told her to speak.

"Can we talk it in alone?," asked Mishi. Every one looked at them. Xian nodded and told her that they can talk in her room. Mishi got up from the sofa and walked away from there, followed by Xian.

Xian pushed the door of her room lightly and then closed it. He looked around and looked around her room. "You'll have many perks marrying me," mumbled Xian. Mishi turned to him and said, "stop saying lies to those kids. What do you think they will feel when they will get to know about our truth?"

Xian stepped towards her, held her chin up and said, "they won't know. Let's not drag the kids in this. I hate you and I want revenge from you." He then released her chin.

"Don't tell them that you love me. It's disgusting." Mishi had hatred in her voice. Xian laughed hearing her and asked, "should I then tell them that their Sisi has destroyed my life?" There was anger and hatred in Xian's voice.

"You deserved that," mumbled Mishi angrily. Xian grabbed her arm tightly and pulled her towards him. Both were looking into each other's eyes when Xian said, "Say one more time and I'll make your life worse. Your actions will only harm your siblings." Mishi got teary eyed when Xian pushed her and she fell on the bed there.

"We will be husband and wife tonight so I don't think then you can do anything so it's better to throw your attitude aside," snapped Xian at her. Tears started flowing from her eyes but she wiped them. Xian walked out of her room leaving her behind.

"Brother, did you two have a talk?," asked Chunhua and giggled.

"Yes. Ok then, little champs go with Mark from here," said Xian with a smile.

"Ah don't worry about the things here as I've already looked into that. Now just go with him," mumbled Xian and caressed their heads. Chunhua held Mark's arm and they walked out of the house. Xian closed the door and went to Mishi's room.

"Let's go. I can't miss a single thing about her marriage," muttered Xian.

"I've got to get ready so please go out," said Mishi. Xian nodded and walked out from there. After an hour she came out of the room and saw Xian was glaring at her as if he would kill her in any second.

"Your heels were in my car," mumbled Xian and put the bag on the table. Mishi took out the heels and wore them. They both looked at each other and left from there.

They reached the venue hall where the wedding was going to take place. Mishi smiled looking at the flowers there, white flowers with red roses over the stairs. She touched them and smiled. Xian gave his invitation card to the usher who was standing outside the hall and he showed them the way.

The decoration was magnificent. The stage was decorated with red roses with many illuminated lights.

"I'm going to meet her," murmured Mishi to Xian in a low voice. He nodded and Mishi went upstairs.

Bai was standing in front of the mirror as the helpers were helping her adjust the dress. Mishi smiled seeing the beauty in front of her and silently walked to her and gave her a hug from back.

"Mishi," mumbled Bai.

"How did you recognize me?," asked Mishi.

"Mishi, is it something you should ask? I mean we're sisters," mumbled Bai holding her hands. Bai's parents came there and Mishi greeted them. They asked her about her well being and siblings.

"I'm so excited. I mean unlike other brides I'm not nervous but happy," said Bai while wearing the veil. Mishi smiled.

"Okay okay girls. Mishi, go to the stage and Bai come here. Bai's father has to take her to the stage," said Bai's mother. Mishi nodded and walked away from there.

Lui Lan was standing in the centre of the stage with his best mate while Mishi was standing at a distance from them. Her eyes fell on Xian who was only looking at Bai while she walked towards the stage. She could see the tears in his eyes.

"Why am I feeling bad for him? He deserves this. Bai will be happy with her lover who's not like him," thought Mishi in her mind. A train of thoughts were roaming in her mind when Bai stood before her grabbing the hand of Lui Lan. She stepped forward and smiled looking at Lui Lan.

But her eyes were focused on Xian who is about to cry it seems. Bai and Lui exchanged the rings and after taking vows, the priest announced "the groom may kiss her bride".

Mishi instead of looking at her friend looked at Xian who had left the banquet hall as soon as the priest said those words. She felt bad in her heart but she didn't know the reason.

She should be happy with this but she wasn't because when she looked at Xian and to her it seemed as if he had loved Bai dearly and not wanted to see her with someone else.

She didn't want to believe the things she saw but indeed it seemed like she had done wrong with him. She looked at Bai who's smiling after done with marriage

"Did she lie to me? Even Mark was saying that Xian has to suffer a lot for 6 years because of something."

But the next second, another thought came into her mind. "How can you think of Bai like this? She loved Xian too but he betrayed her when she saw him with a girl in his room."

Such thoughts engulfed her mind but with the sounds of clapping she came out of her thoughts. She too clapped for them and looked at the happy couples in front of her but she was feeling sad in a small part of her heart.
