The Revenge Turned To Love

Chapter 6 - Start Of Hatred

Xian fumed in anger as the drinks fell on his entire dress. He turned to the person who threw drinks over him. But he is surprised to see the person is none other than Mishi Xin.

"You????" grumbled Mishi.

Xian couldn't believe his eyes, stepped towards her, and said, "Instead of apologizing you're showing me your attitude." The manager bowed his head and said, "please forgive us, sir. Please come this way." The manager started convincing Xian.

"Shut up," shouted Xian angrily, cutting the manager's words. Hearing his loud voice the others in the bar turned their faces towards them. Mark came forward and said, "Xian calm down. It's no one's fault."

He grabbed his arm but Xian jerked his hand and walked towards the other table.

He picked the wine glass from the table and walked towards Mishi. He swirled the glass in his hand and then poured it down on her dress.

Mishi was startled by his act. She stormed at him. "Are you nuts? I didn't do it intentionally. Sir, you don't need to apologize to this jerk. Earlier he almost slammed his car over me and my friend. He doesn't deserve an apology." Mishi angrily said.

Mark tried taking Xian out from there. But Xian lost his control and poured the other glass of wine over her head. All the people started whispering there, took out their cameras while the employees in the bar tried stopping them. Mishi looked at Xian with utter hatred and clenched his fist. She raised her hand and slapped Xian.

"How dare you to do this?" yelled Mishi at him and then looked at her dress which was gifted by her siblings. Mark held his head because now he knew that Xian won't listen to anyone.

"Your attitude hasn't changed in all these years. Where's this bar owner. Call him right away," shouted Xian looking at the manager. He ran from there and after 5 minutes the owner came there.

"Sir, we apologize to you," said the owner in an apologetic look.

"Fire this girl right now if you don't want to lose this empire of yours," muttered Xian, looking around. Mishi looked at him in disbelief and said, "how can you do this. It's not even my fault. You came the instant my foot slipped." Tears started forming in her eyes but she held them back.

"Mr owner, didn't you hear me? Fire this girl right now," shouted Xian angrily. The owner turned to Mishi and told her, "You're fired."

She stumbled back but got herself together.

"Xian, just listen to her first. It's not her fault. Everyone is watching you so don't create a scene," Mark whispered in Xian's ear.

"Okay I can forgive her if she bent down on her knees and apologized for her mistake," said Xian, looking at Mishi.

She glared at him and said, "Why should I apologize when I didn't do anything wrong? Well, it's no one's mistake. There are many places to work where I won't see a face like yours."

"What? Where can you find a job? That cafe and that restaurant has already thrown you out and what about your house? Did you find a place for yourself? So just apologize so that you can't suffer more." Xian warned her and then smirked.

Mishi was thinking that her uncle was behind all this but she was wrong. The guy in front of him is the one who did this.

"Why are you doing this? Is it fun for you?" asked Mishi and tears started flowing from her eyes.

"Your fake tears won't be needed here. You're lucky that I didn't do anything to Your siblings." Xian warned her again but this time he was involving her siblings.

"Don't say a word about my siblings, you jerk! Do you think you own this whole city and its people? You're wrong because I'm not among those people and I don't want to." She was going to leave when Xian stopped her and said, "second time you've done this. Mishi Xin, you'll pay for this."

Mishi didn't pay heed to him and walked away from there. In the changing room, she looked at her dress which, was ruined completely. She took out her phone from the pocket of her bag and called Zhao.

"Mishi, where are you? We are waiting for you," said Zhao excitedly.

"I've had a night shift today. Zhao, please do me a favour. Take Chang and Chunhua with you at your home. Just do this for me and give the phone to Chang," murmured Mishi. Zhao gave his phone to Chang.

"Chang, sorry I couldn't come here so please go with Zhao as I have a night shift. I'll see you early tomorrow," said Mishi, holding her tears back.

"Ok, Sisi. Don't worry about us. Btw we've two days' holidays so I'm thinking of going somewhere with Brother Zhao's mother," said Chang with a smile.

"Yeah, why not. She will be happy," said Mishi.

Chang then handed the phone to Zhao. "Mishi don't worry. Do your work." Saying this he cut the call.

Mishi put back her phone in the bag and looked at herself in the mirror. She went to the washroom and washed her face and then hair. After a while, she came out of there and left the place.

The people were looking at her because of her devastating condition.

Her hair was wet, the entire dress has red wine marks and her hand is bleeding. She kept walking till she reached her home. She went inside the house and they've already left the place.

"Thanks, Zhao for taking care of them. If they had seen me in such a state then I couldn't hold myself," murmured Mishi and walked towards her room. After changing the clothes she freshened up and went towards the fridge to take the water.

"Sisi, there's something inside. Please eat that." It was written on the Sticky note which was at the fridge's door. She smiled seeing the Sticky note and opened the refrigerator.

"My favorite cake. Strawberry cake," mumbled Mishi and smiled. She took the water bottle and drank the water.

"Xian, you're drinking too much," said Mark and snatched the glass from him. Suddenly Xian's phone rings and it's her mother. After talking with his mom he looked at Mark.

"Go home. Take care of her. I won't be able to make it. If she will see me like this then. Don't tell her anything. Say that I've some work outside so I won't come." Xian instructed Mark.

"And you'll drink here?" asked Mark.

"No, I won't. Now go. I want to be alone," muttered Xian. Mark got assured of this and left for home. Xian has lied to Mark. He dialed his secretary's number and told him to send the new address to Mishi Xin within 10 minutes.

"How dare she slapped me? You've to pay the price, Mishi," murmured Xian and gulped the other drink.

After 6 minutes his phone beeped showing him the message of Mishi's address. He paid the bills and walked out of the restaurant.

Mishi was turning off the lights in the living room when the doorbell rang. She looked at the time and it was showing 9 pm.

"Who's this late night? Maybe the landlord," mumbled Mishi and walked towards the door to open it. But then she stopped and looked through the keyhole and couldn't see the person standing outside.

The bell again rang so she thought to open the door. "What if there is a killer or a thief," murmured Mishi and walked to the kitchen and held a frying pan in her hand.

The bell rang again and this time she opened the door while holding one hand on the frying pan so that she could attack him. The door fell open but no sight could be seen. She walked ahead putting the pan on the table to close the door when a hand grabbed her hand tightly and slammed the door open. It was none other than Xian Zhang.

She tried to release his grip from her arm but he didn't let her. He walked inside, closing the door behind him from his other hand.

"Leave my hand," Mishi said angrily, resisted him, and picked the pan from the table to hit him but before she could do that he grabbed her both hands and pushed her inside the house. She realized he's drunk so she said, "You're drunk. Please go from here."

He got close to her and whispered in her ear, "Why? Are you afraid of me now?" Xian asked.

She pushed her and said, "I'm not afraid of you."

"How dare you slap me? That day and now today. The pain you gave me. You snatched my happiness from me, and I won't let you live happily. Now you'll pay for that and your siblings too. Should I make them orphans by giving you to the police?" Xian whispered at her ear and then smirked.

Mishi pushed him again. "I told you not to bring my siblings in between. I can also take you to the police." Mishi warned him and told him to go away.

He grabbed her wounded hand tightly. "You're hurting me." Mishi winced in pain.

Xian pulled her closer. He had his hangover on. "Why did you slap me that day?" His grip tightened around his hand, and his eyes started turning red.

"Because you deserve that," Mishi stated. Xian crashed his lips onto hers and kissed her fiercely. Mishi was pushing and resisting him, but he did not let her go. After a minute, Xian fell unconscious. His lips parted from her, and his forehead rested on one of her shoulders.

Tears were all over Mishi's face. She went to the sofa and pushed Xian which made him fall on the sofa.

Mishi fell on the floor, crying like there was no end to her pain. She looked at Xian with hatred and brought her legs closer. She laid her head over her knees while tears weren't leaving her eyes.
