The inner voice of reason, warned her from getting ensnared by the eyes of Duan Chengyu.

"Chairman Duan, please tell me what you are calling about."

The Chairman of Cinopec Group heard the wariness in her voice, he enjoyed the play of emotion on her face, while acting like her words affected him in a deep way.

"You look beautiful."

The unexpected show of compliment completely took Liu Rachael off guard, causing her to blush with her eyes opened wide.

"Pl..Please...Chair..man Duan..."

Duan Chengyu bursted into laughter when he saw her beet red face which looked as though she was dying from embarrassment. He loved teasing his helper, every little thing she did or said sent a tingle of anticipation within him.

"Please what?"

The teasing tone of liquid baritone voice sent a shiver of awareness down her lower region, making it to clench in response.

From his office, Duan Chengyu could not help being drawn to the lips of his helper, he wanted to feel their smoothness with the pad of his thumb, before swooping in for a taste. As the thought crossed his mind, he felt somewhat hesitant about carrying it out. Liu Rachael didn't know what was going through the mind of the man that was smiling on the other side of the screen, if she had known what he was thinking then she probably would have hung up on him.

"Miss Liu, I would like you to go out for dinner with me."

While Liu Rachael was in a daze by what Duan Chengyu said, then came a voice from the other end.

"Chairman Duan, your mother is waiting outside to speak with you."
